Green card scam

VAWA Subsidizes Green Card Scams
2009-02-23 at 2:54 pm · Filed under Vox Populi

The Violence Against Women Act underwrites Green Card lottery schemes, lures foreign women into prostitution, and tars innocent American men as abusers – all at taxpayer expense. Here’s how it works.

Green Card Girls – women who inveigle unsuspecting single men to bring them to the United States — are a well-known fixture in the international dating scene. An internet search on the term turns up chat room discussions, how-to books, X-rated videos, and more.

Green Card Girls may frequent entertainment clubs, operate out of translation agencies, or simply run an advertisement. In December 2007, immigration officials arrested Russian-born Yuliya Kalinina who placed an online solicitation stating, “Green Card Marriage — Will pay $300/month.”

The price of admission of enrolling in the Green Card lottery is a willingness to engage in a series of amorous flings. Gill, a teenage girl from China, explains it this way: “I know a few girls will kill to date a rich man, and of course they shall be more than willing to offer themselves in a sexual way.”

Prostitution comes next. A few years ago Shonda Werry interviewed female students at elite Russian universities and found many regarded prostitution as “their ticket to a better life,” according to a Times Higher Education article. And last July Hungarian-born Agnes Jeges, 35, was arrested in Van Nuys, California for her role in a prostitution-for-Green-Card deal.

Once she latches on to her Prince Charming, the Green Card Girl can look forward to life in the Land of Milk and Honey. Even if the relationship goes sour, no problem, she can dump the guy and accuse him of domestic violence.

Then she dashes to the local abuse shelter. Thanks to the Violence Against Women Act, she now qualifies for emergency housing and can bypass the usual two-year waiting period to land her coveted Green Card. And she’s entitled to free legal help.

All this is common knowledge. Do a Google search on “green card” and VAWA and you’ll turn up nearly 10,000 hits.

Immigration authorities are aware of the scam. One official explains the shake-down this way: “Beautiful young women…entice a poor, unsuspecting 40-50-year old into marrying them, and then methodically proceed to ruin his life: calling 911 to report a wife-beating…going to a domestic abuse shelter.”

One such man is Michael Wnuk, an engineering professor at the University of Wisconsin in Milwaukee. Diagnosed with cancer, he met one vivacious Lidiia Kolisnichenko of Poland who promised she could help – but first he would have to marry her.

Days after the wedding, her mood darkened. Her husband had never hit or harmed her, but that was beside the point.

Lidiia then staged a confrontation scene, ripping a phone from his hand, hysterically running from the house, and frantically imploring the neighbors for help. Now she had “witnesses” to her charge. Then she took a B-line to the local shelter, which welcomed her with open arms.

Over the ensuring months Wnuk spent thousands to clear his good name. “I am financially ruined and emotionally devastated,” the engineering professor laments.

Lidiia Kolisnichenko is just one of thousands of Green Card Girls who each year flee to abuse shelters to become “certified” victims of violence. According to a recent survey by Eleanor Lyon and Shannon Lane at the University of Connecticut, 15% of residents at abuse shelters are there to get help for their immigration problems.

That means a lawyer who is willing to tell the woman that merely raising your voice is the same as full-fledged physical violence. According to the Legal Assistance Foundation of Chicago, “possessiveness” or needing to “walk on eggshells” are all signs of extreme cruelty. The attorney then coaches her how to complete the application for a restraining order.

I’m sure a few of these cases are legitimate and the ladies need our help.

No,these women do not need to come to this country in the first place since most are scams. The prostitution part is what women do naturally, whether through work or marriage.

But many of these shelters are flim-flam operations. When the director at the Community Fellowship for Battered Women in northern California admits that persons are admitted simply because “they tell a good story,” you know something fishy is going on.

So how do our billion-dollar-a-year federal domestic violence programs come into the picture?

First, they funnel money to immigrant aide organizations like ASISTA that openly advertise a Green Card can be had merely for the asking.

Second, they order the Citizenship and Immigration Service to give special deference to any woman who claims abuse – no proof needed. These petitions are rubber-stamped at an office in Vermont where the CIS adjudicator has little chance of verifying the petitioner’s story.

Third, they channel millions to abuse shelters around the country who help perjurers file false accusations of abuse so they can ruin men’s lives and qualify for government aid.

This is done in the name of protecting women and eradicating domestic violence.

"Wife Swap" star receives death threats

A male star of the series "Wife Swap" has received death threats because some felt he was rude to a female that switched places with his wife for a week. Websites encouraging his downfall are springing up. This has been discussed on Fox News with Megyn Kelly and two mangina lapdogs that grovelled at Kelly's feet. When it was suggested that perhaps the female was just as rude (the voice of the female in the clip they showed said in a stern voice to this guy that he had to conform to an agenda then it was cut off) was dismissed. Another word from Roy (Judicial corruption)

Federal Court of Appeals trying to coerce lawyer into giving up on anti-feminist lawsuits.

Staff Counsel for the U.S. Second Circuit Court of Appeals, Stanley Bass, is using his power as a gatekeeper to the Court to prevent the appeal of two anti-feminist cases. The two cases challenge the denial of equal protection and other constitutional rights to men.

The Ladies' Nights case challenged as unconstitutional charging guys more for admission than ladies in NYC nightclubs. The Violence Against Women Act ("VAWA") case charged violations of due process and equal protection by secret Federal Government proceedings in which American men are found to have committed felonies and misdemeanors against their alien wives so the wives can become permanent residents and citizens. The proceedings are kept secret from only the husbands, not the alien wives, various government officials or various Feminist groups.

Mr. Bass, acting on behalf of the Second Circuit Court of Appeals, (1) threatened that possible "sanctions" would be brought against attorney Roy Den Hollander if he pursued the appeals and "you [Den Hollander] may be subject to … other disadvantageous action"; (2) tried to have a defendant in the Ladies' Nights case pay Den Hollander monetary damages in return for dropping the case; (3) initially gave both appeals the same briefing schedule, which may end up as the final briefing schedule so as to assure Den Hollander, a sole-practitioner, doesn't have enough time to adequately appeal both cases; and (4) engaged in the usual personal insults by saying Den Hollander was "remiss" in not suing in state court. Mr. Bass also called the cases "absurd" and "offensive"—I've heard that word before.

In addition, Mr. Bass says as to the VAWA case that the plaintiffs should not be allowed to "inject [themselves] into a proceeding where neither the claimant [alien wives] nor the agency [Immigration] welcomes [them]." Of course the American husbands aren't welcome, since then it would be much harder for the Federal Government to find them responsible for felonies and misdemeanors against their alien wives.

The Second Circuit Court of Appeals, once the court of renown judges such as Learned Hand and Henry Friendly, has forgotten on this Valentine's Day weekend: "The heart of the matter is that democracy implies respect for the elementary rights of men, however suspect or unworthy those men may be; a democratic government must therefore practice fairness; and fairness can rarely be obtained by secret, one-sided determination of facts decisive of rights." Joint Anti-Fascist Refugee Committee v. McGrath, 341 U.S. 123, 170 (Frankfurter J., concurring)(1951).

Where's Felix Frankfurter when justice needs him?

Mr. Bass made the demands of the Second Circuit in a contentious telephone conference call on Wednesday, Feb. 11, and in his following email: Hollander v. U.S.A., 08-6183-cv

In thinking further about this pro se appeal, I can see no point in your further wasting the resources of yourself, the Department of Justice, and the judges of this Honorable Court. The idea that a non-party has a legal right to be a spoiler witness in a claimant's administrative hearing seeking immigration benefits seems not only absurd, but also offensive and mean-spirited. It's one thing for you to offer relevant testimony to the agency if they want it. It's quite another to assert a constitutional right to inject yourself into a proceeding where neither the claimant nor the agency welcomes you.

There is no precedent supporting your position. Common sense and fairness warrant its rejection. Apart from a summary affirmance, you may be subject to imposition of costs or some other disadvantageous action. And, importantly, by persisting in arguing a meritless case, you risk losing credibility when dealing with an truly arguable subject, such as the meaning of "state action".

I recommend that you promptly submit to me a stipulation withdrawing this groundless appeal.

Attorney Roy Den Hollander told Bass, "Go ahead and disbar me, I don't care."

More observations

I've noticed that When Marc Rudov was on Neil Cavuto's show that Cavuto started psychoanalyzing Rudov giving him the "poor baby, treatment" and some clown on the Jaeger show did the same thing. Whenever we bring up our issues we get "women must have hurt you in your past somewhere." Do these gutless assholes say the same thing to feminists calling for castration? Hardly, they just laugh with them. These are the same assholes that laugh at extreme anti-male mutilation such as the Bobbitt incident, which could be described as psychotic behavior and then have the nerve to psychoanalyze us. Get a clue manginas such as Cavuto and O'Reilly you are the sickos not us. I didn't initially believe a lot of manginas were fucking things up for us until I heard some of Marc Rudov's radio clips where a lot of manginas believe it is their job to provide for women with no reciprocation but it does remind me of MRA history where western men especially British and American men are afraid of their women, prefering to kowtow to them with "Yes,dear" and "No,dear" as they sell out other men. Most of these manginas are so useless they can lick my hariy balls and they would probably like it. Perhaps they can kiss my ass, pucker up Cavuto and O'Reilly.

Hillary becomes Secretary of State

I'll make men fight for feminism.

WASHINGTON – The Senate confirmed Hillary Rodham Clinton as secretary of state Wednesday as President Barack Obama moved to make his imprint on U.S. foreign policy, mobilizing a fresh team of veteran advisers and reaching out to world leaders. The Senate voted 94-2, with Republican Sens. David Vitter of Louisiana and Jim DeMint of South Carolina opposing.

Republicans and Democrats alike said her swift confirmation was necessary so that Obama could begin tackling the major foreign policy issues at hand, including two wars, increased violence in the Middle East and the threat of a nuclear-armed Iran.

"It is essential that we provide the president with the tools and resources he needs to effect change, and that starts with putting a national security team in place as soon as possible," said Sen. John Kerry, D-Mass., chairman of the Foreign Relations Committee.

Obama's presidential rival, Sen. John McCain, was among those who spoke in Clinton's favor.
"This nation has come together in a way that it has not for some time," said the Arizona Republican, on the Senate floor for the first time since the inauguration.

Voters "want us to work together and get to work," McCain said.

As the Senate debated Clinton's appointment, Obama wasted no time in his first day at the White House. According to a White House spokesman, Obama placed telephone calls to Egyptian President Hosni Mubarak, Israeli Prime Minister Ehud Olmert, Jordan's King Abdullah II and Palestinian President Mahmoud Abbas.

The administration also planned to name former Senate Democratic leader George J. Mitchell as Clinton's special envoy for the Middle East. Dennis Ross, a longtime U.S. negotiator, was also expected to advise Clinton on Mideast policy, according to officials who spoke on condition of anonymity because they were not authorized to speak publicly about the move.

Clinton received overwhelming bipartisan support despite lingering concerns by some Republicans that her husband's charitable fundraising overseas could pose conflicts of interest.
Sen. Richard Lugar, the ranking Republican on the Foreign Relations Committee, proposed that former President Bill Clinton's foundation reject foreign contributions. But Hillary Clinton rejected Lugar's proposal, contending that the foundation's plan to disclose annually its list of donors and a range of its contributions already exceeds legal requirements.
Immediately following the Senate vote, Clinton was expected to be sworn in during a private ceremony at the Capitol.

Also following the vote, the Senate Foreign Relations Committee planned to endorse Susan Rice to become U.S. ambassador to the United Nations, a post Obama has elevated to the Cabinet level.

Anti male sexism at General Mills

General Mills in practicing anti male sexism in its commercials featuring a wimpy husband and time to protest it.

Marc Rudov said:

General Mills is flooding the airwaves with its misandrist
MultiGrain Cheerios commercial. Can you think of a wimpier
portrayal of men? Steve should tell his glowering wife that
she has a fat ass and should head to the gym. Instead, he
cowers like a eunuch.

Why is misandry used to sell products? Why do men tolerate
this? Why do women tolerate this? What do children think
about men when they see this? It is utterly pathetic.

Can you imagine for ONE SECOND the roles reversed in this
spot, with the wife saying, "The box says, 'Shut up, Sue.'"
No, you cannot.

The Covina Massacre

KTLA NewsDecember 26, 2008COVINA [California] -- Investigators said Friday that they have found another body in the rubble of a house burned down by a distraught man who dressed as Santa Claus and opened fire at a Christmas Eve party before taking his own life.

Coroner's Lt. Larry Dietz says the ninth body was found Friday morning in the gutted structure.Nine people are confirmed dead and two others were wounded, according to authorities. The names of the deceased have not been released, and identification will likely take days because the bodies were so badly burned in the blaze.Bruce Jeffrey Pardo, 45, who had recently been divorced and is believed to have lost his job, knocked on the front door of a home owned by the parents of his ex-wife in Covina around 11:30 Wednesday night, said Police Chief Kim Raney. An 8-year-old girl ran to the door to answer Pardo's knock, police said. He shot her in the face, stepped into the house and began to fire indiscriminately with a semiautomatic handgun. The Los Angeles County coroner confirmed that at least eight people at the party were killed.Pardo's ex-wife, 43-year-old Sylvia Ortega, and her parents, Joseph and Alicia Ortega, are considered among the dead, officials said.Pardo was carrying what appeared to be a large present but was what police described as a home-made pressurized device used to spray some kind of flammable substance."We actually believe he was attempting to create an aerosol or some kind of fume that would ignite later," said Covina police Lt. Pat Buchanan. "We still don't know what set it off."About 80 firefighters battled the blaze, which destroyed the house. They battled flames that soared 40 to 50 feet high for an hour and a half before extinguishing the fire, according to Capt. Mike Brown. The firefighters were initially kept at bay by police who feared that the gunman was still in the area. When the flames were extinguished early Thursday, investigators found three charred bodies in the home's living room area. Later that day, they found five more bodies. Authorities planned to return to the scene Friday to search for more victims. In addition to the 8-year-old girl who was shot, a 16-year-old girl was shot in the back. Both are expected to survive, though there is no word on their current condition.

About 25 people were at the party, according to radio reports.Party goers fled the house on Knollcrest Drive in panic, running to neighbors' homes and frantically calling police. A 20-year-old woman broke her ankle whenshe escaped by jumping from a second-story window. Then, shortly before 3:30 a.m., Pardo's brother summoned Los Angeles police to his Sylmar home -- about 25 miles away from the carnage.Officers arrived to find Pardo dead from a single gunshot to the head, police officials said.

They found two handguns there, and two more in the wreckage of his former in-laws' house.By 9 a.m. Thurday, a pair of Covina detectives had arrived at the tan stucco house in Montrose that Pardo owned and lived in, cordoning it off with tape.Candy cane decorations were affixed to the fence and a holiday wreath hung onthe front door. An SUV and a military-style Hummer were parked in the driveway. The detectives sat in their car awaiting a judge to sign a search warrant for the house. At 3 p.m., members of the Los Angeles County sheriff's bomb squad and other detectives came to the house. They brought out boxes of evidence and several metal cylinders filled with flammable gas.One detective, speaking on condition of anonymity because he is not authorized to talk to news media, said they had found evidence inside that Pardo had prepared for the attack.Meanwhile, a car rented in Pardo's name was left in front of his brother's house in Sylmar loaded with 300 rounds of ammunition and a pipe bomb. All of that exploded when bomb squad technicians detonated an incendiary device in the vehicle, but no one was injured.

Court records show that Pardo's wife of about two years divorced him last September. He had no criminal record, according to police, but had apparently become angry following last week's settlement of his divorce.Court documents show that his ex-wife got $10,000, the house, her wedding ring and the family dog in the settlement. Bruce Pardo's attorney said Pardo was still trying to pay the $10,000 as recently as Tuesday.Pardo had also fallen behind on spousal support payments after he lost his job in July, according to his attorney. He "was apparently going through a bad time in his marriage," Buchanan said.

Neighbors said that until earlier this year, Pardo lived in the house with his ex-wife and her three children. They were often seen walking their dog through the neighborhood.Pardo was, by many accounts, an unassuming, religious man, who tended to his garden and served regularly as an usher at evening Mass at Holy Redeemer Catholic Church in Montrose.

Bong Garcia, Pardo's next door neighbor, said he last saw Pardo between 9 and 10p.m. and exchanged brief greetings.Pardo told him he was on his way to a Christmas party and walked down the street dressed in regular clothes, Garcia said.Pardo is thought to have worked in the aerospace industry as an engineer, according to police and acquaintances.
