Boycott Rona

Robert Dutton

Rona is a competitor of Home Depot's in Canada. Recently Rona is giving money to women's organizations in Canada, particularly women's shelters. We have seen that women's organizations in Canada are very far from oppressed in fact they are downright nasty, fascistic and vicious. Weak is something they are not. So when Canadian men buy from Rona they are contributing to their own destruction. What we want to do is boycott Rona, don't buy from them and don't buy from anyone associated with them. Hopefully Rona will learn that midandry is no way to do business. Let's tell Robert Dutton,President and CEO:

robert.dutton@rona.ca

Tell them that you won't buy from them until they end the sexist practice of donating to women's shelters that deny men. Tell them that you will tell other people not to buy from them and that you will do this until they end their sexist practices. Remind them this is the same Robert Dutton that believes in ethics in management. Let's see what he has to say.

More on Volkswagen

It seems that after writing the CEO I get a response from Volkswagen with a link to their customer care survey that may get more prompt attention from them. They inform me the U.S. office handles complaints in the USA. Their anti-male commercial is still on the air and we need to let them know that we won't take it. The next step would be to boycott all Volkswagen products. When filling out the survey state your issue is unresolved, you are very dissatisfied, tell them their misandry won't be tolerated and that you won't be buying Volkswagens again.

A First! DV Council Awards Grant to Men’s Rights Organization

Friday, March 19, 2010

By Abusegate Bob

“We believe this is historic in that to our knowledge this is the first time a domestic violence council has officially connected with an established men’s rights organization.”

See below…

Adam Gettinger-Brizuela has been an activist for many years. In 2008 he started the Paternal Opportunities; Programs & Services program (POPS), “To facilitate the support and empowerment of men as equal parents in every respect, for the benefit of children and society.”

Adam explained that, “POPS represents a pro-active effort on the part of fathers’ and men’s rights activists to take their place among those who are serving the community. Just as we believe that men have a rightful, and important, place in the lives of their children, it follows that we believe that supporters of men’s rights have a place in the social services. POPS is based on the philosophy of rightful inclusion, and does not seek to take anything away from services for women or mothers, only to add to and amplify them, for the benefit of all.”

In 2009 the San Diego Domestic Violence Council awarded POPS for a community education project called “Changing Men’s Culture” which focused on carrying a message of self-restraint as a solution to interpersonal violence. The project was very successful and presented to over 150 people, most of them men in recovery from addiction.

POPS volunteers provide information and support for single and joint-custody fathers and have served on panels and committees, including the County Service Improvement Project, Source Selection Committees, the Family & Youth Roundtable’s Focus Group on fathers’ programs and the 2009 Safe Start conference. A founder of POPS was the co-keynote speaker at the Co-Occurring Disorders Conference in 2009. POPS volunteers have also made educational presentations on father friendliness to incoming social workers at the San Diego County Department of Child Welfare Services.

POPS all-volunteer staff includes one member with a master’s degree in human behavior (bachelor’s in criminal justice), and a graduate student in social work. But the real engines powering POPS are the outreach and support volunteers, many of them actual or former clients of POPS.

POPS has built friendly, cooperative working relationships with numerous local organizations, including the Domestic Violence Council’s Men’s Leadership Forum, the United African American Ministerial Council, the San Diego County Departments of Child Welfare, Alcohol & Drug Treatment and Mental Health Services, the Coalition for Abused Refugees and Immigrants, the YWCA Cortez Hill residential program, the local chapter of the National Association for the Mentally Ill, and the American Coalition for Fathers & Children.

Adam believed that a men’s program should be associated with an organization for men. Hence, in early 2010, Adam joined NCFM and POPS became part of the National Coalition For Men, a 501 (c) 3 organization.

Founded in 1977, NCFM is the oldest men’s rights organization in America with members throughout the U.S. and in several countries. NCFM is committed to the removal of harmful gender-based stereotypes, particularly on the impact on men and boys. NCFM serves men, their children, families and the women who love them.

Yesterday, March 17, 2010, the San Diego Domestic Violence Council awarded POPS/NCFM a small grant to produce a short video about the POPS program. We believe this is historic in that to our knowledge this is the first time a domestic violence council has officially connected with an established men’s rights organization. In so doing it’s hoped this small association will pave the way for similar relationships and toward better understanding the needs of our community.

Adam Gettinger-Brizuela and San Diego Domestic Violence Council President Dawn Griffin deserve considerable credit for making this happen. Thank you both…very much.

Some more thoughts

The most evil music that has ever been created isn't rap or heavy metal, no it's those '70's love songs. Those songs that make women out to be sweet, wonderful, caring and nurturing that men just don't understand. The ones that make women out to be on the perfect wavelength that men can't get right. Those songs fucked up an entire generation. Marilyn Manson once said that the most evil music was by Lionel Ritchie and yes that is true. What can we do about it? I say sue the bastards for lying about women. These assholes lied more times than a tobacco company CEO before Congress. Why not? The tobacco companies got sued why not these assholes? I say that the ones that didn't kill themselves using IV drugs or on skid row fighting the rats for their food should cough up compensation. I'm serious they brainwashed an entire generation. How many male suicides were committed because of the false images that were produced?

Rap on the other hand tells the truth about women, how shallow and fucked up they are. One of the masculist greats,Richard Doyle and founder of masculism/MRM that we know of today and he is a pioneer in this movement has said: "Perhaps the misogyny in rap is a reaction to the misandry in society". Doyle has been doing this for a long time and he has my respect for telling it how it is. Rap is a reaction to feminism and what feminism is doing to society. A lot of guys in it most likely grew up in single mother homes without a father figure and they see what feminism has done to them and also seeing females getting privileges that are denied them because they weren't born with a pussy. Affirmative action has helped more white women than black males which is weird because it was meant to help black males due to past transgressions. How was Scarlett O'Hara abused the way the slaves were? And like Warren Farrell said white females belong to the same families that the (so-called) "oppressors" do. These same females get everything handed to them, from biological daddy to sugar daddy to big government daddy. Men are pretty much on their own.

More on Maryland

Remember when I posted the article about Maryland well here is contact information for countering that bill that would save a lot of problems for those in Maryland. If you are a Maryland resident then and oppose this bill then you have a better voice that the politicians will listen to.

In fact here is a press release talking about this issue:

Maryland Tramples Constitution to Crush Men and Ironically Stomps on Women
Maryland businessman Michael Parrotte was outraged to learn that, in January 2010, his state, in pursuit of big-government control, had trampled the US Constitution with Senate Bill 129 and House Bill 65. He discovered that these unconstitutional twins, birthed by feminists, were intended to restrict "romantic" contact between Maryland men and foreign women. Ironically, by couching the misandrist legislation in gender-neutral language, Maryland lawmakers stomped on all American women in Maryland who date foreign men. Parrotte provides details at http://Maryland-Dating-Law.com.

Not only does Maryland's HB65 deny Americans all such protections, it unilaterally transfers them to foreigners. What would George Washington say? -- Marc H. Rudov, The NoNonsense Man®

Annapolis, MD (PRWEB) March 5, 2010 -- Buckeystown, Maryland -- Maryland businessman Michael Parrotte was outraged to learn that, in January 2010, his state, in pursuit of big-government control, had trampled the US Constitution with Senate Bill 129 and House Bill 65.

Maryland Tramples Constitution to Step on Men's Rights while Violating the Privacy and Safety of Maryland Women The Maryland bills, as originally proposed, would have required each American citizen, before beginning any communication with potential foreign paramours -- even anonymous communication through a dating Website -- to provide them fingerprints, criminal and sex-offender records, and a complete marital history. Not only are foreigners, even those located in the US, not required to reciprocate their personal info to Americans, they are free to disseminate and publicize the Americans' information on the Internet.

According to Michael Parrotte, the Maryland businessman trying to defeat these bills: "I can't believe this pernicious government intrusion into private lives and total disregard for American rights. When will it end? This is yet another example of politicians buckling to radical feminists. Our lawmakers were so politically correct that they unwittingly rushed through an unconstitutional monster that will equally punish women. And, when women learn of this, these politicians will become unemployed in the next election."

The bill's chief author, Delegate Jeannie Haddaway-Riccio (R), ostensibly modeled it after the federal International Marriage Broker Act of 2005 (IMBRA), which, according to many, is unconstitutional. Apparently, IMBRA isn't invasive enough -- its background-info requirement isn't triggered until the foreigner invokes it. HB65's requirement for personal information from Americans, on the other hand, is always active.

Senator Alex X. Mooney (R), who was instrumental in delaying the passage of SB129, is curiously in support of unilateral protections for foreigners. In a letter to Michael Parrotte, he wrote: "I was not prepared to support or offer an amendment to require foreign countries to provide similar records when contacting a United States citizen through these services."

Marc H. Rudov, globally known author, radio/TV personality, and men's rights advocate, opined thusly: "The US Constitution, specifically the Bill of Rights, confers upon American citizens certain protections from tyranny: presumption of innocence, due process, equal protection, protection from unreasonable search and seizure, and protection from self-incrimination. Not only does Maryland's HB65 deny Americans all such protections, it unilaterally transfers them to foreigners. What would George Washington say? The sole purpose of Maryland's nonsense is to help radical feminists bash men who prefer non-American women. The solution is to kill these bills, period. Not dilution, not modification, not amendment. Just kill them altogether."
