Organizer of the women's march to be deported because of terrorism

One of the “Women’s March on Washington” and “Day Without a Woman” organizers, is being kicked out of the United States.

Rasmea Yousef Odeh failed to disclose on her U.S. visa form 20 years ago that she was convicted of murdering two Israeli students in a supermarket bomb attack and for an attempted bombing of the British Consulate in 1969.

After a 10-year prison term, Odeh was freed in a prison swap with Palestinians.

William Jacobsen, a Cornell University law professor who runs the website “Legal Insurrection” says that the terror group Black September agitated for her release:

While she was imprisoned, the PFLP [People for the Liberation of Palestine] formed the “Rasmea Odeh Brigade” to try to free her and others by taking hostages, and Rasmea was on the list of prisoners whose release was sought by the Black September terrorists who took Israeli athletes hostage (and killed them) at the 1972 Olympics

For the last 20 years, Odeh has lived in Chicago. But in 2014, she was tried and convicted for immigration fraud for lying on her U.S. visa application.

The Washington Times reports that this week, Odeh found out that she’d lost her appeal. The court gave her two choices, get out of the country or go to jail:

Odeh, a resident of Chicago who has lived in the U.S. for about 20 years, plans to plead guilty to unlawful procurement of naturalization in a deal that will allow her to leave the United States rather than face the possibility of an 18-month prison sentence, according to Justice for Rasmea.

The Washington Times reports that the organized group supporting Odeh says that leaving the country was probably the best thing:

"The prosecution team is now under the regime of racist Attorney General Jeff Sessions, and a new superseding indictment re-frames this as a case about ‘terrorism’ rather than immigration,” said a Thursday statement on the websites Justice for Rasmea and the U.S. Palestinian Community Network.

The convicted terrorist is scheduled to have one more court date in Detroit in April before she leaves the country.

An Oklahoma woman convicted of second-degree murder for shoving her hubby out the window of their high-rise apartment was found dead in her prison cell Monday, officials said.

Amber Hilberling, 25, who was serving a 25-year prison sentence for the 2011 death of Joshua Hilberling, was officially pronounced dead at 5:33 p.m. at the Mabel Bassett Correctional Center in McLoud, Okla., according to the Oklahoma Department of Corrections.

The medical examiner’s office will determine Hilberling’s cause of death, but the woman’s parents, who spoke exclusively to KTUL-ABC 8, said medical staff told them that the death was being treated as a suicide, according to the news channel.
No other information was given.

Hilberling’s stepfather, Bryan Whitlock, who said he spoke to Hilberling the night before, told KTUL that there is “no way” his stepdaughter’s death was a suicide.

Hilberling was earning college credits while incarcerated and spoke to her son every day, Whitlock said.
Prosecutors have alleged that Hilberling pushed her husband, an Air Force veteran, through the window from the 25th floor of the couple’s apartment building after they argued over breaking up.

Hilberling, who was 19 at the time of Joshua’s death and seven months pregnant, has argued that the fatal incident was an “accident” caused by the “unusually thin” windows in the apartment, and that she pushed her husband in self-defense.

No one takes into consideration that Castro himself is victim of child abuse and they don't care that some felon has added to that abuse. They don't care that a matriarchial society has victimized Castro because all they want is the blood of a man,any man. When Charles Ramsey goes on to victimize one of your brothers,uncles,fathers,nephews or male cousins then we'll see if you still regard him as a hero.

Lawsuit Asserts Department of Defense’s Recent Repeal of Ban on Women in Combat Removes Lone Legal Obstacle for Requiring Women to Register for Draft

Los Angeles (4/4/13) – The National Coalition For Men (NCFM) is a non-profit educational organization that advocates for equal rights for men and women.

NCFM has filed a lawsuit that challenges the legality of requiring only males to register for the military draft. The lawsuit was filed against the U.S. Selective Service System in the United States District Court for the Central District of California on April 4, 2013, Case Number 2:13-cv-02391-DSF-MAN .

The 1981 U.S. Supreme Court equal protection case of Rostker v. Goldberg, 453 U.S. 57 (1981) held that men and women were not similarly situated in the U.S. military because women were excluded from combat, therefore women did not have to register for the draft. Dissenting Justice Thurgood Marshall wrote, “The Court today places its imprimatur on one of the most potent remaining public expressions of ‘ancient canards about the proper role of women’.”

In January, U.S. Secretary of Defense Leon Panetta announced that women will be allowed to enter all combat positions in all branches of the U.S. military, thereby removing the sole legal basis for requiring only males to register for the draft.

NCFM’s complaint alleges that because men and women are now similarly situated in the military, Selective Service’s requirement that only males must register for the draft violates the rights of both men and women to equal treatment under the Fifth and Fourteenth Amendments of the United States Constitution, and under United States Code, Title 28, Section 1983.

Plaintiffs seek injunctive and declaratory relief, calling for the Selective Service to stop discriminating against men and women by requiring both men and women to register for the draft, or by requiring neither to register for the draft.

Men failing to register for the draft can be fined up to $250,000, sentenced to up to five years in prison, and denied eligibility for federal and state benefits including jobs, financial aid, citizenship, loans, and job training. Only men now face these harsh penalties.

NCFM calls on the Obama Administration and Congress to end the institutional sex discrimination that requires only men to register for the draft. The ancient canard is gone, because women are now eligible for combat roles in all branches of the U.S. military. There is no longer any legal justification for continuing the unequal treatment of our draft age population based solely on their gender. The Selective Service System should treat men and women equally, including imposing penalties against both men and women for failing to register.

It was reported that a women driving a a white van with a yellow tag left the scene of the crime. Robert Rivera died at the age of 34 years old. He also supported rights for women . He stated in many of his ebooks that he could not understand why responsible men could not live in their own ghettos. Could it be that politicians or feminist where worried about his petition that would help Vets and Felons have access to housing. He always stated that housing was one of the number 1 reasons why men had to commit crimes and sell drugs in the ghettos of America. He believed that in mans quest to live like others he may act out in unethical ways to maintain his dignity.

Congress requests that a petition have atleast 10,000 signatures he went over that 7 more times. Feminist have felt threatened by groups like the ANCPR which seek nothing more than to protect men and are ran by respectable lawyers. Feminist have targeted Mens Rights Actvist sites for speaking against unfair child support payments.Men are killing themselves in record numbers due to divorce and very high child support payments. Many men are left with no way to start a new life or even date and their is no affordable housing for men because they can not give birth to children. Robert Rivera like many other Mens Rights Activist seek nothing more than Gender Equality a state in which men can work and have access to the same grants,educational programs , and housing associaitons women with kids have access to. He believes that responsible men should have access to housing also..

It appears the feminists have upped the ante. I hope whoever murdered Robert Rivera is brought to justice and pays a stiff price. If they can find the woman in question then perhaps we can find out what happened to Robert Rivera,to bring justice not only to MRA's who want the killer of their fellow MRA brought to justice but also for the family members who lost a son,father,brother,uncle and male cousin. May justice prevail.
