This week, amid warnings of voter fraud and refusal to agree to accept the outcome of the election unless he is the winner, Donald Trump seemed to have finally shifted national attention away from the leaked 2005 recording of his lewd remarks about women and the accusations of sexual assault and misconduct that have followed in its wake.
That was, until his son weighed in.
In an interview with Seattle-based conservative talk radio host Dori Monson Friday, Donald Trump Jr. said that conversations like the one in which his father has described his penchant for groping and kissing women without their consent are “a fact of life.”
“Obviously, he’s not happy about that,” Trump Jr. said of his father’s language on the tape, which sparked a small stream of revoked endorsements from prominent Republicans followed by a wave of sexual assault and misconduct allegations after it was released to the public earlier this month.
“We all know guys that have had conversations with other guys that go a little bit in that direction,” he continued. “That’s a fact of life.”
The “fact of life” defense seems in line with Trump’s own argument that his comments, while inappropriate, amounted to nothing more than “locker-room banter.”
The White House hopeful has continued to double down on this defense in the face of mounting accusations from women who’ve come forward in recent weeks claiming that they were subjected to precisely the type of unwanted touching and kissing Trump is heard describing in the tape.
As he announced to the country during this week’s final presidential debate, “I didn’t even apologize to my wife … because I didn’t do anything.”
The candidate and others in his corner, such as Dr. Ben Carson, have also made a point of noting that the now-infamous conversation took place more than a decade ago, in an effort to suggest that the candidate has changed since then. His eldest son, however, assured Monson on Friday that Trump “is still very much like that.”
In fact, Don Jr. suggested, his father’s crass talk is exactly why “I think he’s able to relate to ordinary Americans.”
“He hasn’t spent his whole life sitting there polishing every statement he has ever made, every conversation he has ever had,” said Trump Jr. “He doesn’t run a focus group so he can tell you what he is thinking. He speaks from the heart.”
And while he said his dad “recognizes that” the 2005 video “was a mistake,” the younger Trump argued that his father is “able to make mistakes because he hasn’t spent his whole life trying to be a politician.”

That says something about the Trump men and it's all good. This is quite refreshing. I am sick of these ballless manginas that grovel at the feet of women like Paul Ryan or Mitt Romney. Mitt likes to bully and sabotage his opponent's campaigns. He did to it to the Ron Paul supporters in 2012 and he is trying to do the same thing to Trump today. Romney is fierce against those of us who truly care about this country but he is timid before Obama. That showed up in his debates against Obama. On Paul Ryan. He almost did not get the Speakership considering the number of conservative groups that were against him. Ryan is very lucky to enjoy the position he currently has. It could have very easily gone the other way.

Don't fuck with an MRA
Tiffany Marie Smith, the ex-wife of men’s advocate Gordon Smith is now sitting in jail after having been arrested on three counts of false accusation and one felony count of making a false statement to police investigators.
She was arrested this morning in Dover, Delaware by the Dover Police Department.
Her arrest came at the end of a Kafkaesque saga for Mr. Smith, who was arrested 8 times on a total of 13 allegations from Tiffany Marie, all of which stemmed from a bitter custody dispute. During that time, Gordon Smith was arrested once at gunpoint, jailed several times, forced to wear a GPS monitoring device around his ankle, and was in fact arrested twice when the monitoring device proved that he was nowhere near Tiffany Marie Smith at the times she alleged he violated a protective order. The allegations involved a range of crimes. including sexual assault, physical assault and terroristic threats.
The ordeal has cost him untold thousands in legal fees and severely compromised his professional life.
As a result of her arrest, all of the seven remaining charges against Mr. Smith were dropped, and his legal fight for his freedom is over.
It appears that the writing was evident on the wall to police officials, and the prosecution against Mr. Smith folded after the Dover State News (DSN) picked up on the story from A Voice for Men. DSN reporter Craig Anderson covered the story involving a felony charge against Gordon Smith being dropped, and reportedly began investigating other aspects of the case due to AVfM’s coverage.
An elated Mr. Smith had a message for readers of AVfM, who reacted to the story of his struggle by pressing it to officials and to the media.
“Words cannot describe the emotions I feel for every one of you at AVfM who made phone calls and sent emails and prayed for me during this time.”
More information will follow on this case after the holiday, when state offices are open.

“Tiffany Smith 29 reported several domestic related crimes to the Dover Police and Delaware State Police over a period of time in August in which she stated she was victimized by her ex-husband Gordon Smith 47. On August 18 the Dover Police arrested Mr. Smith on several charges relating to a domestic incident. After the arrest Tiffany Smith continued reporting that Mr. Smith was stalking her and on one occasion had physically attacked her. A joint investigation by Dover Police and the Delaware State Police found that Tiffany Smith falsified all the complaints she made against Mr. Smith. Tiffany Smith was arrested on three counts of falsely reporting an Incident and one count of providing a false statement. All charges against Gordon Smith have been dismissed at the request of the Dover Police Department.”
Special recognition to the Dover Delaware Police for having the guts and the decency to do their jobs and do it right and to pressure the Delaware State authorities to do the their jobs. I suggest we keep a close eye on this one because the Attorney General of Deleware is Joe Biden III,son of our mediocre vice president Joe Biden Jr. so this can "get lost" real easy so we need to be vigilant.

Forbes spreads misandry

In the May 22 Forbes Magazine article entitled"How Some Men Are Upending Domestic Violence Laws to Scam an Advantage in Divorce" Jeff Landers, a financial adviser, helps sell a book by a once-victim who warns women that abusive men are misusing domestic violence laws to falsely accuse and get DV convictions against their wives.
While we have compassion for the author of the featured book, her claims do not match the research. It's not women, but men who are more likely to be falsely accused of abuse. It's not men, but women who are more likely to make the false allegation.
2011 Nationwide False Allegations Phone Survey Results: * Three-quarters of the falsely accused persons were male. * Nearly seven in 10 of the accusers were female.
Lander's article is a misrepresentation of false allegations of domestic violence and DV arrests. In his quest to "exclusively advise affluent women throughout the United States before, during, and after divorce," Landry and Forbes Magazine are spreading misinformation, promoting fear and profiting from misandry.
We do not think this is acceptable! And we hope that you agree.
Please write or call Forbes Magazine and demand that they publish an article that refutes this misinformation.

Femafascism-Canadian style
As you may know Canadian MRA Earl Silverman is taking on the Canadian human rights commissions for being misandric. Earl's story is here and here. Now don't get the idea that Canada is going to become an MRA paradise anytime soon. Not when you look at this and the following:
To day I will be in court setting a date for a jury trial [charges are indictable] on the charges of extortion and threatening; both bogus and if brought to someone else the charges would be dropped.
The is the system eliminating dissent; jail them and send them to the gulag...
I am calling this system abuse the RPG; the Rosa Parks Gambit; I will not sit in the back of the bus because I am a man!!! I hope this abuse can become a national rally point; if I am in jail who will take over, who will speak out, but most important; WHAT DOES THIS SAY ABOUT THE COUNTRY WE LIVE IN????????????????????????
May 16 I will before the Appeals Court of Alberta pertaining to the abuse of the system against the hr complaint.
The MASH*4077 needs some cash to stay alive; this is the only shelter in Canada and needs Canadian involvement. We need your support and cash.
I personally need some support with the criminal court matters.

We should condemn the Canadian government for their oppression against one man that would dare to stand up to them. But that's the thing: It is not one man but all men and a lot of MRA's in other countries are watching what will be the results of that brave man seeking justice from his government. END THE UNJUST PERSECUTION OF EARL SILVERMAN !!!

VAWA to go before Senate

t's down to the wire. The senate is expected to vote on the Violence Against Women Act very soon.
Vice President Biden recalled recently that when VAWA was first passed, opponents warned that it would be misused in divorce. They were right.
One in six Americans know someone who has been falsely accused of domestic violence. The "silver bullet" in divorce, false allegations are sometimes used to obtain child custody. This despicable act removes fit and loving parents from the lives of their children.
Please take a moment as soon as possible, and speak out for the millions of children who are missing a falsely accused parent. And do it for the parents who are grieving for their children, stolen with a lie.
Find your senators here: click here. Take note of their party affiliation and phone number.
If your senator is a Republican, call, and ask them to support Sen. Grassley's Substitute Amendment to VAWA.
If your senator is a Democrat, call, and ask them to demand changes to Sen. Leahy's VAWA (S. 1925), to curb false allegations of domestic violence.
Thank you for taking a stand for affected families everywhere.
