I received the following from Demand Progress which states that Telecom is going to threaten our rights when it comes to the internet. I'll let Demand Progress take it from here:
Net Neutrality Is Under Attack: Email Your Senators Before Tuesday's Vote
The Senate is voting to kill Net Neutrality on TUESDAY -- it's a power grab by big Telecom so they can control what information you're able to access online.
According to Free Press:
The Senate is expected to vote next week on a resolution of disapproval that would strip the FCC of the authority to enforce its Open Internet rules, and would render null all existing protection for Internet users. The vote could be incredibly tight.
The resolution only needs a simple majority to pass, so the future of Net Neutrality could come down to the whims of a handful of senators.
Will you urge your Senators to stand strong and fight back? Just fill out the form at right.
As The Hill newspaper notes, "Sen. Kay Bailey Hutchison (R-TX) said she will push for a Senate vote on a resolution of disapproval to negate the regulations....A similar vote passed the House earlier this year but stalled in the Senate."
Sounds like our rights are at stake so let your senators know that you oppose this measure by Telecom and that you won't take it. This is a bad bill and it must be defeated.
My thoughts on pro-masculism and anti-feminism. Some thoughts may mirror what others have said while others are uniquely mine but either way they are legitimate.

Victory in Canada
A Canadian MRA,Earl Silverstein, took on the human rights commissions they have in Canada and achieved a momentary victory. I'll let Earl explain the rest:
For those of you sitting with baited breath as to the outcome of my
Queens Bench date on Monday-----I played the game by their rules and I
won. When you know the rules you can play the game and win; that is all
it is, is a game. I love chess!!
Not all the rules are written, it is those rules that are most important.
The opposition lawyers (there were two senior lawyers) were standing
there with the mouths open and their arguments stuck in their throats.
The fun is just beginning; next date is Dec 21 all day; but I think I
can shorten it to 1 hour; want to watch the fun?
I would appreciate your support but it will be a day of entertainment

Way to go,Earl. I hope you prevail on Dec. 21. Canada is extra misandric so any victory accomplished there is a major victory.

Senator Leahy's misandric bill makes VAWA worse
I received the following from SAVE which discusses Leahy's souped up version of VAWA:
A recent article in Politico claims that GOP presidential candidate Herman Cain was accused of sexually harassing two women during his tenure at the National Restaurant Association in the late 1990s. The accusations are sourced to a series of unnamed sources. Cain is denying the claims.
And what if Cain happened to be a student attending a university that is now required to follow the Dept. of Education's (DED) new sexual assault policy? The policy requires that colleges change their standard of proof from "clear and convincing" to a "preponderance of evidence."
What's more, the draconian DED policy says an institution must "take immediate action to eliminate the hostile environment... including taking interim steps before the final outcome of the investigation." That's why the twice-accused Cain would probably be long gone if he had been been attending the college.
The DED directive has been sharply criticized - over 20 editorials dismissive of the policy have been published to date: DED editorials
With 10% of Americans being falsely accused of domestic violence, child abuse or sexual assault, protections for the falsely accused absolutely need to be in place, now more than ever.
Sen. Patrick Leahy's discussion draft of the Violence Against Women Act includes the DED's directive on sexual assault on campus, which would turn this flawed standard into statutory law: VAWA Draft
Call Senator Leahy today. Politely yet firmly explain that the accused deserve protections too. Tell him to remove the DED sexual assault standard from VAWA:
•Call: (202) 224-4242
•Email: leahy.senate.gov/contact click here
Please contact Sen. Leahy's office now. Thank you for helping to make college campuses safe for everyone.

Time to send an email telling Leahy that we aren't going to put up with anti-male garbage in bills that can become bad law. Leahy's bill would put more men behind bars than the current system and that is why it needs to go down in defeat. The ass you save may be your own so write today.

Standing up to China
I received an email from American Jobs Alliance which states the following:
China systematically undervalues its currency, making Chinese goods 40% cheaper compared to U.S. goods. This is illegal, and it's bankrupting American businesses. This is a major cause of our unemployment and our trade deficit with China. At least 2.8 million American jobs have been stolen by China's cheating and illegal trade practices. Ending China's currency manipulation would create over 2 million American jobs.
China's playing games and it is up to us to keep them accountable. If we the people don't then China is going to tank our economy and we will be in trouble then.

Free Rayon Mcintosh
Remember that cashier at that New York McDonald's who defended himself against two violent dykes? Well he's mentioned in the news again. One story states he was fired and arrested along with the two dykes and the other is a defense fund for him.
The first story from the New York Post:
He’s become a McHero.
Online supporters are hailing the McDonald’s cashier caught on shocking video bashing two patrons who hopped the counter during a fight at the West Village location.
The Rayon McIntosh Defense Fund has been set up on Facebook and is just one of several cyber-support pages.
The 31-year-old worker’s dad is also solidly in his son’s corner.
“You can’t go into a person’s workplace and attack them,” Rayon McIntosh Sr., 54, told The Post. “Let’s be real now -- this was self-defense.”
McIntosh Jr. -- an ex-con who served nearly 11 years for manslaughter, assault and weapons charges -- is caught on tape using a metal rod to beat patrons Denise Darbeau, 24, and Rachel Edwards, 24, breaking Darbeau’s skull and arm and cutting Edwards.
The fight began when the gals cussed McIntosh after he questioned a $50 bill they passed him.
Darbeau slapped him and jumped over the counter as her gal pal jumped into the fray.
McIntosh is charged with assault and criminal possession of a weapon. He was also fired.
His father plans to order up a good defense layer.
“We will not be railroaded,” he said.
gbuiso@nypost.com
For more info go to Rayon Mcintosh's facebook page. If you want to contribute to Rayon McIntosh's defense fund click here.
The kicker to all this is that the dykes who started this altercation got a slap on the wrist meanwhile a man who was protecting his life and the lives of the patrons there is sent to jail. He was fired on top of that by his boss, here is the story:
The restaurant's owner, Carmen Paulino, told NBC New York she was "extremely disturbed" by the events.
"The actions of this individual are unacceptable and not characteristic of my employees," she said. "This individual no longer works for my organisation."
Source:click here
I also heard that no one else jumped in,no employees or manager. Where was the manager during all this? Where was she? Why wasn't she taking charge? She was doing what all women do and that is hide behind a man because they are cowardly scum and when it's convient backstab that man and throw him to the wolves. This is why I don't respect them and I laugh at their misfortune. If they treat us like scum then we return the favor. Fuck them.

Hopefully this gets rid of the PROTECT-IP Act
I received the following from Demand Progress in which they inform us that there is a House version of the PROTECT-IP Act and it needs to be defeated. Here is Demand Progress:
IT'S ALIVE!
But, first of all: GREAT WORK. The House Blacklist Bill was introduced as expected yesterday -- but with only a handful of sponsors.
There's little doubt that this is because of the ruckus we've all raised together -- especially the 50,000+ emails we sent in this week asking our lawmakers to refuse to sponsor the bill.
Now that it's been introduced, will you ask your lawmakers to VOTE AGAINST the House version of the Blacklist Bill?
The bad news: The bill is a nightmare.
The rumors were true. The new Blacklist Bill could effectively destroy YouTube, Twitter, and other sites that rely on user-generated content by making the sites' owners legally responsible for content their users post.
It could shut down music storage lockers and other cloud-based products.
And it also includes provisions that would make it a felony to stream unlicensed content -- including cover band performances, karaoke videos, video game play-throughs, and more.
Will you click here to ask your Congressmember to oppose this legislation?
It's a grab-bag of Halloween goodies for a handful of big corporations -- but for us it's Frankenstein's monster, cobbled together from half-born bills, set to suffocate free speech and innovation and terrorize consumers and Internet users.
Please help send the House version of PROTECT IP to its grave. Click here.
Thanks, yet again.
The Demand Progress team.
Preserve the internet and free speech sign that petition to get rid of the PROTECT-IP Act once and for all.

Leahy's bad bill
Sen. Patrick Leahy is currently circulating a draft of the Violence Against Women Act: click here. Even though SAVE representatives met with Sen. Leahy's staff over the last 2 years, the draft VAWA totally, completely, 100% misses the mark. These are the reasons why the draft bill is Dead on Arrival:
•Nothing to make sure real victims get priority - see summary: click here
•Zero attention to false allegations.
•Nothing to rein in DV lies.
•Nada to address mandatory arrest.
•No attempt to make VAWA gender-neutral
Worse, the bill will take the Dept. of Education's directive on sexual assault on campus and turn the "preponderance of evidence" standard into statutory law,
We need to raise a big stink about this. Call your Senators today at 1-202-224-3121, and tell them to refuse to co-sponsor the bill. Sen. Leahy's bill is fatally flawed.
Sincerely,
Teri
