WASHINGTON― A new law in Arkansas bans most second trimester abortions and allows a woman’s husband to sue the doctor for civil damages or “injunctive relief,” which would block the woman from having the procedure.
The “Unborn Child Protection From Dismemberment Abortion Act,” signed into law last week by Gov. Asa Hutchinson (R), bans dilation and evacuation procedures, in which the physician removes the fetus from the womb with surgical tools. D&E procedures are the safest and most common way women can end their pregnancies after 14 weeks of gestation, according to the American Medical Association.
A clause buried in the legislation states that the husband of a woman seeking an abortion, if he is the baby’s father, can file a civil lawsuit against the physician for monetary damages or injunctive relief ― a court order that would prevent the doctor from going ahead with the procedure. The woman’s parents or legal guardians can also sue, if she is a minor. The law states that the husband cannot sue the doctor for money in cases of “criminal conduct” against his wife ― namely, spousal rape ― but he could still sue to block her from having the abortion.
State Rep. Andy Mayberry (R), who co-sponsored the bill, told The Daily Beast, “We’ve tried to account for all the worst case scenarios.”
“They created a whole new right ― the right of a husband or family member to sue a doctor on behalf of an adult patient,” said Holly Dickson, legal director for the American Civil Liberties Union of Arkansas. “I cannot begin to tell you what the intent was, but we have raised concerns about that provision and the entire rest of the bill, which is unconstitutional.”
The ACLU of Arkansas plans to challenge the abortion law in court before it goes into effect this summer. Six other states have passed nearly identical laws, and in all four states where the law was challenged ― Louisiana, Alabama, Mississippi and West Virginia ― it was struck down by the courts. The Supreme Court’s 1973 decision in Roe v. Wade protects a woman’s right to have an abortion up until the fetus would be viable outside the womb, around 22 weeks of pregnancy.

On matriarchal society
Let's take a look at today's society. A few days ago some women did a sting on planned parenthood in which they asked the abortionist if they could abort the child because it was a girl and the abortionist said that was no problem. This organization got a lot of media exposure and comparing what was on the video to China and their preference for male children. What about male children? I wonder how many boys have been aborted because of their gender? Everyone points to China and its large male population but forget about America and its large female population. Certainly not all the men died in wars others died in other ways perhaps some of those were boys who were never given a chance at life. I sure the abortionist would have aborted a boy if asked but that wouldn't be done,certainly not by this organization because of its female preference. This story got exposure on O'Reilly which gave O'Reilly a chance to play white knight once again. But that brings us back to the original question: what about boys? Would some organization send in someone posing as a radical feminist who wanted to abort her unborn son? We are inundated by some so-called "war on women" that we forget the very real war on men. This blog is dedicated to exposing that war and fighting misandry. To give an example let's take the case of Desmond Hatchett,the man who fathered 30 children and has trouble paying child support. The reaction to Hatchett's situation has been extreme some even calling for Hatchett's castration. No one blames the women who had unprotected sex with Hatchett and to the best of my knowledge he hasn't been accused of rape so it appears the women were willing. On the other hand when Sandra Fluke demanded that we all pick up the tab for her birth control no one said to give her a hysterectomy. Rush Limbaugh made a comment that he didn't think the taxpayers should pick up the tab and for that he was crucified. So let me get this straight. A man who states he doesn't want to pay for someone else's birth control is worse than women who make castration threats? Sounds very loopy to me. What we have in America is a matriarchy that is basically one big S&M trip. With the women as the queen bees and men as the eunuch workers. The queens issue the orders and the pussywhipped enforcers carry out those orders. It's dominatrix/slave trip that the matriarchy has imposed upon us.

Bust magazine styles itself as a hip “girl” resource with a website that offers a “lounge,” or discussion forum.
A WND reader who has contributed for about three years to a politics forum on the site, called “As the World Turns,” said he recently has become “absolutely shocked by the statements I’ve read there, of feminists so jaded that they are freely joking about eating dead babies, and of the many ways that they could cook up their own abortions and dine on them.”
Earlier this month, a contributor who goes by “isobel123,” wrote that “the problem with adoption is, we really enjoy killing babies and would hate to have to miss out on that. We love squishing their little baby heads and watching their little baby brains come out their little baby eyesockets as their little chubby baby arms writhe helplessly in little chubby baby pain.”
Last Thursday, “charliebaby,” in response to a previous post, wrote “your roast baby sounds like a wonderful thanksgiving/christmas dinner. mmmmmmmm….. ”
“Lilacwhine,” on Jan. 15, wrote of sipping a martini and twirling “the dead baby around in it.”
“Charliebaby” responded that “of course there are baby margeritas! [sic] but you really must try the bloody baby marys!”
“It’s a weakness we feminists have, us and our baby killing,” wrote “dinaofdoom.”
A poster called “angstgrrl” offered a poem:
“I kill children
I love to see them die
I kill children
And make their mamas cry
Crush ‘em under my car
I wanna hear them scream

Another Epinions reviewer said, “In an effort to make feminism appeal to young women, Bust Magazine has unknowingly fallen into the same trap that the likes of every young women’s magazine today has fallen into, with the exception of B*tch Magazine. From cover to cover, profanity runs rampant, and hypersexuality is a common theme. Although feminism promotes sexuality, and the right to say what you need to, Bust has over used this aspect to appeal to a mainstream audience.”
