It couldn't happen here. Could it?
Can it happen here? Yes,it could. Feminism is proof of that. Feminism has gotten its issues out to the sympathetic politicians and populace. The nazis couldn't accomplish it neither could their Japanese coconspriators: to fly their respective flags at the White House. The Germans said they would fly the swastika. The Japanese the rising sun and during the Cold War the Russians with the hammer and sickle. These threats were empty rhetoric. Now the terrorist group,ISIS or ISIL,are making the same threat. Will they succeed? Who knows. There is only one of these hate movements that has be not only been accepted into American society but it is actually embraced by a large part of the population and that movement is feminism. The most honest face of feminism,"gender feminism",wasn't unleashed upon American society until 1993 with the election of Bill Clinton as president. With the Bill Clinton presidency came great risks for Men's Rights Activists. Masculist publications were being monitored by the FBI. Because the Bill Clinton presidency was sympathetic to the feminist cause they were going to use the power of the government against us. Today we seen Obama wearing a t-shirt that says "this is what a feminist looks like" and old mean man-hater Joe Biden as the veep. I would say that feminism has indeed infiltrated American society the same way rot infiltrates wood.

Student sues over "not alone" policy
University of Michigan Student Found Guilty of Sexual Assault & Expelled - No Trial, No Jury, No Witnesses, No Attorney

It seems the University of Michigan has followed the recommendations in the White House Task Force report entitled "Not Alone" to enact a four-year suspension against a student who was found guilty of the charge of sexual assault – "despite receiving little notice of the charges against him, no attorney, no trial and no jury." Drew Sterrett, the former University of Michigan student, is now suing the institution for violating his rights guaranteed by the US Constitution due process amendments. The incident occurred in 2012, Sterrett's freshman year.
According to The Daily Caller, Sterrett had sex with a female student in his dorm room. According to Sterrett, his roommate was present during the encounter and could attest to it being consensual. While at home for summer break, five months later, Sterrett was informed by the university the female student had filed a rape complaint against him. The university told Sterrett any time in trying to procure a lawyer would result in the proceedings commencing without him. In a hearing via Skype communication later that day, Sterrett denied any wrongdoing.
"'At no point during the call/interview was [Sterrett] given notice of the specific allegations which had been made against him,' the lawsuit claimed."
Sterrett's accuser had second thoughts about the details of their encounter being made public resulting in the investigation being halted in September. He was warned to stay away from the dorm where his accuser resided while being totally unaware of the full accusations against him. The university proceeded to adjudicate the matter anyway resulting in administrators informing Sterrett "he was found guilty of raping his accuser and creating a 'hostile environment' for her, and would be suspended until 2016."
Sterrett denied the charges. He called them "ludicrous" and claimed the proceedings were "a gross perversion of justice." The university denied Sterrett adequate representation and the opportunity to address the specific allegations against him made by his accuser. Regardless, a university appeal board upheld the suspension.
The lawsuit filed by Sterrett maintains, "the decision of the Appeals Board was a rubber stamp of the flawed investigation and Report and Addendum, lacked fundamental fairness, was reckless, arbitrary and capricious, and clearly denied [Sterrett] due process." The lawsuit demands the university reinstate Sterrett and pay damages.
The University of Michigan denied any wrongdoing. Kelly Cunningham, a spokeswoman for UM, said, "The University is reviewing the complaints and plans to defend them vigorously."
In a recent article regarding the White House Task Force report "Not Alone" and its falsification of facts, the problems with these "recommendations" for college campuses, that were urged to be put in place as soon as possible, were the removal of the rights of due process afforded all citizens of the US, upheld by the US Constitution with the Fifth and Sixth Amendments, already in place on some campuses with the administration praising those institutions that arbitrarily dispensed with the rule of law in regards to complaints of sexual assault and rape. As stated in the previous article, this dispensation of the right to due process affects everyone's children regardless of political affiliation, political viewpoint, religion, creed, national origin, race or socioeconomic status. And, it could cause irreparable harm to those who are falsely accused or a complaint filed because of revenge or a prank.
While liberals and those on the left cheer the administration when it participates in violations of law that promote their cause, these individuals have heralded the dismissal of "the rule of law" on college campuses, recommended by the Obama administration, in favor of the "rule of men." In their thinking, the rules would not apply to them as the administration is "liberal friendly" seeking to thwart conservatives and those believing in the rule of law – the law of the land, the US Constitution. However, they too will bear the fruits of their labors.
Whether this student is innocent or guilty is not the issue – the issue is the removal of the right of due process upheld in the US Constitution by an institution, individual, or group that does not have the right to eradicate individual God-given rights.
While all of us would like to believe that our children do not or would not engage in casual sexual activity, it has become evident this does happen and happens at earlier ages: sometimes despite the teachings of parents. In this case, the accused claims the encounter was consensual and even reported having a witness to verify that fact. In the report, "Not Alone," the definition of sexual assault is to be redefined that may include many innocent situations, possibly a consensual situation between individuals of consenting age. Unfortunately, Drew Sterrett has been caught up in a war between the upholding of the rule of law versus the implementation of the rule of men. He will end up paying the price while the posturing of Congress, this administration and the public continue.
The left is busy condoning debauchery at every level, destroying the family unit, and promoting the early sexualization of our children; then, this group has the audacity to support the eradication of due process. Sterrett believed he was not in the wrong by engaging in consensual sexual relations, so did not worry about the encounter. It is proving costly as he attends a university who denies due process to those accused of wrongdoing.
The liberal left needs to re-evaluate their mantra. Oh wait, that would mean that a right-wing extreme woman that someone let out of the kitchen where she needs to be kept was actually right about the consequences of trampling the US Constitution. Well, sometimes that chicken comes home to roost.

The weird thing is that the administration making our lives hell is the same one that put together a fucking website that didn't work for shit. In fact it was a running joke on FOX news. Feminists at Homeland Security sexually harass men

Looks like the Department of Homeland Security could be renamed the Department of Hyper Sexuality.
A blistering federal discrimination suit accuses agency honcho Janet Napolitano of turning the department into a female-run “frat house” where male staffers were banished to the bathrooms and routinely humiliated. James Hayes Jr., who now is New York’s top Homeland Security cop, claims Napolitano filled top spots in Washington, D.C., with two of her gal pals who were bent on tormenting male employees.
The suit identified them as Dora Schriro, who is now running the city Department of Correction, and Suzanne Barr, the chief of staff for the U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement.
Soon after Schriro and Barr were hired in January 2009, male staffers were treated like lapdogs, Hayes claims.
Barr “moved the entire contents of the offices of three employees, including name plates, computers and telephones, to the men’s bathroom at ICE headquarters,” the suit says.
Barr also stole a male staffer’s BlackBerry and fired off a message to his female supervisor indicating that he “had a crush on [her] and fantasized about her,” Hayes claims.
Sometimes, Barr took a more direct approach. In one case, she called a male colleague in his hotel room and screamed at him using sexually humiliating language, the suit says.
Hayes claims that after he reported the abuse to the Equal Employment Opportunity office, Napolitano launched a series of misconduct investigations against him.
Hayes claims he was denied a prized promotion and systematically pushed aside while working out of ICE’s Washington office. The suit says Schriro was named the special adviser to Secretary Napolitano on Detention and Removal Operations and began to replace Hayes at meetings despite having no “experience in managing a federal law enforcement department.” Schriro did, however, have a “long standing relationship with [Napolitano],” the suit says.
Hayes, who is seeking relief for $335,000 in damages, was named the special agent in charge of ICE’s New York field office in Oct. 2009. ICE Director of Public Affairs Brian Hale blasted the suit, which was filed in May and first reported by the blog, debbieschlussel.com. “ICE doesn’t comment on unfounded claims and will respond to Mr. Hayes’ allegations as appropriate through the judicial system,” he said. A Department of Correction spokesman denied claims that her relationship with Napolitano figured into her hiring.
“Commissioner Schriro’s selection and service at DHS was based on the merits. Any suggestion to the contrary is false,” spokesman Robin Campbell said.

Biden is a lying: let's set him straight

Vice President Joe Biden has disappointed abuse victims once again. On Tuesday, Biden issued a statement on domestic violence: here. With yet another opportunity to tell the truth about DV, he again only addressed one aspect: women abused by men.
Biden failed to mention intimate partner violence in the LGBT community, and he ignored women's violence towards men. According to Martin Fiebert, PhD of California State University, 286 research studies conducted over the last 30 years show "women are as physically aggressive, or more aggressive, than men in their relationships with their spouses or male partners." click here
Scanning the news, it's easy to see that women commit DV. On Monday, Terry Dear, OH, was shot in the back by his wife in front of their two small children. Derrick Graham, VA, was hit and drug along a highway by his wife driving an SUV last week.
You may remember when Whoopi Goldberg asked Biden about violent women on The View (thanks to your calls and emails!). He threw his hands up as if dumbfounded, pounded his fist into his hand while ordering men to never hit women, then claimed that every person in prison saw their mother abused by their father. The time has come for our Vice President to stand up for ALL victims of domestic violence. And, it's time for him to acknowledge that women can be, and often are just as violent as men.

VAWA to go before Senate

t's down to the wire. The senate is expected to vote on the Violence Against Women Act very soon.
Vice President Biden recalled recently that when VAWA was first passed, opponents warned that it would be misused in divorce. They were right.
One in six Americans know someone who has been falsely accused of domestic violence. The "silver bullet" in divorce, false allegations are sometimes used to obtain child custody. This despicable act removes fit and loving parents from the lives of their children.
Please take a moment as soon as possible, and speak out for the millions of children who are missing a falsely accused parent. And do it for the parents who are grieving for their children, stolen with a lie.
Find your senators here: click here. Take note of their party affiliation and phone number.
If your senator is a Republican, call, and ask them to support Sen. Grassley's Substitute Amendment to VAWA.
If your senator is a Democrat, call, and ask them to demand changes to Sen. Leahy's VAWA (S. 1925), to curb false allegations of domestic violence.

Too little too late
The other gender gap: Obama struggles to make gains among male voters

April 6, 2012: President Obama speaks at the White House. (AP) For all the analysis of Mitt Romney's struggle to attract female voters, little has been made of the other gender gap -- President Obama's difficulty in attracting male voters.
While Romney's deficit among female voters is deeper, the incumbent president has faced his share of trouble winning over the other 49 percent of the population. The president's approval ratings since the beginning of his term demonstrate this reality. He fares consistently better among women, consistently worse among men.
When pitted against Romney, the Republican presidential front-runner, the trend holds. Romney often captures the men, while Obama wins the women. In a Fox News Poll released last month, only 43 percent of men said they approved of the job Obama was doing -- 51 percent disapproved. The numbers practically flipped among women.
Drilling deeper into the numbers, the poll showed 59 percent of men disapproved of Obama's handling of the economy, compared with 50 percent of women who felt the same way. On the deficit, disapproval among men was 61 percent; among women, 53 percent.
A widely cited USA Today/Gallup poll last week, which measured Obama's and Romney's support in 12 vital swing states, showed Romney losing women 36-54 percent.
In the swing states, Obama was doing better among men than he has been nationally, but still behind by a point -- with Romney leading 48-47 percent.
The reason for each candidate's gender gap likely can be traced to a host of factors.
There are historical trends to consider -- women have favored Democrats and men Republicans for decades.
In this particular race, dissatisfaction with Obama runs deeper among men when it comes to issues of the economy and the deficit -- issues Romney has tried to make the centerpiece of his campaign platform.
Amid a shaky economy recovery, though, Obama's trouble with the not-so-fair sex could boil down to the basic challenge of unemployment.
"Men are hurting more in this workforce in unemployment than women are," said Brad Blakeman, past adviser to former President George W. Bush. "Men have left this president because they are unemployed."
The latest jobs report in March pegged the unemployment rate for men at 7.6 percent, for women at 7.4 percent. The numbers, though, weren't always so close.
The gap in the jobless rate for women and men grew to nearly 3 percentage points in late 2009 and has narrowed slowly since.
A 2010 report by the Federal Reserve Bank of New York found that the men fared worse during the recession and its aftermath in part because the industries that suffered most were male-dominated.
From a cultural perspective, Blakeman noted that the "burden of not being employed" can weigh more heavily on a man than a woman. Polling has shown different issues mattering more to male and female voters.
In the USA Today/Gallup poll of swing state voters, men listed the deficit and national debt as their top issue. For women, the top issue was health care.

Obama and Biden are toast as far as I'm concerned,judging from their track records on supporting misandry especially VAWA Joe. If Obama were serious he would have created that Boys To Men Commission,which he didn't while still pandering to women. Screw him and VAWA Joe.

April 6, 2012: President Obama speaks at the White House. (AP) For all the analysis of Mitt Romney's struggle to attract female voters, little has been made of the other gender gap -- President Obama's difficulty in attracting male voters.
While Romney's deficit among female voters is deeper, the incumbent president has faced his share of trouble winning over the other 49 percent of the population. The president's approval ratings since the beginning of his term demonstrate this reality. He fares consistently better among women, consistently worse among men.
When pitted against Romney, the Republican presidential front-runner, the trend holds. Romney often captures the men, while Obama wins the women. In a Fox News Poll released last month, only 43 percent of men said they approved of the job Obama was doing -- 51 percent disapproved. The numbers practically flipped among women.
Drilling deeper into the numbers, the poll showed 59 percent of men disapproved of Obama's handling of the economy, compared with 50 percent of women who felt the same way. On the deficit, disapproval among men was 61 percent; among women, 53 percent.
A widely cited USA Today/Gallup poll last week, which measured Obama's and Romney's support in 12 vital swing states, showed Romney losing women 36-54 percent.
In the swing states, Obama was doing better among men than he has been nationally, but still behind by a point -- with Romney leading 48-47 percent.
The reason for each candidate's gender gap likely can be traced to a host of factors.
There are historical trends to consider -- women have favored Democrats and men Republicans for decades.
In this particular race, dissatisfaction with Obama runs deeper among men when it comes to issues of the economy and the deficit -- issues Romney has tried to make the centerpiece of his campaign platform.
Amid a shaky economy recovery, though, Obama's trouble with the not-so-fair sex could boil down to the basic challenge of unemployment.
"Men are hurting more in this workforce in unemployment than women are," said Brad Blakeman, past adviser to former President George W. Bush. "Men have left this president because they are unemployed."
The latest jobs report in March pegged the unemployment rate for men at 7.6 percent, for women at 7.4 percent. The numbers, though, weren't always so close.
The gap in the jobless rate for women and men grew to nearly 3 percentage points in late 2009 and has narrowed slowly since.
A 2010 report by the Federal Reserve Bank of New York found that the men fared worse during the recession and its aftermath in part because the industries that suffered most were male-dominated.
From a cultural perspective, Blakeman noted that the "burden of not being employed" can weigh more heavily on a man than a woman. Polling has shown different issues mattering more to male and female voters.
In the USA Today/Gallup poll of swing state voters, men listed the deficit and national debt as their top issue. For women, the top issue was health care.

Thank you, also, for your recent September 14 statement highlighting the “high rates of violence and assault that continues to threaten young men and women across the country.”
In anticipation of your upcoming appearance on The View to discuss dating violence affecting teens and young adults, we would like to bring to your attention a disturbing trend – the growing problem of female-perpetrated violence among teenagers and young adults.
According to a 2010 Department of Justice report, Delinquency Cases in Juvenile Court, 2007, “Juvenile courts handled 448,900 cases involving females in 2007, more than twice the 1985 number.” And for assaults and other offenses against persons, the female offender rate soared by 233% over the same period.
It has reached the point that among dating partners, U.S. Centers for Disease Control surveys have repeatedly documented that females are more likely than males to be the initiators of partner violence:
• According to the 2009 Youth Risk Behavior Surveillance Survey, 10% of teenage boys were victimized by dating violence in the past year, compared to only 9% of teenage girls experiencing dating violence CDC report on youth behavior
• According to a national survey of young adults ages 18-25, in cases of one-way violence, females were the aggressors in 71% of the cases, and males the initiators 29% of the time. (Whitaker DJ et al. American Journal of Public Health, Vol. 97, No. 5, 2007)
In regard to sexual assault, female perpetration rates are beginning to equal and even surpass assaults by men. A recent survey of 6th and 7th graders in Cleveland concluded, “boys were more likely to be victims of sexual violence than girls.” (Taylor BG et al. Journal of Experimental Criminology, Vol. 6, 2010).
Relationship expert Dr. Jill Murray explains the problem this way:
Now, here’s the really depressing news: female-to-male PHYSICAL abuse has gone up at least threefold in many areas of the country in the last year!…Men don’t report when they have been violated. … They live with the same secretiveness and shame that abused girls and women speak of. Female aggression against intimate partners can have lethal consequences. In recent months, there have been at least two cases in which teenage girls have fatally wounded their male or female dating partners: SAVE on teen violence committed by females
The problem of female-initiated partner violence is also worrisome because female aggression has been shown to be the leading reason for the woman becoming a victim of subsequent violence. (Stith S et al. Aggression and Violent Behavior Vol. 10, 2004. pp. 65-98.)
In the spirit of carrying on your courageous efforts to bring domestic violence out of the shadows, we call on you to emphasize these three critical messages in your appearance on The View:
1. Among teenagers and young adults, females are now more likely than males to be the aggressors of physical violence.
2. Female abusers need treatment and help, not a cold shoulder.
3. The problem of domestic violence against men remains hidden. Male victims need to be encouraged to report when they are victimized.
