Woman rapes boy,sues for child support and gets it
A 15-year-old boy who was raped by a 34-year-old woman now faces child support in Nebraska. After the rapist was release from Nebraska’s state prison system in 2012 she was able to regain custody of her child. The child had been a ward of the state for the first 13 months until the rapist sister Diana, was able to gain custody. After the rapist was reunited with her child, she promptly filed for Aid and Government assistance which in turn landed Jeremy the male victim with a subpena for child support.
Jeremy had his day in court and was ordered to pay $475 a month in child support to Linda Kazinsky as well as a whopping $23,000 in back Child Support payments. As incredible as this case sounds it’s not the first nor the last of its kind. Unfortunately, men are victimized as much as women over child support these days. It’s an unpopular topic but one that should be addressed.

California endorses misandry

The California Lottery, from the "sensitive state," thinks so. It has a new TV spot in which a woman slaps a man to give him good luck. Really?
Will the next promo show a man slapping a woman to give her good luck? I think not. How about you?
I'm going to protest this insult with an email to the California State Lottery and you can do the same by clicking here. Misandry coming from private industry is bad enough but when it comes from the State it is even more frightening. If you want to defeat misandry in government this is the way to do so write in today.

Boys don't matter
The most controversial topic in the news right now is the Penn State child abuse scandal and everyone is up in arms,from the students protesting openly to those that issue anonymous death threats. Do the boys matter? I certainly hope they do but they only matter when accused is a man. Male victims certainly don't matter when the perpetrator is a woman aka Mary Kay Letourneau or Debra Lavebe. Even worse is that the female rapists can turn it back on the victim and claim "rape" when the true male victim threatens to go to the police. Imagine going through the hell of being a male rape victim only to have your rapist say that you raped her and now you are in a prison cell. Imagine going through the hell of being raped then ending up in a prison cell where you can be raped further all with society's blessings. Also feminist propaganda makes boys and men expendable. Feminist propaganda also paints boys as terrorists that terrorize little girls and that they need to be drugged to be compliant. This society basically treats boys like guinea pigs to be experimented on with new drugs. In other words,boys are expendable.

Hank Williams Jr. fired yet the Talk continues on
Why are you so fucked up,America? Why does a country that supposedly values "equality" deny equality to men? Want an example? Fine. Recently Hank Williams Jr. was fired from hosting Monday night football by the ESPN brass. Why was he fired? He compared Obama to Hitler and called Obama and Biden the "three stooges" (even though he named only two people,as FOX has pointed out). Or maybe he didn't name the 3rd stooge. Could it be Boehner? Hank didn't sugar coat anything,he said it the way it needed to be said and that was very refreshing. He also said that things are more polarized in this country than ever before. No argument on that one,brother.
Now let's contrast that with what the Talk and the misandry that occurred on that show when they made fun of Katherine Kieu Becker's victim. The biggest instigator in all of this was Sharon Osbourne,who's only contribution to society was to spit out Ozzy's talentless offspring. Crack whores have made equal contributions to society as Sharon Osbourne has. If you've clicked on the above links you will find that worthless show is still on the air. Why? The former head of anti-violence efforts at the University of California, Davis, pleaded no contest Thursday to two felony charges of embezzlement and falsifying accounts.
Jennifer Beeman, the veteran director of UC Davis' Campus Violence Prevention Program, entered a plea agreement with prosecutors in which seven other felony charges were dismissed.
She appeared at a hearing Thursday in Yolo Superior Court, in which she entered pleas before Judge Janet Gaard.
Beeman, who has remained free on bail, will likely face a sentence of probation when she goes before a judge June 2, Michael Cabral, Yolo County's assistant chief deputy district attorney, said Thursday.
She will also have to pay restitution of about $10,525 – the amount she is suspected of embezzling, he said.
Beeman has no prior convictions, the District Attorney's Office said.
"We believe it's a fair and appropriate disposition based on the amount of loss," Cabral said.
Beeman left the courthouse without comment.
Beeman, 53, has been the subject of campus probes for allegedly inflating crime statistics on federal grant applications and misappropriating money for personal uses.
She was arrested Dec. 10 and charged with nine felonies related to her alleged misuse of funds from educational and outreach programs meant to prevent sexual violence, the university said in a news release.
UC Davis police contended Beeman embezzled thousands of dollars by asking for travel reimbursements and mileage to attend meetings that never took place.
The university returned more than $100,000 to the U.S. Justice Department after finding that unallowable expenses were charged to a violence prevention grant Beeman administered, officials said.
Beeman spent 16 years at the university before retiring in June 2009.
In September 2009, UC Davis announced Beeman had inflated the number of forcible sex offenses that took place on campus in 2005, 2006 and 2007 in reports required by federal law.
The university revised the figures in 2009, reducing by more than half the number of incidents reported for each year.
UC Davis' crime reporting had come into question before. A Bee story in 2001 reported that Beeman had written a grant application in 1999 stating that as many as 700 students at UC Davis were victims of rape or attempted rape each year.
At the same time, the university's reports to the federal government said assaults on campus were practically nonexistent.
The criminal charges against Beeman stem from her handling of program funds, not from her alleged misreporting of crime statistics.

Female sex offender returns to teaching at all-boys school

CINCINNATI -- A woman who was fired from a previous teaching job for having sex with a student and who pleaded guilty last month to a sex crime with a minor is now employed at an all-boys Christian school.
Mary Ems, 44, of Springfield Township, is working at the Union Christian Post Graduate Academy, an uncertified school for males at least age 17.
“I have no comment and I will be contacting my attorney,” Ems said Thursday when The Enquirer called her for comment.
Calls to the school and the person believed to be its founder, Phillip “P.J.” Wilson, weren't returned.
Ems was a special education teacher at Winton Woods High School when she had sex with a student.
She pleaded guilty last month in a plea deal to unlawful sexual conduct with a minor. She initially was charged with sexual battery, a felony that would have required her to register as a sex offender and could have sent her to prison. But because her victim refused to cooperate with authorities, prosecutors allowed a plea deal to a misdemeanor that, the judge indicated last month, likely will allow her to escape time behind bars and get probation.
That plea deal also required Ems to give up her certificate to teach in Ohio.
Despite that, Ems is working as a teacher at the all-boys school.
“We will certainly bring that to the court's attention at the time of sentencing,” said Julie Wilson, spokesman for the Hamilton County Prosecutor.
“We wanted to make sure she didn't have her teaching certificate because of that (conviction).”
The school is not certified by the Ohio Department of Education because it accepts students who are college age and isn't a public high school.
The school identifies itself on its Web site as having “outstanding faculty and staff, prides itself in developing young men into ‘Champions in Christ.“’
The Web site doesn't list a street address for the school, noting only that it is “located in suburban Cincinnati.”
Ems is to be sentenced Oct. 29 before Hamilton County Common Pleas Court Judge Melba Marsh. She faces up to six months in jail but the judge indicated she'd impose probation.

A state district judge from Hidalgo County sentenced a McAllen teacher to 15 years in prison in a student sex case during a Friday morning decision.
Former IDEA Academy teacher Ricardo Garcia, Jr. was first accused of having a sexual relationship with a 14-year-old female student back in May.
On Thursday, a jury found him guilty on three counts of having an improper relationship between an educator and a student and three counts of sexual assault of a child.
Garcia was acquitted of six other charges: three counts of aggravated sexual assault of child and three counts of improper relationship with a student.
“You have children and teachers...that's such an explosive emotional issue,” said defense attorney Jesus Villalobos. “These types of cases are different from other cases you'll see."
Garcia waived his right to have the jury decide his sentence
State district Judge Noe Gonzalez sentenced Garcia to 15 years in prison.
Garcia accepted the sentence and waived his right to appeal the guilty verdict.
"At this point, I think it brings closure to the case,” said Villalobos. “By accepting responsibility and accepting 15 years in prison--it'll bring closure to the family and close this matter out."
Villalobos said this type of case is hard on everyone because of that trust factor students should have with teachers.
"Anyone out there…administrators… school teacher… having thoughts such as that (sexual in nature toward a student) need to think twice about it,” he said.
As the final piece of this case is put to a close, families on both sides can start to rebuild their lives.
Garcia will have will to register as a sex offender upon his release from prison.

'Party Mom' Sentenced To 300 Days In Jail
(CBS13) MODESTO The so-called Grayson 'party mom' who had been accused of having sex with two teenagers and providing beer to several teens has been sentenced to 300-days in jail.
Anna Walker plead guilty to two charges of having sexual relations with minors in March. Under the plea agreement, Walker avoided prison.
Today a Stanislaus County judge ordered Walker to be immediately taken into custody. The judge also ordered her to four years of probation, counseling and to pay restitution.
Many parents were angry saying the sentence was much too light. "She is a molester. She is a child predator." one angry father told CBS13, "I said before, if this was a man do you think she would have got this leniency?" Under the charges Walker faced, she could have been sentenced to a maximum of seven years, eight months in prison.
And under the plea agreement because the victims were not under 14 years of age, Walker will not have to register herself as a sex offender. Another point that upset parents. "She's a sex offender in our eyes." said Tessa Garcia who child was one of the victims, "She did it once. She did it twice. She'd do it again."
Walker was arrested in January on allegations she bought alcohol for a group of teens during a party at her home.
Walker came to the attention of authorities after allegedly serving alcohol to a group of teens and forcing 13 of them to leave in a single SUV before her husband, an Atwater police officer, came home from work.
The driver, 18, crashed the SUV, injuring all its passengers.

....slip out of Perverted Justice's hands a lot or never get on their radar in the first place. I'm betting on the latter since since they have stated they practice misandry. Everyone wants on the misandry bandwagon and they don't give a fuck about kids,all they give a fuck about is hurting men that's it.

MSNBC has done this "to catch a perpetrator" all across the country so it's hard to believe that they would have missed California since they have done numerous "to catch a predator" episodes there. Nope,not that.
You see it's all about misandry. It's all about getting men. Getting men. Getting men at all costs. It never was about protecting children you see. For if it were female pedophiles would be punished just as severely as thier male counterparts. No,they don't give a fuck about children. Or at least male children. Male children matter the least to them.
Isn't it about protecting people from rapists? Nope,not if it's protecting men from female or homosexual rapists it isn't whether these homosexual rapists are doing this inside or outside of prison doesn't matter if the victims are men and/or boys. If the rapists are women society equally doesn't give a flying fuck either.
Nope,it's all about getting men. Organized misandry for the bloodlust of the masses.

Livermore teacher arrested for alleged online talks with her student

Teacher sent lewd IMs, police sayLIVERMORE -- An eighth grade teacher at a private school has been arrested after allegedly having inappropriate Internet conversations with one of her male students.
Our Saviors Lutheran School teacher Rebecca Rogers, 24, of San Ramon was arrested April 17 at the Livermore police department on suspicion of contacting or communicating with a minor for purpose of engaging in certain lewd and lascivious behavior , according to a police news release. She was booked at Santa Rita Jail in Dublin and has been since released on bail.
The Alameda County District Attorney's Office has not yet filed charges, but Rogers has a tentative court date Monday in Pleasanton. Livermore police have been going through Rogers computer and trying to figure out the extent of the communications, said Lt. Scott Trudeau.
"It's hard to tell," Trudeau said. "We're going through all of the computer evidence (to find out) when it started and how it started and who might have been the one who initiated it."
Trudeau said he did not want to comment on whether there was physical relationship.
The school's staff called police on April 17 to notify after the parents of a student found instant messages of a sexual nature, according to a police news release. The school's principal declined to comment on Rogers or the police investigation. Rogers began teaching at Our Saviors Lutheran this school year, Trudeau said.
Based on what investigators have recovered from Rogers computer, "she had been extensively with the student via instant messaging," the release stated. Several of the messages sent to the student from her computer were inappropriate and sexual in nature.
