I've been banned from from a voice for men
That is right. I've been banned from a A Voice For Men by a female moderator. No warning no nothing just a ban straight out. This proves my point. Women have no business in the Men's Rights Movement. I call upon all real MRA's to boycott A Voice For Men. Here is what I mean: "We need to make some noise."

I wrote emails to CBS concerning Sharon Osbourne's misandry. I wrote to protest the Dear Colleague directive at the U.S. federal level and SB967 in the State Of California. I joined with them in other campaigns. That is back when they were a real MRA site. Now they are a shell of their former selves.

This is going to a short bulletin, as I haven’t the time for a full article.
For some years now I have seen people who identify as “masculist” or “masculinist” online in a few locations. I have even seen a few of them pop up here in the comments, usually with something really stupid to say.
I can’t (and don’t want to) control whatever fucktardery that some people choose to engage. All I can do is clarify, and when needed assert AVFM editorial policy, and the philosophy that goes into it.
From my personal perspective, the following applies to masculists.
Masculinism is feminism’s mentally and morally challenged younger brother. It is an ideology, and most, (I know, I know NAMASCALT), demonstrate that with political polemics, phallo-centrism and other forms of general stupidity.
You have, as best I can know these days, never seen a “masculist” article on the pages of this site, or even mild endorsement for any of the people so identified.
And that is how we roll. The principles of inclusiveness, pragmatism, evidence based, non ideological solutions good — ideology, separatism, divisiveness, polemics, well, not so much.

Professor of Law seeks legalized murder

Elizabeth Sheehy is a respected law professor working at the University of Ottawa, and on 15 December, UBC press will publish her recent book, Defending Battered Women on Trial.
The thesis of the book, stated explicitly in the final chapter, is that murder should be legitimized for women who kill their spouses or partners.
Yes, you read that correctly.
She told The Ottawa Citizen that “battered women can justly kill abusive partners ‘because a woman in that circumstance has already lived in captivity’”
Setting aside, just for a moment, the depravity that a Canadian professor of law is publishing a book arguing for the legalization of murder – specifically of men – we must wonder how someone this rabid can be “respected”.
Sheehy argues that women, unlike anyone we might think of as adults, or even as “people”, are so weak, so infantile, and so free of self-actualization, will, or personal volition that when they suddenly find themselves (as if blown by the wind) caught in a dysfunctional, abusive sexual relationship they are incapable of leaving.
Women, apparently, are merely the possessed dolls of their spouses or romantic partners. A woman in an abusive relationship, mystically becomes incapable of finding her shoes and walking out the door, dialing 9-1-1, contacting the police, or locating a publicly-funded shelter.
According to Stats Canada, in 2010 “there were 593 shelters for abused women operating across the country”. However, because Sheehy finds women so completely incompetent, incapable, and feeble, hundreds of shelters, relief organizations, government and non-government agencies, specially trained police departments, gynocentric courts, and twenty four hour support services are inadequate. The legal murder of a sleeping partner must be added to the options.
It reads like a hoax.
Remember that this murder-advocate is a professor of law at a major Canadian university. In a secondary article, The Ottawa Citizen even characterized Sheehy’s work as “rife with trenchant observations” after informing us that she is the recipient of “a prestigious award from the Canadian Bar Association for her scholarship on” none other than “women and the law.”
In Sheehy’s asinine fantasy world, she likens women in abusive relationships to prisoners of war. “We would never say of a prisoner of war that it’s not just that she or he kill their captor to escape. It is just to kill to escape that kind of enslavement.”
While the Canadian public understands that prisoners of war are generally kept in actual prisons – the kind with locking cells, guards, and layers of razor-wire topped fences – some Canadian lawyers are unclear on the difference. Civilians in Canadian society, even those with abusive or violent partners, tend not to live in guarded, secured prison facilities. They live in houses or condos or apartments.
The only person actually needing this to be pointed out is one sociopathic academic in an ugly dress: Elizabeth Sheehy, professor of law at the University of Ottawa.
Sheehy appreciates that previous experience of violent abuse (or simply the claim of such experience) is already recognized as a legal defence for murder in Canada. She was “pleasantly surprised by the higher-than-expected number who were either acquitted or had charges dropped. But she said it was ‘disappointing and worrisome’ to see how many women had pleaded guilty.”
Her solutions are to refine the definition of “excessive force” so that battered women can claim self-defence, give women a “statutory escape hatch” so they have no mandatory minimum penalty if found guilty, and only charge them with manslaughter so they aren’t afraid of fighting it in court. Why? Because Elizabeth Sheehy thinks charging battered women with murder is “so arbitrary”.
I think Sheehy has a different definition of “arbitrary” than the rest of us do.
Laws, as a professor of law should know, are not whimsical. A legal defense in one instance becomes applicable to other, similar, situations. For example, if a woman can use past abuse to reduce a murder charge then, if your son is bullied at school, he can legally bring his dad’s glock to school the next day and gun down his bully. Oh, whoops, no he can’t.
Let us not forget that men are roughly half the victims of reciprocal domestic violence, and are MORE than half the victims of adult, non-reciprocal domestic violence. However, a man abused in a violent relationship can not use past abuse to lessen the legal penalty of murdering another human being.
Here’s an alternate solution: If your spouse or partner hits you or abuses you, DON’T MURDER THEM, STUPID!!! You are supposed to remove yourself from that abuse – like a fucking grown up!
But according to Sheehy:
“While the legal system sometimes excuses battered women who kill abusive partners by accepting a verdict of manslaughter on compassionate grounds, that does not go far enough”
She absurdly argues that it is “unfair” to call women first-degree murderers because “[m]en can kill women with their bare hands, and they do. Women almost never kill men that way. They can’t”. Apparently, Sheehy seems to think we should forget there was a weapon used because women have trouble killing without one.
But she’s not really talking about fighting for your life against a violent aggressor in the heat of a desperate struggle. Shes defending the murder of a sleeping man, rather than simply using the opportunity to get the fuck out of the house.
And that is what UBC Press is publishing.
What level of blatant, depraved and malevolent corruption is required before a “respected” academic is treated correctly by the public as an evil and violent sociopath? This murder advocate, Elizabeth Sheehy, should properly be persona non grata in any area of civilized society but, instead, she gets a book deal.
When, three years ago, I posted a satirical article on AVFM announcing a new tourist industry for women traveling to Canada – namely, murder-tourism – I did so not expecting to be right.

As many people are already aware, on the weekend of September 29 and 30th, Vancouver's men's rights activist group, that's VancouverMRA will be holding a two day men's rights summit – a very small summit, circus and side show somewhere on the streets of Vancouver, and this glorious event the first ever of its kind, and the first annual Man-cover circus and side show.
It is true that Vancouver MRA is not the only boots on the ground men's rights organization in Canada, not by a long stretch. There is also Men's Rights Edmonton, and Men's rights Hamilton organizations doing excellent ground breaking work. The Edmonton group now so effective that an oppositional organization has been formed to thwart them.
However, the city of Vancouver is where we do our human rights activism – and where Vancouver MRA was formed – and continues to operate, Vancouver is the city on Canada's left coast where an awful lot of action is happening in the men's rights movement. For newcomers, that's the human rights movement focusing of the social, legal and economic human rights issues affecting men and boys.
So, in addition to the first annual Man-couver western Canadian men's rights summit, circus and side show – we're going to do something more. And you can help, even if you’re not in this fine city.
In recognition of the ground breaking work done in Canada, and done in Vancouver on behalf of the humanity and the human rights of men and boys, we will be petitioning the office of the mayor, the office of the premier of BC – that's Christy Clark, who now has regular breakfast meetings of the senior members of BC's provincial government in which men are barred from entry and ejected from the premises right down to the serving staff – and we will be petitioning the office of the Prime Minister of this country – my home and yours, Canada – to officially re-name the city in which this human rights work is being pursued, to the appropriate name reflecting this great work. Going forward, let nobody refer again to the obsolete nomenclature of a previous era, and from today onwards let this city be recognized by it's true name – Mancouver.

Two steps forward three steps back
That does seem to be the case. I thought everything was going great. Starting boycotts,signing petitions,sending email to elected leaders protesting misandry,getting bills amended to being more male friendly. Recently however there was this posted at avfm. In it it states that Krista,owner of the blog Femitheist Divine,which is now defuncted,committed suicide. On her blog she stated how she wanted to castrate and/or kill men and boys,using the few she didn't castrate for breeding stock and kill all the men when they outlived their usefulness. Of course all males would be imprisoned under her leadership. Yes,she would be the first fuhrurette in history. She would have made Hitler proud. I wouldn't be surprised if she masturbated while posting. She seems like that type. She viewed herself as the superior to men in a nazi type way. Now the question I want to ask you is: would you grieve over something like this? Would you shed a tear for someone who wanted to kill you in a sadistic manner? I wouldn't but apparently that is not the case at avfm . Read some of the replies,mourning her passing and what an angel she was. Well Lucifer was an angel at one time too. If you're going to mourn for a famous woman make it someone like Erin Pizzey,someone who actually did some good. Instead they mourned the passing of this feminazi. I wrote about this white knight syndrome here and it fits the narrative of this post. Everyone is afraid of looking like a "misogynist". Why? Lawyer tries to persecute MRA's

SPLC linked to anti men’s rights subreddit
(AVFM News) Washington D.C. Apr. 24, 2012 –There has been much debate amongst MRAs as to what in particular prompted the SPLC to identify several Men’s Rights groups and websites as hate groups in their 2012 Intelligence Report. The report itself did not give any specific clues and in fact featured mass murderer, George Sodni, a man with absolutely no ties to the movement whatsoever.
Recently, it has been pointed out to AVFM News that a poster on reddit announced shortly after the release of the Agent Orange Files that they were going to contact the SPLC and that she, in fact, had ties there. She later took credit for the organization’s naming of the MRM as a hate movement. This will be the first time that a direct connection between the releasing of the AO files and the actions of the SPLC.
In December of last year A Voice for Men published and article entitled “Radfem Hub, the underbelly of a hate movement” which exposed screenshots from a private Radfem online forum which can only be described as heinous examples of vitriolic hate speech. An MRA going by the name of Agent Orange, along with others, had painstakingly collected the screenshots over a period of time and in addition tracked down the identities of the forum participants. Their names, along with their respective quotes from the screenshots, were featured in the article.
Shortly after publication of this article AVFM announced that Agent Orange had made available online a warehouse of screenshots that included Facebook and Linkedin profiles of Radfem Hub participants along with examples of their postings. This was done in order to expose the hateful activities of feminists and to make aware to the public their intentions. AVFM encouraged MRAs to browse through the files and write their own articles in order to publicize the matter further.
The immediate reaction from feminists all over was that of carefully guarded shock. Articles written by Jezebel and David Frutrele (Manboobz blog author) tried to minimize the impact by posting articles that glibly chided MRAs for doing what they described as a feeble attempt to discredit Radfem Hub and Feminism in general.
However, the reaction from other quarters betrayed panic.
A lawyer from Baltimore named Kathy Brennan, who is also an active member of Radfem Hub, frantically tried to track down the identity of Agent Orange and openly called for his prosecution. She was not successful. Online Feminist forums became suddenly quiet for weeks due to fear among their members that they too would be identified. Calls for action by the FBI were heralded all over the internet in an attempt to get the federal government involved. These too were not successful.
One instance where there was no hiding the panicked reaction of Agent Orange’s targets was a on the Sub Reddit “Shit Reddit Says”; a sub-reddit who’s only apparent aim is nothing more than to discredit the Men’s Rights Movement. As AVFM reported in January, along with the announcement of the Agent Orange files publication, the sub reddit was ablaze with anger and rage directed at AVFM and Agent Orange for publishing the names of Radfem participants. One thread in particular, named “r/mensrights announces their plan to release the private information of RadFem Hub posters” hosted a frenzy of redditors posting their angst and disgust regarding the AVFM’s coverage of the Agent Orange Files.
One redditor calling herself “little tiger,” named the writer of best Effortpost and Best Submitter of 2011 announced four months ago on the SRS thread that she had connections at the SPLC and would try to get them involved. After the SPLC released their intelligence report concerning the MRM she took credit for initiating the report as recently as five days ago on a subreddit called “Subreddit Drama.“
“I have known the folks at SPLC since approximately 2006. I talked to a friend of mine there personally in December after a particularly frightening incident at /r/MR (I did not identify the subreddit specifically or even say it happened on Reddit, just said “a men’s rights group online”), and they essentially told me that they were aware of the MRM already and yeah, sometimes MRAs did frightening things, isn’t the Internet weird blahblah.” she posted in response to an inquiry about her activities on the thread.
Agent Orange contacted AVFM and notified us about littitiger and provided links to her activities on Reddit. (see links below) He also shared with us a brief correspondence with littletiger.

The press you helped to provided us has allowed us to begin pushing out agendas into India, New Zealand, the Philippines, and Germany. You see, since the SPLC exposure, folks across the U.S. that had no idea of the issues have been coming to us in droves, and quite a few are telling their families who are in other countries.
‘There are even more articles showing up in publications talking about our issues since the SPLC release, many of them second [guessing] the current paradigm in gender politics.
‘On behalf of the MRM, I’d like to extend a warm thank you, and kindly ask you keep up the good work.
Littletiger responds:
“I want you to know that I also called the SPLC about RadFemHub’s hateful tendency to drop dox on trans women. The problem is doxxing, not the fact that you are an MRA.”
It is curious that in addition to the SPLC not reporting about the Radfem Hubs activities they are also accepting money from them as reported by AVFM previously.

Your hypocrisy knows no bounds SPLC and a lot of those problems of yours are on this blog. The truth comes out. Articles written by Jezebel and David Frutrele (Manboobz blog author) tried to minimize the impact by posting articles that glibly chided MRAs for doing what they described as a feeble attempt to discredit Radfem Hub and Feminism in general.
However, the reaction from other quarters betrayed panic.
A lawyer from Baltimore named Kathy Brennan, who is also an active member of Radfem Hub, frantically tried to track down the identity of Agent Orange and openly called for his prosecution. She was not successful. Online Feminist forums became suddenly quiet for weeks due to fear among their members that they too would be identified. Calls for action by the FBI were heralded all over the internet in an attempt to get the federal government involved. These too were not successful.
One instance where there was no hiding the panicked reaction of Agent Orange’s targets was a on the Sub Reddit “Shit Reddit Says”; a sub-reddit who’s only apparent aim is nothing more than to discredit the Men’s Rights Movement. As AVFM reported in January, along with the announcement of the Agent Orange files publication, the sub reddit was ablaze with anger and rage directed at AVFM and Agent Orange for publishing the names of Radfem participants. One thread in particular, named “r/mensrights announces their plan to release the private information of RadFem Hub posters” hosted a frenzy of redditors posting their angst and disgust regarding the AVFM’s coverage of the Agent Orange Files.
One redditor calling herself “little tiger,” named the writer of best Effortpost and Best Submitter of 2011 announced four months ago on the SRS thread that she had connections at the SPLC and would try to get them involved. After the SPLC released their intelligence report concerning the MRM she took credit for initiating the report as recently as five days ago on a subreddit called “Subreddit Drama.“
“I have known the folks at SPLC since approximately 2006. I talked to a friend of mine there personally in December after a particularly frightening incident at /r/MR (I did not identify the subreddit specifically or even say it happened on Reddit, just said “a men’s rights group online”), and they essentially told me that they were aware of the MRM already and yeah, sometimes MRAs did frightening things, isn’t the Internet weird blahblah.” she posted in response to an inquiry about her activities on the thread.
Agent Orange contacted AVFM and notified us about littitiger and provided links to her activities on Reddit. (see links below) He also shared with us a brief correspondence with littletiger.

The press you helped to provided us has allowed us to begin pushing out agendas into India, New Zealand, the Philippines, and Germany. We literally have tens of campus student groups forming across the U.S. as a result of the this.
You see, since the SPLC exposure, folks across the U.S. that had no idea of the issues have been coming to us in droves, and quite a few are telling their families who are in other countries.
‘There are even more articles showing up in publications talking about our issues since the SPLC release, many of them second [guessing] the current paradigm in gender politics.
‘On behalf of the MRM, I’d like to extend a warm thank you, and kindly ask you keep up the good work.
Littletiger responds:
“I want you to know that I also called the SPLC about RadFemHub’s hateful tendency to drop dox on trans women. The problem is doxxing, not the fact that you are an MRA.”
It is curious that in addition to the SPLC not reporting about the Radfem Hubs activities they are also accepting money from them as reported by AVFM previously.

A direct connection to the SPLC and RadFemHub and the SPLC has the nerve to call us names when this is the company they keep. Your hypocrisy knows no bounds SPLC and a lot of those problems of yours are on this blog. The truth comes out. With what they said at that forum I believe law enforcement is the last agency they want to make aware of what was said there.
