SACRAMENTO, Calif. — The Latest on a parole hearing for Patricia Krenwinkel, an accomplice of cult killer Charles Manson and the longest-serving female inmate in California (all times local):
8:40 p.m.
Anthony DiMaria, the nephew of victim Thomas Jay Sebring, said a Los Angeles County prosecutor who attended the hearing told him that the parole officials want to research whether Krenwinkel was a victim of intimate partner battery.
‘For this investigation to be initiated at this point is mind-boggling,” said DiMaria, who attended the hearing but left before a decision was postponed. “I don’t understand where we go from a murder, the killing of eight people (including Tate’s unborn child) to an intimate partner battery victim. It’s absurd….It seems like the world is turned upside down. How do you kill eight people and now you’re the victim?”
Jean Guccione, a spokeswoman for the Los Angeles District Attorney’s Office, said prosecutors would not comment until the parole panel makes its recommendation after the investigation.
8:20 p.m.
After a daylong hearing, the panel from the California Board of Parole Hearings postponed a decision on whether to free Patricia Krenwinkel “because they felt information discussed at the hearing was cause for an investigation,” spokeswoman Vicky Waters said in an email.
The hearing will be continued once the investigation is concluded, she said
Sharon Tate’s sister, Debra Tate, said the parole officials told her the hearing was likely to be postponed about six months while they research to see if Krenwinkel meets the criteria for having battered women’s syndrome.
Krenwinkel’s attorney, Keith Wattley, did not immediately return telephone and email messages.
“She totally minimized her action and blamed everything on other people the whole hearing,” Tate said.
Tate said she didn’t buy the concept that Krenwinkel was a victim because she was free to leave at any time and participated in murders two nights in a row.
“We all have to be accountable for our actions. I don’t buy any of this stuff. She was there because she wanted to be there. Nobody held a gun to her head,” Tate said.
7:50 p.m.
A two-member parole panel has delayed making a decision on whether to release Patricia Krenwinkel, an accomplice of cult killer Charles Manson and the longest-serving female inmate in California.
The decision to delay Thursday by the panel came after the 69-year-old Krenwinkel was previously denied parole 13 times, most recently in 2011.
Krenwinkel helped kill pregnant actress Sharon Tate and six other people at the urging of Manson 47 years ago.
The hearing was held at the California Institution for Women, about 40 miles east of Los Angeles, where Krenwinkel is imprisoned.
She has a clean record behind bars, earned a bachelor’s degree and taught illiterate inmates to read.
Gov. Jerry Brown has the power to block the release of inmates if parole is granted. He previously stopped the parole of two other Manson followers.

10 a.m.
A parole hearing has started for Patricia Krenwinkel, an accomplice of cult killer Charles Manson and the longest-serving female inmate in California.
The hearing Thursday comes 47 years after Krenwinkel helped kill pregnant actress Sharon Tate and six other people, including grocer Leno LaBianca and his wife, Rosemary.
The 69-year-old Krenwinkel has been denied parole 13 times since her conviction in the 1969 slayings.
Los Angeles County prosecutors say she carved the word “war” into Leno LaBianca’s stomach then wrote “Helter Skelter” in blood on the couple’s refrigerator.
Krenwinkel contended at her previous parole hearing in 2011 that she’s a changed woman.
She has a clean disciplinary record, earned a bachelor’s degree behind bars, taught reading to illiterate inmates and trained service dogs for disabled people.

Petition Utah to reform DV laws
It is an automatic 5 year sentence in a Federal Penitentiary for a person to possess a firearm while they have a protective order in place against them. A significant number of respondents (disproportionately men) have had their rights under the U.S. Constitution's 1st and 2nd Amendments trampled on by "protective orders" that have been in place for 5 years, 10 years, or even longer. The vast majority of states allow for an automatic cut-off after a year or 3 years. Utah's law unconstitutionally allows protective orders to continue INDEFINITELY. Should a Petitioner believe s/he still needs a protective order beyond 1 or even 3 years, they should be required to apply to the court for a new protective order (before or after the EXPIRATION of the original protective order). This is the ONLY way to be fair to the Respondent.
The Respondent can suffer the loss of his/her firearm for the 1-3 years due to his/her actions towards the Petitioner. However, indefinitely preventing a Respondent from being able to defend him/herself or work in a field of choice which requires a firearm is entirely unconstitutional.
The undersigned agree and wish that you would take action to make a positive change in this matter at once. Thank you.

Urge the Victorian government to take male victims of domestic violence seriously
Domestic violence is a growing epidemic that affects everyone. Within Victoria there are no supports specifically catered for men/fathers who are the victims of domestic violence. We ask the government to provide funding to an organization that is capable of serving these men/fathers and children that are fleeing violent partners and their specific needs.
The Government of Victoria have provided $100,000 for animals fleeing domestic violence but next to nothing for men/fathers and their children fleeing family violence.

Jeb Bush ignores male domestic violence victims
From SAVE Services:
Yesterday, Jeb Bush announced his campaign for presidency. In his official campaign video, however, the statement is made that "one out of four women will be victimized by claims to love them."
Later in the video, a Florida resident explains how "he wanted women to not live the way [she] found [herself]."
This reckless use of statistics and a focus only on female domestic violence victims is disappointing. Email Jeb Bush at jeb@jeb.org to let him know that domestic violence happens to all genders.
We want any presidential candidate to take domestic violence seriously when it happens to anyone.

It figures men would be disadvantaged in Beaver County-female on male domestic violence
She Was Caught on Camera Beating Him with a Metal Pole, but He’s the One in Jail after Cops ‘Refused to Look at the Video’
Aug. 30, 2014 11:31am Zach Noble
Hell hath no fury like a woman spurned.
Justin Lindsey has been jailed in Beaver County, Pennsylvania, for the past week, KDKA-TV reported, facing charges of harassment and assault.
But according to Lindsey’s family, he’s the one who got assaulted — and they’ve got video to back up their claims.
The incident occurred last week when Lindsey’s ex-girlfriend — and mother of his child — Rhameicka Clark showed up at his house and found Lindsey on the porch with their daughter and another woman, KDKA reported.
Clark told the news station that Lindsey had previously agreed not to bring other women around their daughter.
Lindsey recorded video of their encounter on his cell phone, capturing Clark’s rage…
After the beating, Clark reported the incident to authorities, but according to Lindsey’s mother, she made it seem like Lindsey had been the aggressor, leading a Pennsylvania magistrate to call for Lindsey’s arrest.
Worse, Aliquippa police apparently refused to look at the video evidence that showed Clark attacking Lindsey.
“Me and his dad went with him to turn himself in to the police,” Lindsey’s mother said. “They refused to look at the video, refused to hear his side.”
She added that her son is in danger of losing his job over the incident.
The Aliquippa police department did not immediately respond to a request for comment from TheBlaze.

U.S. Senate candidate goes through misandric system
Maine Senate GOP Challenger: Domestic Violence Conviction Shows Integrity
Daniel Strauss – January 3, 2014, 2:15 PM EST12827
A conservative candidate running against Sen. Susan Collins (R-ME) in the Republican primary argued that his decision to fight his domestic violence conviction in court showed his integrity.
The candidate, Erick Bennett, a consultant in Portland who worked on the anti-marriage equality push in 2012, made the argument Monday at a press conference. He discussed his Senate campaign, his time serving for Maine Gov. Paul LePage's (R) campaign in 2010 and his domestic violence conviction.
"The fact that I have been jailed repeatedly for not agreeing to admit to something I didn’t do should speak to the fact of how much guts and integrity I have," Bennett said. "I've noticed some people questioning that."
In 2003 Bennett was convicted of attacking his then-wife. A district court convicted him of Class D Assault. Bennett fought the conviction but in 2004 a Maine Supreme Judicial Court ruled that the lower court "sufficient evidence does exist in the record to support his conviction," according to the Bangor Daily News. At the press conference Bennett stressed his innocence.
Bennett went on to say that that his time in jail demonstrates how much character he has.
"If I go to D.C., I'm going to have that same integrity in doing what I say, and saying what I do, when it comes to protecting people's rights, as well as their pocketbooks," Bennett continued, according to the Daily News.

Ariel Castro is misunderstood
Everyone is so quick to paint Ariel Castro as the bad guy just because he let 3 women stay with him thus offering them his protection. Ariel Castro gave these women a purpose. The only purpose they are on this earth for and a white knight who is a felon himself put these women back on the street where they can face real danger. When you get right down to it Ariel Castro is not really a bad guy just as Charles Ramsey is no saint. Charles Ramsey has been in and out of prison a lot and he even tried to kill his wife. No one takes into consideration that Castro himself is victim of child abuse and they don't care that some felon has added to that abuse. They don't care that a matriarchial society has victimized Castro because all they want is the blood of a man,any man. When Charles Ramsey goes on to victimize one of your brothers, uncles, fathers, nephews or male cousins then we'll see if you still regard him as a hero.

The tee shirt queen

Jodi Arias: turning murder into T-shirt sales
Jodi Arias butchers her boyfriend, then becomes DV advocate while awaiting possible death sentence.
Jodi Arias is very busy these days designing T-shirts that have the word “survivor” written on them and is making it well known that 100% of the proceeds from these sales will go to Domestic Violence organizations. Jodi Arias is also now a convicted first degree murderess and death qualified convict after she slashed her boyfriend Travis Alexander’s throat from ear to ear, stabbed him 29 times, and shot him in the face.
Her defense was one clearly designed by feminists who cry “domestic violence” whenever women kill, not just to get murderesses a pass, but so their organizations can continue to get more and more VAWA money.
Voilà , we give you Jodi Arias, a poor victim of domestic violence who was just defending herself.
As her T-shirt campaign suggests, Jodi is a victim and survivor of abuse and even despite her conviction, she seems content in continuing this narrative. On May 21 of 2013, Jodi had the opportunity to have her life spared in the Death Penalty phase of her trial where she gave a 19 minute appeal to jurors on why she should live. In this appeal, Jodi asked jurors to let her live so that she could continue to sell her survivor T-shirts (which she held up for the world to see) and drive money to Domestic Violence organizations.
If you find this amazing, consider that four sentences before that, Jodi told jurors that she is “still amazed that she was capable of such violence.”
When I watched this video, especially at the end where Jodi pimped out her survivor T-shirt, I envisioned millions of feminist around the world standing up and cheering for who I imagine will be their poster girl for decades to come.
Arias will be their newest, bestest reason why governments around the world should revamp the judicial system to make sure that when a woman says she is a victim of domestic violence, even a murderous butcher of a woman with no evidence that she was ever harmed, that her word alone should be taken as gold.
Jodi is the future poster child for why every man on the planet should be put into prison, neutralizing them so that women and girls can prosper. In fact, I do believe that feminists right now are developing a media campaign where Jodi Arias and her blood stained T-shirts will be used to agitate the growing base of people who believe that men and boys are natural abusers, and that women are victims even when they murder people during psychotic rages.
I also believe that the Jodi Arias saga will renew calls from feminist leaders to ramp up talks with government officials around the world that women’s rights are still under seige. To be honest, I know that Paul Elam stated that he believed Jodi Arias had a chance to be acquitted and walk out of the court room a free woman. I believed this as well because we have a long history of evidence from the courts that allow women to do unspeakable things, blame it on men, and then walk on whatever they were charged with.
Jodi’s defense team used Alyce Laviolette’s ”expert” opinion to prove that Jodi being a victim and survivor of abuse from both Travis Alexander (the dead guy) and her father, made her a killer. But what Alyce didn’t say is that Jodi mentioned in court that she suffered abuse from her Mother as well. That conveniently got left out of Ms. LaViolette’s testimony.
In her world, Ms. LaViolette has read the feminist manifesto that teaches the notion that only men beat women. It should also be noted that she made short work of blaming Travis for the fact that he is dead. I suppose she missed the victim blaming course in college.
Does anyone want to bet that Alyce LaViolette is a customer of Jodi Arias and bought one of her survivor T-Shirts? How long do you think it will be before we see women and white knights all over the world wearing these T-shirts in the name of feminism? And who wants to bet that the domestic violence industry will gladly rake in the money from these sales so they can continue to manufacture more drones that wear the hat of lobbyist? It should also be noted that Alyce LaViolette has a book out and there is little doubt in my mind that sales of her book skyrocketed because of the Jodi Arias murder trial.
If you are new to A Voice For Men, I wrote an article on this website about the Domestic Violence Industry that I believe every man and woman who has a male in their family should read.
So where is this teachable moment?
Jodi Arias’ Survivor T-Shirt Campaign Proves Domestic Violence Experts Are Insane And Unhealthy To Society
I want to make it very clear, I do believe that Jodi Arias is a victim, and it does relate to Domestic Violence, but not as a victim of violence. Professional feminists have done just a great job of conning Law Enforcement, Judges, Politicians, and a the general public into believing that “Domestic Violence,” one automatically means male on female violence.
So certain of this are we that even a psycho killer can hawk T-shirts without raising too many eyebrows.
All women have taught that they can do anything they want as a victim. They have been told, in effect, that they can harm people and then put out their hand begging for help, and expect it to be delivered.
It is much like using “best interest of the child” in order to push 85% of fathers to the outer margins of their children’s lives. Like “there is no excuse to hit a woman,” it is a statement designed to prevent an agenda, any agenda, can be pursued without interference. And, if you do attempt to rebut, you are immediately labeled as a person who wants to do harm to women and/or children.
I believe that Jodi Arias was thinking along those lines when she planned Travis Alexander’s death, knowing that she could use this claim, even after her first lies were uncovered, because she has seen many women successfully use violence as a tactical tool.
In short, feminist driven Domestic Violence theory led Jodi Arias into a false sense of security when she assumed that by using the violence card everyone in the courtroom would be so aghast that this gorgeous woman was a victim of horrible sexual and physical abuse that they would then let her walk out of court a free and famous woman that could make hundreds of millions of dollars selling her story and survivor T-Shirts.
Signs that Jodi Arias is an Insane Feminist and Unhealthy
Protecting The Real Victims Of Jodi Arias
Travis Alexander and his entire family are the true victims in this case despite many attempts by feminist Domestic Violence experts to make Jodi Arias a poster child for why women kill. Let’s hope someone with more knowledge of the Son of Sam laws finds some way to prevent these organizations from benefiting from Travis Alexander’s death and the need for Jodi Arias to capitalize on her survivor T-Shirt campaign.
A Voice For Men extends condolences to the surviving family of Travis Alexander and we want them to know that our organization is fighting people like Alyce LaViolette — and the professional radical feminists who were very much prepared to help Jodi Arias go free so that they could use Travis’ murder to drive their agenda. If any of the family members read this article and want to contact us, we are open 24 hrs a day to talk.
In an effort to help get the message out about misguided feminist governance and domestic violence laws, and to bring attention to Travis Alexander and his family, we hope that you will extensively share this article on sites like Facebook, Google+, Twitter, and other networks. Additionally, using the comment system below, our goal is to gain 400 comments focusing on your thoughts of Jodi Arias, her murder conviction, and decision to sell domestic violence survivor T-shirts as a Woman who killed her boyfriend.
Source:click here
The Men's Rights Blog also extends its sympathies to the family of Travis Alexander for their loss. Not only for the loss of Travis but the loss of the justice that was denied to them by jurors who were too stupid to see thorough Arias' lies or too cowardly to do the right thing and sentence her to death. The lead sissy,William Kervokos, who demonstrated his moral cowardice by not doing the right thing. May he be a pariah, not just in his community but all over the world. He and the other jurors who sided with him may they also be pariahs along with their families. May they suffer in shame and may they be ostrisized from their community. They are white knights/manginas and may white knights/manginas be shunned and ostrisized worldwide.

The plight of men today
The amazing thing to day is that college girls do porn videos like this video yet if go you near her you can be accused of some sex crime. I mean think about it. One of those bitches from Girls Gone Wild can falsely accuse a guy and everyone will think she is a vestal virgin about it and that he is the guy in raincoat that hangs around playgrounds. Boys or girls, today's college girl doesn't give a fuck who she fucks but she has no problem fucking over men. Here is an illustration:
We've seen this attitude in the media, courts and society in general. Women insensitive to men's pain:
Even if they inflict the most damaging harm to little boys:
We see this in a society that not only condones it but enables misandry as well. However we are seeing a backlash at women:
We're getting in their faces:
We've tried to be nice. What did that get us? Husband mutilators like Lorena Bobbitt and Catherine Kieu Becker. We tried to be nice. What did that get us? Husband killers such as Mary Winkler and Clara Harris. We tried to be nice. What did that get us? School teachers and other older females who take advantage of the young males in schools and other institutions. We tried to be nice. What did that get us? Misandric lopsided laws that disfavor men even when the men are victims of female on male domestic violence. We've tried to be nice, What did that get us? A kick to the groin and other forms of sexual violence.

Tell Congressman Cantor to insist upon presumption of innocence in VAWA
From SAVE Services:
The Violence Against Women Act (VAWA), which is being discussed by House Leader Cantor and VP Biden could include this proposed definition: "sexual assault means any nonconsensual sexual act proscribed by Federal, tribal or State law, including when the victim lacks the capacity to consent."
Due to changes in state laws, innocent men have been convicted of sexual assault and imprisoned, even though there was no DNA, no witnesses, and no forensic evidence. Learn more here: click here
Do we really want VAWA to shift the burden of proof to the defendant? No law should remove the presumption of innocence.
Call House Leader Eric Cantor right now! (202) 225-2815 Tell him to restore the Presumption of Innocence in VAWA!
Thank you for your attention to this matter,

Let's tell CBS to rebroadcast "Men Don't Tell"
On March 14, 1993, CBS aired "Men Don't Tell", a TV movie about domestic violence in the home. After its initial broadcast, CBS came under pressure to never show the movie again, or allow for its release on VHS. Nor has any other movie of its type ever been made again.
WHY? The movie had a twist to it. Based on a true story, the main character, construction executive Ed MacAffrey, was being abused by his wife, Laura.
Starring Peter Strauss and Judith Light, the movie was the first of its kind to ever be made addressing the problems and issues of 40% of domestic violence victims, who happen to be male.
March is the 20th anniversary of the original broadcast. Join the effort to get CBS to rebroadcast the movie, and bring together the still surviving members of the original cast and the director, Harry Winer, for interviews of the making of the only movie ever made addressing the problems of male victims of domestic violence.
Source:click here to send email as well.
Let's break the feminist stranglehold on the old media and send in emails in support of rebroadcasting "Men Don't Tell". If the genders were reversed the feminists would demand this be broadcasted everynight but since it shines a light on something they don't like, that they abuse men too they don't want it shown. Too fucking bad,I don't care what they want they can go fuck themselves. I want this movie to be rebroadcasted and released on video and I don't want some fucked up bitches deciding what I can or cannot watch. That may have gone down when I was a child but now that I'm a grown man I'll make my own decisions and if someone has a problem with that fuck them. There is a lot email to write but I'm up for it,I'll do it. Are you on board?

Let's tell the NCADV to be inclusive of male victims of domestic violence
From SAVE Services:
The National Coalition Against Domestic Violence (NCADV) has announced their current fundraising campaign, "Every Home a Safe Home." While SAVE agrees that every home should be safe, we are getting a little tired of their ongoing gender bias. Take a look at the t-shirt they've chosen to sell.
It's bad enough that the shirt only shows a mother and daughter, perpetuating the myth that only women and girls are victims. You should see the gender bias they've added to the website you have to visit to order the t-shirts!
The campaign on Charity52 completely disregards male victims, even in the statistics. No images of men or boys, other than t-shirt models. Not one word about abused men or boys (Half of all DV victims.)
Today we're asking you to contact NCADV. Tell them to tell the ENTIRE truth about DV. Demand that they end their gender bias!

Let's join with SAVE in educating this charity about male victims of domestic violence. Let's hit them with the facts and let them know that the abuse of men will no longer be tolerated. Let's write today.

Tackling domestic violence at the state level
From SAVE:
Stop Abusive and Violent Environments (SAVE) recently asked their Domestic Violence Legislative Project (DVLP) members to take on a one year challenge: Get state-level DV reform legislation enacted into law by June 30, 2013.
As of this writing, twelve states have signed up: Florida, Georgia, Indiana, Maryland, Massachusetts, Minnesota, Montana, Nebraska, New York, Oregon, Texas, and Wisconsin. Good thing, since Americans are fed up with fraud, waste, discrimination and false allegations.
Visit www.saveservices.org/dvlp to join the DVLP.

Federal agency to draft anti-male domestic violence policy and how we can stop it
From SAVE:
The U.S. Preventive Services Task Force has just released its draft recommendations to screen for intimate partner violence (IPV) in healthcare settings. The panel says all women should be assessed for IPV:click here
But if you're an abused man.... you didn't make the cut.
There's hope: the Task Force recommendations are just a draft, so if enough persons complain, maybe they'll change them to include men.
Here's how to email your polite comments: click here
Take 5 minutes today - you may save an abused man's life.
Sincerely,

Earl gets his day in court
Canadian MRA Earl Silverman gets his day in court. Let's wish him the best of luck.
Well it is now set; I get a judge and jury. This means I can call anyone to the court room as a witness.
As Stephen Harper has provided me with a letter of support for my work in domestic violence I will be calling him. This court case will cover shared parenting, domestic violence and divorce issues; this is the objective.

For those who do not know Stephen Harper is the Prime Minister of Canada. To have someone with that title on your side really speaks volumes and hopefully it is enough to sway the jury to side with Earl. Not just for him but for all Canadian men.

Let's make sure probable cause arrest is included in VAWA
From SAVE services:
Democrats and Republicans in the House have each introduced their own versions of the Violence Against Women Act (VAWA). While we applaud some improvements, there is still work to be done.
Persons accused of domestic violence deserve their due process. And they certainly don't get that with mandatory arrest. Unfortunately, it was not removed from VAWA, by either side.
One in six Americans know someone who has been falsely accused of domestic violence.
During a recent trip to Capitol Hill, I happened to meet three different legislative staffers who had a friend or loved one who had been falsely accused. They know...but they need to hear from you.
Call your Representatives in Congress and demand that VAWA require probable-cause evidence for domestic violence arrests.
Call the Capitol Hill Switchboard: 202-224-3121
Or Find your Representatives by zip code: click here
We have very little time to make a very big difference in the lives of the future falsely accused.
So get calling! Please!

Probable cause is good thing to have encoded into law for without it the cops could arrest anyone they didn't like so including it in VAWA would be a good thing. If you feel the same way then by all means call and/or email your Congressional Representative.
It may also help to contact the Speaker of the House John Boehner: click here
Also contact House Majority Leader Eric Cantor:click here
Contacting them in addition to your Representative helps the cause so it would be really great if you did.
