California rep pushes bill requiring rape charges to appear on college transcripts

According to MIC, Rep. Jackie Speier (D-Calif.) has moved to push a law called the “Safe Transfer Act” that would make having been accused of rape during your time in college appear on your transcripts. Speier believes this will help to put a stop campus sexual assault.

“Universities and colleges are perfectly willing to include academic infractions like plagiarism on students’ records, yet students who have committed sexual assault can walk away from campus with a clean academic bill of health,” Speier said in a statement, BuzzFeed reported.
She said the discrepancy reveals that schools take plagiarism more seriously than they do sexual assault, a veritable epidemic on college campuses across the country.
“My bill will ensure that students who try to transfer schools to avoid the consequences of their violent acts will, at a minimum, face the same consequences as students who transfer because they’ve cheated on an exam,” Speier said.

However, laws like this — which have already been passed in states like New York and Virginia — have been known to punish both guilty and innocent alike. As Ashe Schow noted in her article at the Washington Examiner, the accused — usually men — are guilty until proven innocent.

And the narrative being pushed by activists has been one of black and white, good and evil. According to them, accusers, mostly women, always tell the absolute truth, and the accused, almost universally men, are awful even if proven innocent. That double-standard has led to policies that treat accused students as guilty-until-proven-innocent. These policies also have to carve out special provisions that ensure accusers are innocent of sexual assault even when both parties would have a reasonable claim.

With the passage of this law, that guilty verdict sans-verdict will follow a student around, even if he’s proven innocent.

Let's tell Donald Trump to dismantle Dear Colleague

I was at the Community Of The Wrongly Accused or COTWA and I was reading how Donald Trump is going to dismantle the Office of Civil Rights division of the Department Of Education. A lot of publications and organizations are bringing this to the forefront. Among them are Inside Higher Ed,Weekly Standard,Buzz Feed and Vox. This is a good thing if you are an MRA or you actually care about due process for the accused. I thank them for bring these issues to the forefront so the rest of country and planet can see what goes on at America's Universities and Colleges. Contacting Senators Lamar Alexander and James Lankford was a good idea. They are pressing on this with the tenacity of a pit bull. Congress has the power to yank the DOE's funding and with the Republicans running Congress that is a safe bet. Donald Trump has a Twitter account so let's contact him there and let him know what we think on this subject.

My response to an article at the Huffington Post

This is my response to I Am Gay. I Will Not Be Tortured Again. The author brings up that he was persecuted by an anti-gay society. I am seeing a society that treats homosexual males better than heterosexual men. Gay males do not face false accusations of rape unlike their heterosexual brethren whom are basically condemned without a trial. The author of this article did not mention violence against gay males. There have been violent attacks against heterosexual men falsely accused of rape as well as threats of violence. If you don't believe me ask the Duke lacrosse boys. Also homosexuals of both genders are a protected group unlike the white heterosexual man who has been attacked from the Obama Whitehouse to a Democrat leftist Congress to a widely misandric society that view him as fair game. This society is held hostage by political correctness which is very political but not very correct. According to the Politically Correct (PC) beliefs gays of both genders, blacks, women and other groups other than heterosexual white males are beautiful creatures while heterosexual white males are the devils from hell. Gay males certainly didn't speak up for those heterosexual men being persecuted by rabid feminists, usually with no evidence to their guilt. The people at the Huffington Post are upset Trump won. That is understandable because we at the Men's Rights Blog would be upset if Hillary had won. Let's go with that, under a Hillary Clinton regime heterosexual men would be at the bottom of the totem pole and very marginalized. Somehow if Hillary had won and that scenario were to become a reality I would not expect gay males to lift a finger to stop it. They haven't before so don't look for them to do it now. You would have gloated over our loss so suck it.

Female Clinton Supporters Are Left Feeling Gutted

CAMBRIDGE, Mass. — It was visceral. Women felt gutted, shocked, appalled, afraid. The prospect of celebrating the election of the nation’s first female president had been crushed by Donald J. Trump.

In this liberal enclave, where Mrs. Clinton won 89.2 percent of the vote, one of her strongest showings anywhere, Molly Hubner, 33, said she was having difficulty explaining the result to her 6-year-old daughter.

Pushing her young son in a stroller as she jogged down a leaf-covered sidewalk, Ms. Hubner said, “We had told her that he wouldn’t be a good president because he’s not very kind and just cares about himself.”

Women across the country who supported Mrs. Clinton are just starting to process their feelings about the long roller coaster ride that in their view ended in disaster.

The shock they feel that a man whom they describe as sexist, misogynistic and boorish was elected has overshadowed some of their grief about Mrs. Clinton’s loss. Like so many of the other rivals in his path, they say, the most famous woman in the world has been reduced to one more piece of collateral damage.

Really, are you aware of what Hillary had in store for men if she had won? Go Trump/Pence.

And these feelings have morphed into a genuine sense of foreboding.

“I woke up in a strange country,” said Jill Laurie Goodman, a lawyer who lives on the Upper West Side of Manhattan. “I’m about Hillary’s age. I went to law school about the same time she did, coming out of the antiwar and civil rights movement.”

She had believed that society was moving forward, Ms. Goodman said. And yet, “I woke up yesterday feeling as if everything I thought 45 years ago was wrong, that I had just gotten it wrong.”

Yeah,basically. You are way off.

In Berkeley, Calif., Hope Friedman, a 62-year-old retired nurse, said she was also stunned by the result.

“I was a big Hillary supporter, but I am not in love with Hillary the way I was with Obama,” she said of the president. “My motivation for being active in the campaign was much more about being terrified of a guy that says and does the things that Trump has said and does.”
As she described her reaction to Mr. Trump’s victory, she wept.

We're going to give you lots grief, bitch. I suggest you get used to it real quick.

“It kind of felt like being punched in the stomach,” she said. “It feels like when you get a cancer diagnosis and you are sick to your stomach and you can’t believe it and your mind is spinning.”

Sally Waldron, 69, an adult educator here in Cambridge, finds that her sorrow is rooted more in the dread she feels about a man with attitudes like Mr. Trump’s becoming president than it is borne of Mrs. Clinton’s loss.

“Part of me thinks this should be about the first woman losing,” Ms. Waldron said as she watched her grandson play in a sandlot.

Do you know what Hillary had in store for your grandson? A school environment that is hostile to boys. That includes higher learning in colleges and universities. She would back any woman making an accusation against your grandson and deny him due process rights and the right to have a real judge and jury preside over his case not a bunch of college kids that may be friends with the accuser or are influenced by her.

“I would have loved if she was the first woman president, but that’s not where the disappointment is for me,” she said. “The disappointment is in the values that won and what it means for lots of people.”

Being a man won. Not being a mangina won. That is great.

Even in the more conservative South, Clinton supporters expressed the same kind of disappointment and dread.

“I’m horrified because I have two daughters,” Kelly Cobb, 40, said as she bought slices of cake near Emory University in Atlanta.

Ms. Cobb, a stay-at-home mother, said she believed that Mr. Trump had managed to define Mrs. Clinton in the public imagination as a criminal, and that he had benefited from gender stereotypes.

How often have women benefitted from gender stereotypes? A lot. They use false female nature to get out of responsibility (women are kind stereotype. Women are sweet stereotype.)Beneficial sexism helps women get rights without responsibilities. They have no problem with this type of sexism.

“I think there’s huge disdain for her because she’s a woman, but she’s also been in politics for a long time,” said Ms. Cobb, who also said she was uncertain what Mrs. Clinton’s defeat signaled for other women seeking office.

“I don’t know if it’s Hillary Clinton and who she is, but I have to think it does have something to do with the fact that she’s a woman,” she said. “People are just unaccepting of that and judge her to a much higher standard than they would a white male.”

Or we didn't want a misandrist in the White House. Did you think of that?

Women did not turn out for Mrs. Clinton in the numbers that her campaign expected, said Celinda Lake, a Democratic pollster. The electorate was 52 percent female, slightly lower than the normal 53 percent. She was strongly supported by white, college-educated women, black women and Latina women, but white, blue-collar women and white, non-college-educated women sided heavily with Mr. Trump.

Her failed bid raises the question about whether Mrs. Clinton’s experience will discourage other women. Did she break a barrier, or did she inadvertently reveal how high that barrier is?
Women began entering government in bigger numbers in the 1970s, but any rush has stalled. The number of women in Congress is about 19 percent. Research has shown that women are such a minority in government not because they are less likely to win — they are just as likely, over all — but because they are so much less likely to run in the first place.

Political scientists say this so-called ambition gap is because women are less likely to be encouraged or recruited to run, underestimate their own abilities, assume they need to be more qualified than men and view politics as sexist.

Now, Mrs. Clinton’s loss may lend credence to those doubts.

“Because there was general consensus on both sides of the aisle that she was the most qualified presidential candidate we’ve ever seen, and she lost, it reinforces the notion that maybe it’s not even enough to be twice as good to get half as far,” said Jennifer L. Lawless, professor of government at American University who studies gender and political ambition.
Caroline Elkins, 47, a professor of history at Harvard, said she was profoundly disappointed and could not separate the outcome from Mrs. Clinton’s gender.

“To think that gender wasn’t a factor would be ludicrous,” she said. “You’d be hard-pressed to find someone more qualified than Hillary Clinton, in my view, and yet she was scrutinized above and beyond any male candidate we’ve ever seen.”

You mean the same media that paints Trump as a racist,a rapist and an ogre. That mainstream media. The same media that covered for Hillary. In fact Donna Brazille emailed Hillary the questions they were going to ask in advance.

That Mrs. Clinton’s flaws were “thrown into a hyperbolic relief,” she said, suggests that being highly qualified for the job was not enough, that a woman still has to be “twice as good and half as threatening” as a man to succeed.

Then why did Trump have to work overtime to calm women down and not to let their fears get the best of them?

Ms. Friedman, the retired nurse in Berkeley, who made phone calls on behalf of Mrs. Clinton, was convinced that gender was a factor.

“I underestimated the level of misogyny in the country,” she said. “Which is surprising, because usually I see it where it’s not.” But during her calls, she was sometimes met with crude responses.

“I forget how much people hate women,” she said.

Could it be due to the misandry that comes from women at the expense of men. Could it be due to the special treatment women demand or they call you a misogynist.

Mary Jane Judy, 35, a lawyer in Kansas City, Mo., said Mrs. Clinton lost more because of herself than because she is a woman.

“I think the baggage with her as Hillary Clinton over the course of the years was just stuff that people couldn’t get past,” she said. “I’ve heard people say, ‘Anybody but Hillary.’”
In Belfast, Me., Anita Zeno, an innkeeper on the pristine Atlantic Coast, knew Mrs. Clinton had flaws. But when she voted, she felt a rush.

“I was surprised at how good it felt to be voting for a woman,” said Ms. Zeno, 70.
But on Thursday, as Ms. Zeno examined the shallots in a farm store and cafe, her eyes welled with tears at the very mention of Mrs. Clinton’s defeat. She was worried about the country, the fate of the Affordable Care Act and climate change.

There is no climate change. The Affordable Care Act is not so affordable.

And one more thing.

“At my age, it’s now likely I’ll never see a woman elected president,” Ms. Zeno said. “And that really mattered to me.”

Mary N. Kellet wants immunity from her crimes

PRESS RELEASE

ACLU, Defense Attorneys File Brief Challenging Immunity Protections for Investigative Misconduct by Former Prosecutor

WASHINGTON / November 4, 2016 – Three criminal justice organizations have filed an Amicus Curiae Brief with the First Circuit Court of Appeals opposing the claim of a former prosecutor that she should enjoy absolute immunity for her misconduct that included tampering with exculpatory evidence in a sexual assault case. The American Civil Liberties Union, the ACLU of Maine Foundation, and the Maine Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers filed the Brief on October 5, 2016.

The case revolves around the actions of former prosecutor Mary Kellett during a 2007 trial of Vladek Filler, wrongfully accused of sexually assaulting his wife in the midst of a child custody dispute. Filler was eventually cleared or exonerated on all charges (1). He later sued Kellett alleging defamation and malicious prosecution.

Kellett advised three law enforcement officers to disregard subpoenas to disclose evidence to the defense attorney. More troubling, complainant Ligia Filler had admitted on tape that her rape allegations were her way of “fighting for the children.” This portion of the tape was edited out before it was handed over to the defense. Kellett “engaged in or supported and approved of, the tampering of evidence by selectively editing a videotaped interview and redacting the exculpatory portions of the recording that were given to the defense,” according to the Brief.

Ex-prosecutor Kellett previously admitted to these actions and was professionally sanctioned (2). The question now before the court is whether these unethical actions should be protected by the doctrine of absolute immunity.

Kellett’s actions are consistent with an investigative approach often referred to as “victim-centered.” This method instructs investigators to “start by believing” the accuser’s statements (3); to hand “control of the process back to the victim” and allow the complainant “to request certain investigative steps not be conducted”(4); and to assume that “all sexual assault cases are valid unless established otherwise by investigative findings.” (5)

A hearing on the case will be held this coming Monday, November 7, 2016 in Boston. The Brief is available online (6). The case has attracted national media attention (7).

Knock him out,Donald

Vice President Joe Biden said last week that he wishes he were in high school and could take Donald Trump “behind the gym,” in a response to the groping allegations against the GOP nominee.

Trump said Tuesday that he would “love that.”

“Did you see where Biden wants to take me to the the back of the barn? Me. I’d love that,” the Republican nominee said at a rally in Tallahassee, Fla. “Mr. Tough Guy. You know, he’s Mr. Tough Guy. You know when he’s Mr. Tough Guy? When he’s standing behind a microphone by himself. … Some things in life you could really love doing.”

At a rally for Hillary Clinton in Wilkes-Barre, Pa., on Friday, Biden said Trump’s “disgusting assertion” that he could kiss and touch women without their consent — caught on a hot mic in a recently unearthed, explosive 2005 video — was “the textbook definition of sexual assault.”
“The press always ask me, ‘Don’t I wish I were debating him?’ No, I wish we were in high school — I could take him behind the gym,” Biden said. “That’s what I wish.”

On Monday, the 73-year-old clarified his remarks, saying he would’ve wanted to fight Trump in high school, but not now.

“If I were in high school,” Biden said. “I want to make it clear I understand what assault is. I’m not in high school. If I were in high school.”

Trump, 70, has made no such distinction with other people he’s seen as his political foes.
Earlier this year, Trump said he wanted to punch a protester who was being escorted from one of his events in the face.

“There’s a guy, totally disruptive, throwing punches — we’re not allowed to punch back anymore,” Trump said at a February rally in Las Vegas. “I love the old days. You know what they used to do to guys like that when they were in a place like this? They’d be carried out on a stretcher.”

He added: “I’d like to punch him in the face.”

And in 2014 interviews recorded by a biographer and published by the New York Times Tuesday, the brash real estate mogul recalled his love of fighting as a child.

“I was a very rebellious kind of person,” Trump said. “I loved to fight. I always loved to fight.”

“Physical fights?” the interviewer asked.

“Yeah, all kinds of fights, physical,” he replied. “All types of fights. Any kind of fight, I loved it, including physical.”

Kick his ass,Donald. I'm tired of that bitch Biden. He thinks he's so tough. When Trump called him on his shit Biden punked with "not now but in high school". Guess what, genius you didn't say this back in high school you said this a few days ago. Biden is a punk just like Obama is and Trump called him on it. Biden thinks he is so tough because he has Secret Service protection. But he forgot Trump also has Secret Service protection. That is why the little bitch backtracked. Fuck Biden. Go Trump 2016.

Not only that but Biden is worse than Trump. Trump has never molested a child while Biden has. Check it out.

The Gateway Pundit exposes Trump's accusers

Here is a website that debunks the charges against Donald Trump. It seems that a large proportion of these women are either Hillary supporters or women hiding their own transgressions by implicating Trump.

Some call it a tragedy I call it karma

Woman who pushed husband out of high-rise window found dead in prison
By Natalie Musumeci
October 25, 2016 | 12:05pm | Updated

An Oklahoma woman convicted of second-degree murder for shoving her hubby out the window of their high-rise apartment was found dead in her prison cell Monday, officials said.

Amber Hilberling, 25, who was serving a 25-year prison sentence for the 2011 death of Joshua Hilberling, was officially pronounced dead at 5:33 p.m. at the Mabel Bassett Correctional Center in McLoud, Okla., according to the Oklahoma Department of Corrections.

The medical examiner’s office will determine Hilberling’s cause of death, but the woman’s parents, who spoke exclusively to KTUL-ABC 8, said medical staff told them that the death was being treated as a suicide, according to the news channel.
No other information was given.

Hilberling’s stepfather, Bryan Whitlock, who said he spoke to Hilberling the night before, told KTUL that there is “no way” his stepdaughter’s death was a suicide.

Hilberling was earning college credits while incarcerated and spoke to her son every day, Whitlock said.
Prosecutors have alleged that Hilberling pushed her husband, an Air Force veteran, through the window from the 25th floor of the couple’s apartment building after they argued over breaking up.

Hilberling, who was 19 at the time of Joshua’s death and seven months pregnant, has argued that the fatal incident was an “accident” caused by the “unusually thin” windows in the apartment, and that she pushed her husband in self-defense.

No manginas in this family

This week, amid warnings of voter fraud and refusal to agree to accept the outcome of the election unless he is the winner, Donald Trump seemed to have finally shifted national attention away from the leaked 2005 recording of his lewd remarks about women and the accusations of sexual assault and misconduct that have followed in its wake.

That was, until his son weighed in.

In an interview with Seattle-based conservative talk radio host Dori Monson Friday, Donald Trump Jr. said that conversations like the one in which his father has described his penchant for groping and kissing women without their consent are “a fact of life.”

“Obviously, he’s not happy about that,” Trump Jr. said of his father’s language on the tape, which sparked a small stream of revoked endorsements from prominent Republicans followed by a wave of sexual assault and misconduct allegations after it was released to the public earlier this month.

“We all know guys that have had conversations with other guys that go a little bit in that direction,” he continued. “That’s a fact of life.”

The “fact of life” defense seems in line with Trump’s own argument that his comments, while inappropriate, amounted to nothing more than “locker-room banter.”

The White House hopeful has continued to double down on this defense in the face of mounting accusations from women who’ve come forward in recent weeks claiming that they were subjected to precisely the type of unwanted touching and kissing Trump is heard describing in the tape.
As he announced to the country during this week’s final presidential debate, “I didn’t even apologize to my wife … because I didn’t do anything.”

The candidate and others in his corner, such as Dr. Ben Carson, have also made a point of noting that the now-infamous conversation took place more than a decade ago, in an effort to suggest that the candidate has changed since then. His eldest son, however, assured Monson on Friday that Trump “is still very much like that.”

In fact, Don Jr. suggested, his father’s crass talk is exactly why “I think he’s able to relate to ordinary Americans.”

“He hasn’t spent his whole life sitting there polishing every statement he has ever made, every conversation he has ever had,” said Trump Jr. “He doesn’t run a focus group so he can tell you what he is thinking. He speaks from the heart.”

And while he said his dad “recognizes that” the 2005 video “was a mistake,” the younger Trump argued that his father is “able to make mistakes because he hasn’t spent his whole life trying to be a politician.”

That says something about the Trump men and it's all good. This is quite refreshing. I am sick of these ballless manginas that grovel at the feet of women like Paul Ryan or Mitt Romney. Mitt likes to bully and sabotage his opponent's campaigns. He did to it to the Ron Paul supporters in 2012 and he is trying to do the same thing to Trump today. Romney is fierce against those of us who truly care about this country but he is timid before Obama. That showed up in his debates against Obama. On Paul Ryan. He almost did not get the Speakership considering the number of conservative groups that were against him. Ryan is very lucky to enjoy the position he currently has. It could have very easily gone the other way.

Azealia Banks Accuses Russell Crowe of Assault After They Reportedly Clashed at Hotel Party

Azealia Banks is at war with another celebrity.

The "212" rapper is alleging that Russell Crowe assaulted her after the Nice Guys actor removed her from a private event at his Beverly Hills hotel room on Saturday night.
Banks, who attended the party as RZA's plus one, claims in a since-deleted Facebook message, "To recap my night, I went to a [party] at Russell crowes suite, at which he called me a n***er, choked me, threw me out and spat at me."

"Last night was one of the hardest nights of sleep I've had in a long time," the 25-year-old added. "The men in the room allowed it to happen. I feel terrible today."

ET spoke with Beverly Hills Police Department Sgt. George DeMarios following the incident, who confirmed, "Azealia Banks did file a report against Russell Crowe with the BHPD on Sunday afternoon. Detectives are investigating the matter."

According to a TMZ report, several eyewitnesses allege that Banks was using vulgar profanities and threatening guests before Crowe carried her out after she grabbed her glass and appeared to cock it back.

"You would love it if I broke my glass, stabbed you guys in the throat, and blood would squirt everywhere like some real Tarantino s**t," Banks allegedly said.

According to TMZ, one of the guests alleged that it was Banks who actually used the N-word -- and not Crowe -- during the altercation is RZA himself.
ET has reached out to Crowe's rep.

Following the alleged altercation, Banks' rep shared a statement to Twitter, writing, "Azealia is tremendously distraught and disheartened. She is shell shocked and will speak out on the incident once she has had time to process the brutality and abuse she was unjustly subjected to."

This is not the first time Banks has found herself at odds with another public figure.

Earlier this year, the rapper got into a heated online feud with Sarah Palin.

Most angry black women will go the racist or sexist route. Not Azealia she took on both. Not only did she indict Russell Crowe she also indicted every man at that party. Why would any man help an entitlement bitch? It's not worth it. She's not worth it.

On Trump's accusers

I found the following in the comments section and I've decided to run with it:

Funny that they all speak out NOW. Why not come forward during the Nomination?
JUDGE JEANINE Speaks With Witnesses Who TOTALLY DEBUNK Trump Groper Accusers.
Jim Hoft Oct 16th, 2016 Judge Jeanine spoke with two witnesses who totally debunked two Trump accusers.

trump-allegations-witness

Anthony Gilberthorpe, who was on the flight where Jessica Leeds claimed sexual harassment by Donald Trump.

Anthony totally debunked Jessica’s bizarre accusations. Anthony said he would speak out against these lies whether it be Trump, Obama or Clinton.
“I will prove that I was on that flight with that woman and I was witness not to any sexual misdemeanor on the part of Trump. That man did not touch that woman… She said, “I can’t believe my luck that I’ve met one of the richest men in the world.”
trump-witness-accuser

And John Barry, cousin of Summer Zervos, refuted her Friday accusations with Gloria Allred. John told Judge Jeanine that she was unhappy that Trump would not visit her restaurant. John added that his cousin likes to sue people.

HERE IT IS= List of Debunked Groper Allegations by Corrupt Media Against Donald Trump
Jim Hoft Oct 15th, 2016
The Democrat-media complex carpet bombed Donald Trump with several alleged groping stories this week from several women.

The media clearly did not fact check these stories. They ran the stories no matter how farfetched they were. It is clear from the number of stories dropped in the last week that this was a coordinated effort, probably from inside the Hillary Clinton campaign. The goal was not to present facts to the public. Their goal was to destroy Donald Trump.

In 2008 the Democrat media hit Republican John McCain with similar allegations. Vicki Iseman, the woman named in the hit piece, settled with The New York Times after the election.
So, it is clear that this is a commonly used tactic by Democrats – use the media to slander and destroy their opposition before the election.
Thankfully, today the conservative media is much stronger than it was eight years ago.
Here are a few of the alleged “groping” incidents against Donald Trump that have now been debunked.

1.) Jessica Leeds
nyt-accuser
Jessica Leeds accused a young Donald Trump of groping her in first class on a flight from Dallas to New York City on Braniff Air in 1979.
Leeds said young multimillionaire Trump lifted the armrest to grope her during the flight.
braniff-air-armrest
The armrests on Braniff 727s appear to be stationary, they can’t be raised.
She also used lyrics from the Velvet Underground song to describe the alleged “groping.”
Leeds also said if Trump had kept his hands above the waist she might have been ok with it

…Huh?

Tonight a British passenger on the same plane as Trump and Leeds refuted her claims.
Anthony Gilberthorpe said Jessica Leeds was flirting with Trump and Trump never touched her.
Anthony Gilberthorpe
The New York Post reported:
Donald Trump’s campaign says a British man is countering claims that the GOP presidential nominee groped a woman on a cross-country flight more than three decades ago.
The man says he was sitting across from the accuser and contacted the Trump campaign because he was incensed by her account — which is at odds with what he witnessed.
“I have only met this accuser once and frankly cannot imagine why she is seeking to make out that Trump made sexual advances on her. Not only did he not do so (and I was present at all times) but it was she that was the one being flirtatious,” Anthony Gilberthorpe said in a note provided to The Post by the Trump campaign.
In an exclusive interview arranged by the campaign, Gilberthorpe said he was on the flight — in either 1980 or 1981— where Jessica Leeds claimed Trump groped her.
Gilberthorpe, 54, said he was sitting across the first class aisle from the couple and saw nothing inappropriate. Leeds was wearing a white pantsuit, he said, while Trump was wearing a suit and cuff-links, which he gave to his British flight companion.
Indeed, Gilberthorpe claimed, Leeds was “trying too hard” in her attempt to win Trump over.
“She wanted to marry him,” Gilberthorpe said of Leeds, who apparently made the confession when Trump excused himself and went to the bathroom.
There was no kissing, but the “shrill” Leeds was “very much in your face” with the real estate developer.

2.) Natasha Stoynoff
donald-trump-butler
Anthony P. “Tony” Senecal
Donald Trump’s former butler stepped forward to debunk another accuser’s story.
Anthony Senecal said the so-called incident with the People magazine hack “never happened.”
The Palm Beach Post reported:
Donald Trump’s former Mar-a-Lago Butler backed up the Republican nominee for president in denying the billionaire groped a reporter from People magazine.
“No, that never happened. Come on, that’s just bull crap,” said Anthony “Tony” Senecal.
People magazine writer Natasha Stoynoff wrote an essay this week about how she was groped by Trump at Mar-a-Lago during an interview in the early 2000s. She is one of four women to make accusations against Trump of unwanted sexual advances.
The issue has become central to the presidential race since a 2005 hot-mic video surfaced of Trump bragging about using his celebrity to grope women. He has downplayed the incident as “locker-room talk.”
Trump, at his rally in West Palm Beach on Thursday, said he was always in a public place with Stoynoff and denied he ever acted inappropriately.
So Donald Trump has one witness who said the alleged groping never happened. The People magazine writer has NO witnesses.
And then there’s this…
Melania Trump, wife of Donald Trump, sent a cease and desist letter to People Magazine on Thursday for its fraudulent article on Mrs. Donald Trump.
Melania wrote:
The following statements in the Story, among others, are false and completely fictionalized. We therefore demand that you immediately and permanently remove each of these statements from the Story, and print a prominent retraction and apology:

1. “That winter, I actually bumped into Melania on Fifth Avenue, in front of Trump Tower as she walked into the building, carrying baby Barron.”

2. “‘Natasha, why don’t we see you anymore?’ she asked, giving me a hug.”

3. “I was quiet and smiled, telling her I’d missed her, and I squeezed little Barron’s foot.”

The true facts are these: Mrs. Trump did not encounter Ms. Stoynoff on the street, nor have any conversation with her. The two are not friends and were never friends or even friendly.
The Clinton media is just throwing crap out there hoping something will stick.

3.) Summer Zervos (and her representative Gloria Allred – a Hillary Clinton delegate at the Democratic convention)

WELL ISN’T THIS INTERESTING….
apprentice-summer-liar-trump

Another day, another sexual harassment smear on GOP presidential nominee Donald Trump by the mainstream media.
Except this one just fell apart.
The latest woman, Summer Zervos who was a contestant on ‘The Apprentice,’ claimed today that Trump sexually harassed her.
But, as it turns out, it was Zervos who continued to stay in contact with Trump.
Via the Donald Trump Facebook page:
trump-apprentice-accuser
If Trump did sexually harass Zervos, why would she be reaching out for help with her business by contacting him? Wouldn’t she be afraid and disgusted by him?

4.) Mindy McGillivray
Mindy McGillivray says Donald Trump nudged her at a concert at Mar-a-Lago at a concert on January 24, 2003. She went public with her story this week.
There was no such concert at Mar-a-Lago on January 24, 2003.
GOT News reported:
Mindy McGillivray is falsely claiming that Donald Trump “nudged” her at a Mar-a-Lago concert that never happened. “Sexual assault”? Give us a break.
The hoaxing media has thrown a slew of “sexual assault” allegations at Donald Trump, hoping one sticks and to create a haze of controversy around the GOP nominee.
Melinda Rose “Mindy” McGillivray, told the Palm Beach Post after the second presidential debate that someone bumped her backstage at a Ray Charles concert held at Mar-A-Lago on January 24, 2003:

After the show, [Ken] Davidoff and McGillivray were standing in a pavilion behind the main house in the middle of a group of people. To their left was Regis Philbin and his wife, Joy, according to Davidoff. To McGillivray’s immediate right was Trump and his fiancée, Melania.
“Ray already performed. He’s ready to leave. He’s saying his goodbyes to everyone,’’ McGillivray recalled.
“All of a sudden I felt a grab, a little nudge. I think it’s Ken’s camera bag, that was my first instinct. I turn around and there’s Donald. He sort of looked away quickly. I quickly turned back, facing Ray Charles, and I’m stunned.’’
McGillivray said she remembers saying to herself, ‘’‘OK, am I going to say something now and make a scene or be quiet?’ I chose to stay quiet.’’
Davidoff said he did not witness the alleged groping but he said he has never had any reason to doubt McGillivray.

Asked about the possibility that what she felt was Trump or someone accidentally bumping into her, McGillivray said no. “This was a pretty good nudge. More of a grab,’’ she said. “It was pretty close to the center of my butt. I was startled. I jumped.’’

…Critical details of McGillivray’s story don’t add up.
McGillivray claims that when she was nudged in 2003, Trump and his wife Melania were engaged. But a quick Google search proves this is false: Trump proposed to Melania in April 2004. Why didn’t the Palm Beach Post or McGillivray check this obvious detail?
Perhaps because they never bothered to verify a Ray Charles concert at Mar-A-Lago even happened on January 24, 2003. A Getty Images search shows Trump and Melania posing with Ray Charles at Mar-A-Lago … in a photo by Davidoff Photos Studio, created on January 1, 2003, more than three weeks before McGillivray claimed she was “grabbed” at a Ray Charles concert. A Ray Charles concert chronology shows that on January 23, a Ray Charles concert in Seattle was canceled, but nothing was scheduled for January 24.

5.) Kristin Anderson
Kristin Anderson claims a young Donald Trump groped her while he was sitting alone at a nightclub in New York City in the 1990s. She gave her story to the Washington Post, one of many careless anti-Trump rags.
She claims Trump touched her vagina at a club, while sitting alone, in the 1990s.
She never came forward until now – three weeks outside of a national election.
Here’s Trump’s response:
“It’s nonsense. It’s false… They are coming after me to try to destroy the greatest political movement in our country. The political establishment is trying to stop us because they no we are a threat… Hillary is the most corrupt person to ever seek the presidency of the United States… These allegations are 100% false. They’re made up. They’ve never happened.

County in UK makes it a hate crime to upset women

If you talk to a woman in Nottinghamshire, East Midlands in the United Kingdom and she doesn't want to be spoken to by you, prepare to get a call from the police.

In an effort to crack down on the alleged "tidal wave of abuse and harassment" women face every day, the county's police force is now considering things like catcalling and pickup lines to be a hate crime if they are directed toward a woman from a man.
The incredibly vague definition of a misogynist hate crime from Nottinghamshire reads: "Incidents against women that are motivated by an attitude of a man towards a woman and includes behavior targeted towards a woman by men simply because they are a woman."
Of course, that could include anything a woman deems offensive or unwanted from a man. It's completely subjective. If a man approaches a woman in a bar and attempts to flirt with her, but she doesn't find him attractive, he could be guilty of a hate crime. Unattractive men, beware.

Newsweek reports that now "everything from verbal comments to unwanted physical approaches" will be considered a hate crime. Send a woman a text when she doesn't like you? Hate crime. Tell your female friend she looks good today? Hate crime.

The only thing mentioned in the Newsweek article that even remotely sounds like it merits the time of police officers is when a man takes a photo of a woman without her consent. Depending on the type of photo and reason for taking it, that can be disgusting.

Even with that, not every unsolicited photo should be considered a hate crime. I've had friends send me a photo of a woman they saw out somewhere who looked just like me, adding "doppelganger?" There was no intent to disrespect the unknown woman, but now, just because a man took the photo, that could be a hate crime.

All those whiny outrage feminist articles that most people laugh off as first world problems are now influencing actual criminal law.

"What women face, often on a daily basis, is absolutely unacceptable and can be extremely distressing," Chief Constable Sue Fish said. "Nottinghamshire Police is committed to taking misogynistic hate crime seriously and encourages anyone who is affected by it to contact us without hesitation."

Shockingly, domestic abuse won't be considered a hate crime, even though it is an objectively offensive crime, because it has its own established procedure. Go figure.
Of course, women's groups were all for the new law.

"We're pleased to see Nottinghamshire Police recognize the breadth of violence and intimidation that women experience on a daily basis in our communities," The manager of Nottingham Women's Center, Melanie Jeffs, said. "Understanding this as a hate crime will help people to see the seriousness of these incidents and hopefully encourage more women to come forward and report offences."

Sam Smethers, Chief Executive at the women's rights group The Fawcett Society, told Newsweek: "Women and girls face a tidal wave of abuse and harassment every day. Our law has to send a clear signal that this is not acceptable. It is a crime."
Rachel Noble, Women's Rights Policy Adviser at ActionAid U.K., also praised Nottinghamshire Police for "recognizing the scope and scale of the violence and harassment that women face every day."

It must be nice to have so little actual crime that the police can focus on such things.
In their article, Newsweek links to a severely flawed study that shows women make up to 50 percent of online misogynistic comments. If we take that study at its word, like Newsweek does, then why are only men being punished for alleged misogyny? Want to know how to determine if a crime is bogus? When only certain people are punished for committing it.

That actually makes this law misandrist, since only men can be the perpetrators even though women are guilty as well.

As we've seen time and time again from outrage feminists on social media, any criticism of a woman is misogyny. That would make this article misogynist, but I wouldn't be prosecuted — not just because I don't live in Nottinghamshire — but also because I'm a woman.

It's almost as if we abandoned our moral standards and manners, and then panicked over their absence and are now trying to bring them back in the form of legislation.
I wouldn't be surprised if outrage feminists in the U.S. start pushing for this to be the law over here, too.

Trump Jr.: Women Who 'Can't Handle' Harassment Should Teach Kindergarten

In a 2013 radio interview on the "The Opie and Anthony Show" surfaced by Buzzfeed News on Thursday, Donald Trump Jr. complains about women making charges of sexual harassment in the workplace, suggesting that women who have a trouble with men making certain comments should go teach kindergarten.

The comments came as Trump Jr. and the hosts were discussing whether women should be allowed at male-only golf courses.

“If you have a guys’ place you have a guys’ place," Trump Jr. said.
One of the hosts then lamented that women "complain" about "harassment."
"That’s why we hate having them around. They stop us from doing what we want to do," the host said.

Trump Jr. said that "in the club house, guys just want to be guys" and converse freely "even if you’re just talking s**t and it’s not really true."
One of the hosts then said that it's mostly "just bulls**tting around" and then suddenly human resources is intervening.

Trump Jr. then said, "I’m of that mindset — and I’ll get into trouble, I’m sure — I’ve been on this show enough, I’m sure I’ll get myself in trouble one of these days — but like, if you can’t handle some of the basic stuff that’s become a problem in the workforce today, like you don’t belong in the workforce. Like, you should go maybe teach kindergarten. I think it’s a respectable position."

"You can’t be negotiating billion-dollar deals if you can’t handle, like, you know...” Trump Jr. continued. “But listen — there’s a place where you have to draw the line — but today the stuff you get in trouble for…”

Dad gets it. Son gets it. It is the Hillary camp that is clueless. Thanks to Donald Trump Jr. for being a man and for not giving in to feminism and gynocentricity. Just like Scott Baio both Trumps don't give a rat's ass if these bitches like it or not. Just like me. The gynocentrists can go shove it up their asses for all I care. The line in the sand has been drawn. We are making a stand.

911 operator kills a man

Crenshanda Williams

HOUSTON — A Houston 911 operator accused of hanging up on thousands of emergency calls is charged with two counts of interference with an emergency telephone call.

Harris County court records show 43-year-old Crenshanda Williams of Houston was charged Oct. 5 and freed on US$2,000 bond. She faces a court appearance next week.

KPRC-TV reported Williams was involved in thousands of "short calls," lasting 20 seconds or less, between Oct. 2015 and March. Joe Laud, the Houston Emergency Center administration manager, said Thursday she was placed on indefinite suspension and fired Aug. 4.

In one incident, Williams hung up on a caller reporting a robbery in progress at a convenience store. The man called back and spoke to a different operator, but by the time police arrived, the store manager was fatally shot.

A security guard called 911 on March 13 to report two motorists driving recklessly at high speed on a Houston freeway. Police said Williams was the 911 operator and cut short the call before the caller could provide his name.

According to a recording of the call, Williams hung up then said: "Ain't nobody got time for this. For real."

AP could not reach Williams for comment; her phone number is not listed and online court records don't list an attorney to speak on her behalf.
Police said when Williams was questioned in June 2016, she told them she often hangs up on calls because she didn't want to talk with anyone at that time.
One caller, Buster Pendley, said Williams hung up on him March 1 when his wife collapsed and lost consciousness. Pendley said he tried to perform CPR on his wife with one hand while calling 911 with the other.
"The 911 operator answered the phone, and she said, 'This is Crenshanda, may I help you?'" Pendley recalled. He told her his wife had passed out and needed an ambulance, the operator said OK then hung up.

He got help after a second 911 call and his wife, Sharon Stephens, survived, but the experience still makes her angry.
"I would have gotten from my hospital bed and gone to 911 and find out who did that to me," she said.

If convicted, Williams could be sentenced to up to a year in jail and $4,000 fine for each count.

I want to include the following comment from the source page. This person sums it up nicely. I couldn't say any better myself.

Here it is:

Why hasn't the Thug been charged with 1000 counts of Interfering with an Emergency Call and face a $4,000 fine for EACH of the 1000 calls and 1 year in jail X 1000 making her at least 1043 years old before leaving prison. Attach all her assets to pay the 4 Million Dollar Fine and keep her working and paying while in prison. How many people died because of this lazy Thug????

Is it the pussy pass in action or a black pass or both?

Scott Baio is the man

I was watching Judge Jeanine on Fox News. She had on Scott Baio who commented on Trump's comments in 2005. If you're wondering if there are any men left in America rest assured Baio is one of us. Baio spoke like a man-unashamed and unapologetic. He even said women do the same thing to men. If you're ever heard women talk you know they make Trump look like a choirboy in comparison. So for women to scream about their faux outrage is a sure sign of hypocrisy. The white knights on Fox following Judge Jeanine were pathetic. Speaker Paul Ryan (whom Baio rightfully called "a punk") joined forces with Senator Kelly Ayotte, who brags about being a woman first which probably means that she is apathetic to the men in her state, along with other losers who are trying to discredit and distance themselves from Trump. Hopefully this move will cost them their jobs come November. Trump has dug in and we fully support him. His campaign manager has to decide if she is going to think with her cunt or is she going to support the man she was hired to become President. Trump's running mate has had reservations on supporting his boss. It wasn't so long ago that feminists were targeting Pence too so maybe Pence should get off the high horse.

Women persecute Donald Trump

TRUMP: 'Certainly has been an interesting 24 hours!'
Pamela Engel
4h 2,804 8

After issuing multiple apologies over a recording of himself making vulgar comments about women, Donald Trump addressed the controversy in a tweet Saturday morning.

"Certainly has been an interesting 24 hours!" he tweeted.
After the recording surfaced Friday afternoon, Trump initially issued a statement dismissing his comments as "locker room banter."
In the 2005 clip, Trump was heard saying he could "grab" women "by the p---y" because "when you're a star they let you do it." He also discussed trying to sleep with a married woman and failing.

"This was locker room banter, a private conversation that took place many years ago," Trump said in the statement. "Bill Clinton has said far worse to me on the golf course — not even close. I apologize if anyone was offended."

But the firestorm of criticism continued, and he issued a second apology early Saturday morning.

"Everyone who knows me knows these words don't reflect who I am," he said in a pre-recorded video posted to his Facebook account.

"I've never said I'm a perfect person, nor pretended to be someone I'm not. I've said and done things I regret, and the words released today on this more-than-a-decade-old video are one of them," he continued. "I said it. I was wrong. And I apologize."

Several prominent Republicans called for Trump to step out of the presidential race, and the condemnation of his comments from party officials and leaders was nearly universal.

(sarcasm)Oh Goddess forgive us our sins of misogyny. Forgive us as we are not as perfect as females are. May we learn our place at your feet.(/sarcasm) In the old days if you said anything offensive toward God you were called to task. It seems that women and their bloated egos and ideals of self importance have replaced God in the eyes of western men. As far as Kelly Ayotte is concerned fuck her. She is gynocentric garbage. So is her female Democratic counterpart. If you're a man I suggest Brian Chabot. I don't know too much about him but I do know that Ayotte is a loser. A loser we don't want.

Female Yahoo CEO fires men because of gender

Yahoo President and CEO Marissa Mayer

A prominent local media executive fired from Yahoo last year has filed a lawsuit accusing CEO Marissa Mayer of leading a campaign to purge male employees.

“Mayer encouraged and fostered the use of (an employee performance-rating system) to accommodate management’s subjective biases and personal opinions, to the detriment of Yahoo’s male employees,” said the suit by Scott Ard filed this week in federal district court in San Jose.

Ard, who worked for Yahoo for 3 ½ years until January 2015, is now editor-in-chief of the Silicon Valley Business Journal. His lawsuit also claims that Yahoo illegally fired large numbers of workers ousted under a performance-rating system imposed by Mayer. That allegation was not tied to gender.

Yahoo spokeswoman Carolyn Clark defended the company’s hiring and performance-review processes, which she said are guided by “fairness.”

“This lawsuit has no merit. With the unwavering support of our CEO, we are focused on hiring employees with broad and varied backgrounds, and perspectives,” Clark said. “Our performance-review process was developed to allow employees at all levels of the company to receive meaningful, regular and actionable feedback from others.

“Our performance-review process also allows for high performers to engage in increasingly larger opportunities at our company, as well as for low performers to be transitioned out.”
In addition to Mayer, two other female executives — Kathy Savitt, former chief marketing officer, and Megan Liberman, editor-in-chief of Yahoo News, identified in the lawsuit as Yahoo’s vice president of news at the time — are accused in the lawsuit of discriminating on the basis of gender.

“When Savitt began at Yahoo the top managers reporting to her … including the chief editors of the verticals and magazines, were less than 20 percent female. Within a year and a half those top managers were more than 80 percent female,” the lawsuit said. “Savitt has publicly expressed support for increasing the number of women in media and has intentionally hired and promoted women because of their gender, while terminating, demoting or laying off male employees because of their gender.

“Of the approximately 16 senior-level editorial employees hired or promoted by Savitt … in approximately an 18-month period, 14 of them, or 87 percent, were female,” the lawsuit said.

Ard, hired at Yahoo in 2011, said in the suit that until Savitt and Liberman took over management of the firm’s media section in early 2014, he had received performance reviews and stock options reflecting “fully satisfactory” work. But in June 2014, Liberman told him that his role as head of editorial programming for Yahoo’s home page was being given to a woman Liberman had recently hired, the suit said.

Then in January 2015, during a performance review phone call, Liberman told Ard he was fired, effective that day, because “his performance was not satisfactory.”
“Liberman stated that she was terminating (Ard) because she had not received a requested breakdown of (his) duties. (Ard) had already provided that very information as requested, however, and reminded Liberman that he had done so,” the lawsuit said. “Liberman’s excuse for terminating (Ard) was a pretext.”

Right after the call, Ard requested a copy of his performance review and said he wanted to appeal his firing, the suit said. “Both requests were denied and (Ard) was ordered to turn in his laptop and depart the premises immediately.”

Ard’s suit also takes aim at the performance-review process he said Mayer imposed. The process allowed high-level managers to arbitrarily change scores of employees they had no contact with, and it “permitted and encouraged discrimination based on gender or any other personal bias held by management.”

Liberman, he said, once “unilaterally lowered” the scores of three men whose performance Ard had evaluated, while she maintained the scores of two women.
Yahoo’s use of this review system to fire many workers individually in a short time period broke the U.S. and California Worker Adjustment and Retraining Notification (WARN) acts, which mandate advance notification of mass layoffs, the suit alleged. “Marissa Mayer became CEO on a wave of optimism and then engaged in a sleight of hand to terminate large numbers of employees without announcing a single layoff,” the suit said.
Yahoo’s diversity reports indicate that the percentage of women in leadership positions at the company rose slightly to 24 percent in 2015 from 23 percent in 2014.

George Will does not get it or MGTOW in action

Why Are Millions of Men Choosing Not to Work By George Will

American men who choose not to work are choosing lives of quiet self-emasculation.

The “quiet catastrophe” is particularly dismaying because it is so quiet, without social turmoil or even debate. It is this: After 88 consecutive months of the economic expansion that began in June 2009, a smaller percentage of American males in the prime working years (ages 25 to 54) are working than were working near the end of the Great Depression in 1940, when the unemployment rate was above 14 percent. If the labor-force-participation rate were as high today as it was as recently as 2000, nearly 10 million more Americans would have jobs. The work rate for adult men has plunged 13 percentage points in a half-century. This “work deficit” of “Great Depression–scale underutilization” of male potential workers is the subject of Nicholas Eberstadt’s new monograph Men Without Work: America’s Invisible Crisis, which explores the economic and moral causes and consequences of this: Since 1948, the proportion of men 20 and older without paid work has more than doubled, to almost 32 percent. This “eerie and radical transformation” — men creating an “alternative lifestyle to the age-old male quest for a paying job” — is largely voluntary. Men who have chosen to not seek work are two and a half times more numerous than men that government statistics count as unemployed because they are seeking jobs. What Eberstadt calls a “normative sea change” has made it a “viable option” for “sturdy men,” who are neither working nor looking for work, to choose “to sit on the economic sidelines, living off the toil or bounty of others.” Only about 15 percent of men 25 to 54 who worked not at all in 2014 said they were unemployed because they could not find work. For 50 years, the number of men in that age cohort who are neither working nor looking for work has grown nearly four times faster than the number who are working or seeking work. And the pace of this has been “almost totally uninfluenced by the business cycle.”

The “economically inactive” have eclipsed the unemployed, as government statistics measure them, as “the main category of men without jobs.” Those statistics were created before government policy and social attitudes made it possible to be economically inactive.

Eberstadt does not say that government assistance causes this, but obviously it finances it. To some extent, however, this is a distinction without a difference. In a 2012 monograph, Eberstadt noted that in 1960 there were 134 workers for every one officially certified as disabled; by 2010 there were just over 16. Between January 2010 and December 2011, while the economy produced 1.73 million nonfarm jobs, almost half as many workers became disability recipients. This, even though work is less stressful and the workplace is safer than ever. America ranks 22nd, ahead of only Italy, in 25 to 54 male labor-force participation. Largely because of government benefits and support by other family members, nonworking men 25 to 54 have household expenditures a third higher than the average of those in the bottom income quintile. Hence, Eberstadt says, they “appear to be better off than tens of millions of other Americans today, including the millions of single mothers who are either working or seeking work.”

America’s economy is not less robust, and its welfare provisions not more generous, than those of the 22 other affluent nations of the Organization for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD). Yet America ranks 22nd, ahead of only Italy, in 25 to 54 male labor-force participation. Eberstadt calls this “unwelcome ‘American Exceptionalism.’”

In 1965, even high-school dropouts were more likely to be in the workforce than is the 25 to 54 male today. And, Eberstadt notes, “the collapse of work for modern America’s men happened despite considerable upgrades in educational attainment.” The collapse has coincided with a retreat from marriage (“the proportion of never-married men was over three times higher in 2015 than 1965″), which suggests a broader infantilization. As does the use to which the voluntarily idle put their time — for example, watching TV and movies 5.5 hours daily, two hours more than men who are counted as unemployed because they are seeking work. Eberstadt, noting that the 1996 welfare reform “brought millions of single mothers off welfare and into the workforce,” suggests that policy innovations that alter incentives can reverse the “social emasculation” of millions of idle men. Perhaps. Reversing social regression is more difficult than causing it. One manifestation of regression, Donald Trump, is perhaps perverse evidence that some of his army of angry men are at least healthily unhappy about the loss of meaning, self-esteem, and masculinity that is a consequence of chosen and protracted idleness.

It is George Will and other blue pill conservatives like him that do not see what is obvious to those of us in the manosphere. In fact we called it right. Feminism begets gynocentricity, gynocentricity begets misandry and the results of misandry are the situation we have today. Men are checking out and I don't blame them. Men are figuring why give a fuck about a society that doesn't give a fuck about them. Politicians cater to women at the expense of men. California is scraping its statue of limitations for sex crimes. Why? I guess to crucify Bill Cosby when he is tried there. The democrats changed the law to lynch a black man. I guess they are the Dixie party after all.

3 traitors in our midst

Even Some Men's Rights Activists Are Worried About a Trump Presidency
"I care about this country being led by the most competent person."

At a Trump campaign rally last week in Spokane, Washington, Donald Trump slammed Hillary Clinton for "playing the women's card" to gain campaign support. When citing Clinton's criticisms of him, Trump mimicked the candidate, straightening his shoulders and flattening his voice to convey a cold, prim demeanor. He concluded the performance with the pronouncement: "All of the men, we're petrified to speak to women anymore…You know what? The women get it better than we do, folks. They get it better than we do."
The audience erupted into cheers and applause.

Moments like this one—where Trump's unabashed political incorrectness and machismo are on display—resonate with many of his supporters. But his message in Spokane made headlines in part because the notion that men have it worse off than women echoes a central tenet of the Men's Rights Movement (MRM), a network of activists who believe that in many contexts, men are a disadvantaged class. New York magazine even offered its readers a quiz: "Who Said It, Trump or a Men's Rights Activist?"

It seems like a no-brainer that men's rights activists would admire Trump's rhetoric on gender and thus support his candidacy for president. But several leaders of the movement who spoke to Mother Jones are ambivalent about Trump, at best—one has even donated to Clinton—and say that many others in their community haven't been won over by Trump's bluster. But why do many members of a group that would appear to be his natural constituency not support Trump for president?

"It's nice to hear him say" things that align with the men's rights movement, says Dean Esmay, now a contributor to and formerly the managing editor of A Voice for Men, a blog and men's rights discussion hub, but those talking points aren't enough. "Somebody had the guts to say that men have it tougher than women, it gives you an emotional rush," he continues. "But when you listen, where's the meat behind it? What's he offering? I see nothing." Trump isn't offering much by way of policy substance, Esmay says, both on issues key to MRAs, such as incarceration or the treatment of fathers in family courts, or on others.

"Why do I think he would make a bad president?" asks Esmay. "Because he is a loose cannon. You don't know what he's going to do. We have a student loan debt bubble that's going to burst. We have a middle class that's imploding. And Donald Trump is going to fix it all by saying, 'Believe it, baby?' Give me a break."

Warren Farrell, widely considered the father of the men's right's movement and the author of one of its foundational texts, The Myth of Male Power,  says he's a "very strong supporter" of Clinton. He has attended several campaign events for Clinton and has donated the allowed maximum of $2,700 to her primary campaign. Still, Farrell says he thinks Clinton is "the worst candidate in recent history, in my lifetime, on gender issues from the perspective of understanding and having compassion for men." But Farrell, who has a Ph.D. in political science, still supports Clinton in part because, he says, "even though I care about men's issues a lot, I care about this country being led by the most competent person."
"Trump is the quintessential example of the immature man and men at their worst."
"Its very hard for me," he continues, "because Trump does have a clue about what's happening with men's issues. But Trump is the quintessential example of the immature man and men at their worst."

Farrell falls into a more liberal faction of the men's rights community, says Gwyneth Williams, a professor of politics at Webster University who also studies men's movements. But some of Farrell's more conservative colleagues also have serious concerns about Trump.
"I think Trump was right on for saying that men are afraid of upsetting women," says Paul Elam, the CEO and founder of A Voice for Men. But Elam notes that he doesn't buy that Trump would be "some sort of savior for" the men's rights movement, and that there are other Trump positions he finds especially worrisome.

"Trump talks a lot about building a wall and the outlandish proposition that he's going to stop drugs from entering the country—which is impossible," says Elam. He's wary of a candidate who would further criminalize drugs, leading to greater incarceration of men. While Trump hasn't directly promised this, New Jersey Gov. Chris Christie, one of Trump's surrogates and a potential vice presidential pick, has said he supports the criminalization of marijuana use. That's why both Elam and Esmay say the possibility that in a Trump administration Christie might be elevated to a position of power might push them to vote for Clinton.

But many men's rights activists are definitely not Clinton fans: Both Elam and Esmay referred to her as a "lizard" while speaking with Mother Jones, and men's rights forums on Reddit and elsewhere are filled with anti-Clinton sentiments. But despite their Clinton scorn, many MRAs say it's obvious Trump is more swagger than substance. "Trump doesn't have the ability to successfully call out Hillary on her sexism. He is to [sic] crass and doesn't grasp the issues," writes one user on the men's rights subreddit. Another sums things up: "Trump VS Clinton. Whoever wins, America (and the world?) loses."

Source

Fuck you Paul Elam, fuck you Warren Farrell, fuck you Dean Esmay. A double fuck you to Farrell for donating to her cause. If they chose to vote for Gary Johnson or wrote in Donald Duck for president while keeping their money in their wallets that would have been acceptable. But to vote for this misandric witch is crossing the line. Bernard Chapin said if you call yourself an MRA and you vote for Hillary you are a traitor. End of story. I don't always agree with Chapin but he is right on this. You know whom a real MRA supports in this election? The Donald that's who.

OCR wants universities and colleges nationwide to use the unreasonable person standard

OCR to Frostburg State University: Common Sense, ‘Reasonable Person’ Standard Violate Title IX

The agency has declared war on reason itself (the principle, not the magazine).

Robby Soave|Sep. 12, 2016 1:40 pm

Universities should not rely upon outdated standards of justice like "common sense" and "reason" when determining whether sexual harassment has occurred, the Education Department's Office for Civil Rights has announced.

Seriously.

OCR recently sent a letter to Frostburg State University detailing the inadequacies of the university's sexual harassment policies. Frostburg is one of more than a hundred schools being investigated by OCR for violating Title IX, the federal law that requires sex equality in federal funding for education. OCR settles these investigations by advising schools to adopt a variety of policies that violate the due process and free speech rights of students and professors.

The Frostburg letter contains something I haven't seen before: a stark admission from OCR that its interpretation of Title IX holds the "reasonable person" standard in contempt. From page 7 of the letter:

… the Sexual Harassment Policy inappropriately stated that "in assessing whether a particular act constitutes sexual harassment forbidden under this policy, the rules of common sense and reason shall prevail. The standard shall be the perspective of a reasonable person within the campus community." This standard falls short of the preponderance of the evidence standard required to satisfy Title IX.

In holding "common sense, "reason," and "reasonable persons" in contempt, OCR is effectively saying that colleges should base their decisions on the perspective of an unreasonable person. That's what is required to produce the agency's desired result: unreasonable people using something other than common sense.

The Competitive Enterprise Institute's Hans Bader tells me via email that this declaration is at odds with court precedent.

"Never mind that the Supreme Court's decision in Harris v. Forklift Systems (1993) uses a 'reasonable person' test, and the Eleventh Circuit in Watkins v. Bowden said the test is valid," Bader writes.

I have long criticized OCR's Title IX guidance for eroding individual liberty, but never before has it been so apparent that the agency's ultimate goal is to destroy reason itself.

Who is more unreasonable toward men than feminists themselves? No one. A feminist group or two will judge us. This is stupid. This administration is beyond ridiculous. It's time to contact members of Congress. Congressional Representative:click here and Senators: click here. You can also contact Senator James Lankford and Senator Lamar Alexander. These two Senators are just as angry about this crap like we are so letting them know would help a lot. The more of us they hear from the better so contact them right away.

Female greed kills children

Mylan CEO Heather Bresch

Mylan CEO infuriates lawmakers at hearing on EpiPen costs
MARY CLARE JALONICK 11 hours ago .

WASHINGTON (AP) — Mylan CEO Heather Bresch infuriated lawmakers as she tried — and mostly failed — to explain steep cost increases of her company's life-saving EpiPens.

Outraged Republican and Democratic lawmakers on Wednesday grilled Bresch about the emergency allergy shot's sky-high price and the profits for a company with sales in excess of $11 billion. The list price of EpiPens has grown to $608 for a two-pack, an increase of more than 500 percent since 2007.

In almost four hours of questioning, the soft-spoken CEO at times seemed unsure, or declined to answer directly, when asked questions about the company's finances and profits, angering lawmakers.

"You could make this thing go away by being honest and candid but I don't think you are," House Oversight and Government Reform Chairman Rep. Jason Chaffetz, R-Utah, told Bresch as he ended the hearing. Afterward, he told reporters he thought she created more problems with her vague testimony.

The frustration was bipartisan. Maryland Rep. Elijah Cummings, the top Democrat on the oversight panel, compared Bresch's answers to a game of "hide the ball."

Defending the company's business practices, Bresch said she wishes Mylan had "better anticipated the magnitude and acceleration" of the rising prices for some families.

"We never intended this," Bresch said, but maintained that her company doesn't make much profit from each emergency allergy shot and signaled the company has no plans to lower prices.

Families who rely on multiple EpiPens to respond when their children have allergic reactions, whether at home, school or sporting events, have lashed out at Mylan in a growing public outcry. Bresch blamed the furor partly on the complexity of drug pricing.

In response to one question, Bresch acknowledged she made $18 million in salary last year.

"Sounds like you're doing pretty well on this," said Rep. John Mica, R-Fla.

Chaffetz, said high executive pay at Mylan "doesn't add up for a lot of people" as the EpiPen price has increased. He said executives for the company made $300 million over five years while the list price for a pair of the allergy shots rose.

"Parents don't have a choice," Chaffetz said. "If your loved one needs this, it better darn well be in your backpack."

Bresch, who displayed an EpiPen, said the company makes only approximately $50 in profit on each shot. But Chaffetz said he finds that "a little hard to believe."

EpiPens are used in emergencies to stop anaphylaxis, the potentially fatal allergic reactions to insect bites and stings and foods like nuts and eggs. People usually keep multiple EpiPens handy at home, school or work, but the syringes, prefilled with the hormone epinephrine, expire after a year.

The company says it has distributed tens of thousands of free shots to schools and raised awareness of deadly allergies. That requires investment, Bresch said.

The Mylan executive has some familiarity with Capitol Hill — she is the daughter of Sen. Joe Manchin, D-W.Va. But lawmakers so far haven't given any deference to her, and several other committees have called for investigations into the price increase.

Bresch noted that Mylan has said it will begin selling its generic version for $300 for a pair. That will still bring Mylan tens of millions of dollars in revenue while helping retain market share against current and future brand-name and generic competition.

The company has also offered coupon cards and has doubled the limit for eligibility for its patient assistance program. But critics have said the coupons, discount cards and patient assistance programs aren't real solutions because many customers won't use them or won't qualify for them.

Republican Rep. Scott DesJarlais of Tennessee, a physician, told Bresch that she was "trying to make us feel good" about the generic version and other programs, but that he doesn't feel good about it.

"A mother would cut off her right arm to get that drug. You chose to charge her $600 instead of cutting off her arm," DesJarlais said. "Lower the price so they can afford it."

Last year, more than 3.6 million U.S. prescriptions for two-packs of EpiPens were filled, according to data firm IMS Health. That brought in sales of nearly $1.7 billion for Mylan, though the company says it receives about $1.1 billion after rebates and fees paid to insurers, distributors and other health care businesses.

In the Senate, leaders of the Homeland Security and Governmental Affairs' investigations subcommittee said earlier this month that they have begun an inquiry into the company's pricing and competition practices. The Aging Committee requested briefings on the issue, and Iowa Sen. Chuck Grassley, the chairman of the Judiciary Committee, has written several letters to Mylan demanding answers.

I have always been told that women are the nurturing gender. That they value life more than us war hungry men do as they would put it. Not only that but we're told that women would never place a child's life in danger. After all greed is a male thing right? Brought upon us by the patriarchy? Right? Not so. It appears that women are not the angels they told us they were. No,it appears that is not the case. It now appears that they are capable of pissing off not only both houses of Congress at the same time but this one has also pissed off both parties simultaneously as well.

California wants to eliminate the statue of limitations when it comes to rape cases

Supporters urge governor to sign bill ending statute of limitations for prosecuting rape

Flanked by alleged sexual assault victims and their supporters, state Sen. Connie Leyva (D-Chino) urged Gov. Jerry Brown on Tuesday to end California's statute of limitations for rape.

The Legislature sent Leyva's bill, SB 813, to Brown last week. He has until Sept 30 to sign the bill, which would end the time limit in California for prosecuting rape, child sexual abuse and other felony sex crimes.

"This bill does not abolish the very high burden-of-proof standard," Leyva said at a state Capitol news conference. "[SB] 813 simply ensures that the door does not slam in the face of victims."

Several of those who spoke in support of the bill said they were sexually assaulted. They were joined by attorney Gloria Allred, who said she met with representatives from the governor's office Tuesday morning. Allred is representing more than 30 women who say comedian Bill Cosby sexually assaulted them.

"For almost all of them, wherever the alleged sexual misconduct is said to have taken place, no criminal case will be filed," Allred said. "For most of these accusations it was simply too late for a prosecutor to even consider them." Several of the alleged assaults occurred in California.

Allred said that a number of Cosby's accusers "had no idea" there was a statute of limitations for rape prosecutions.

A woman identified only as Linda said at the news conference that she was sexually assaulted by Cosby in the 1970s and supports changing the law in California.

"I didn't report the assault because I was afraid of what might happen to me if I did go to law enforcement at that time," she said.

Cosby, who has said his relationships with his accusers were consensual, is being tried in Pennsylvania on three felony counts of aggravated indecent assault. The charges were filed just before that state's 12-year statute of limitations would have expired.

In California, the statute of limitations for rape is 10 years unless DNA evidence emerges later. Sex crimes against minors must be prosecuted before the alleged victim turns 40.

Let's take a look at SB 813 and see what it says. On the official website all I read was blah blah blah. So I went to the website of the bitch that authored this monstrosity and this is what I read:

SACRAMENTO – On the first day of the 2016 legislative session, Senator Connie M. Leyva (D-Chino) today introduced important bipartisan legislation to end the statute of limitations for rape and related crimes in California.

Source

Now let's let that sink in. Especially if you've been accused of sexual misconduct in the past. There are a ton of problems with this bill. Memories fade, witnesses die. Who is going to remember clearly what happened 40 or 50 years ago. This is a "get men" bill and we need to oppose it. The best way to do that would be to contact Governor Jerry Brown and let him know that SB 813 is a bad bill and that he should veto it. The more of us he hears from the better and so goes California so goes the nation. Stopping it here means you can spare your state from monstrous bills like SB 813.

Tell your college alma mater and/or elected officials about victim centered investigations on college and university campuses

From SAVE Services:

A new trend called "victim-centered investigations" is troubling us at SAVE.

The gist of the new investigatory approach is to start from believing the complainant and to continue the investigation from the complainant's perspective--thus ending the police's role as neutral fact-finder.

Colleges are starting to look into using this technique, and we need stop it.

We are asking you to contact the university or college where you attended school, and ask them to continue implementing fair investigative procedures.

Tell them to preserve the presumption of innocence on their campus.

If you didn't attend college or do not want to contact your alma mater then contact your elected officials. Congressional Representative:click here and Senators: click here. You can also contact Senator James Lankford and Senator Lamar Alexander. Neither of the aforementioned Senators are big fans of what the Obama administration is doing to college and university men so contacting them would be a plus. On Lankford's website click on "send an email on legislation" to send him an email.

Ivanka Trump is thinned skinned

Feet held to the fire, Ivanka Trump lost her cool in an interview this week.

On Wednesday, Cosmopolitan.com pressed her to address her father's egregious remarks about pregnancies and working women and pushed her to explain why the presidential candidate's recently unveiled child care plan hadn't accounted for paternity leave or leave for same-sex couples.

"I think you have a lot of negativity in these questions," Trump countered. She ended her conversation with interviewer Prachi Gupta a few minutes later.

Earlier this week, Donald Trump reiterated his intention to make child care a tax-deductible expense for men and women who earn up to $250,000 each year and added that expectant mothers would be entitled to six weeks of paid family leave. During that speech, Ivanka stood by his side. But when it came time for her to speak up, it seems she was less prepared.

Given her heavy influence on her father's team and her stated commitment to working mothers, Cosmopolitan.com wanted to know how she squared his newly declared ideals with his previous assertion that an expectant mother is an "inconvenience for a business."

Faced with the 2004 statement, Ivanka fired back. "I think my father has put forth a very comprehensive and really revolutionary plan to deal with a lot of issues," she said. "So I don't know how useful it is to spend too much time with you on this if you're going to make a comment like that."

And when Gupta refused to back down, Trump fumed: "Well, you said he made those comments. I don't know that he said those comments." Gupta cited her source, at which point Trump seemed to claim her words would be manipulated. "[T]here's plenty of time for you to editorialize around this," she retorted.

Cosmopolitan.com published a full transcript of the interview, which includes Trump's attempt to explain why only women "in recovery in the immediate aftermath of childbirth" are accommodated under Donald Trump's policies.

"I'm going to jump off, I have to run," Ivanka Trump said, cutting the interview short. "I apologize."

We're voting for Donald Trump not his daughter. Donald Trump is the visionary our country needs. Ivanka is just a spoiled brat. If we keep up the activism we can make sure men get a break in this society. The alternative is Hillary the castrating witch Clinton. I'll go with Donald Trump.

Fuck Ivanka Trump

Ivanka Trump

What are most wealthy, white girls if not feminists. We've seen that here. So why should a rich bitch born with a silver dildo up her cunt be any different? The answer is she is the same as the rest. The one I'm going to rant on in this post is Donald Trump's daughter Ivanka Trump. Ivanka is pushing her father to implement her version of maternity leave if he gets elected. Ivanka's scheme is the same as the rest-giving women a break while adding to men's burdens. Who is going to end up paying for this scheme of Ivanka's? Yep,you the taxpayer. Who is going to benefit from this? It won't be the remaining employees (read men) who are not eligible for the "mommy break". Ivanka claims that she is looking out for poor people. Obviously she doesn't care about the single man or single father that has to raise his child(ren) on his own. No break for him because he doesn't have a vagina. On tonights "Kelly File" on Foxnews Ivanka revealed this and more: that she married a successful man. Of course she did. Men who do not meet the standards of narcissistic little girls are invisible to them. Ivanka talks about the middle class or those living paycheck to paycheck but she has never been one. She has no idea what being poor is all about. Perhaps she should be a good little girl, shut the fuck up and stop interrupting men as we try to solve the nation's problems.

Support fairness on college and university campuses nationwide support the CEFTA

From SAVE Services:

It is now football season, but we're the 'red zone' we're talking about doesn't have to deal with an end zone.

Instead, the time between when schools start up and Thanksgiving is known as the 'red zone' because that is when the most campus sexual assaults are reported.

Help us combat campus sexual assault by telling Senator Lamar Alexander to pass our new federal bill, which will help get safety and medical authorities involved with campus sexual assault cases ASAP. A copy of our bill, called the Campus Equality, Fairness, and Transparency Act, can be found here.

Call Senator Alexander, Chair of the Senate HELP committee: (202) 224-4944.

Or email him through this form.

Tell his office to pass CEFTA this year; let's make it our goal to have the red zone only exist in football.

Misogynist 2

They say that since I am a misogynist that I am oppressive and not understanding of women. That is not true. Most of the misogynists are women themselves. They hate each other. I am not oppressing these women nor am I misunderstanding them. They don't like each other. I've heard MRA's praise masculinity and feminists preach these supposed virtues of women and it turns out the MRA's were sincere. I look at it this way: it's straight from the horse's mouth. If they don't like each other because of their twisted way of seeing things why should I trust them? Why should any man? Like I said I can look positively at my masculinity. I know we are a good gender. I can say that and mean it. Women OTOH are not quite so sincere. But this is what happens. Your jerk girlfriend is no better than the jerk boyfriend (according to her) she complains about. If the I were to sit down with this supposed "jerk boyfriend" I would find that he is actually a cool guy in a bad situation. Jerk girlfriend OTOH lives up to her name. I not saying this is true 100% of the time and there are true male jerks but for the long run they don't last.

Protect the rights of the accused with the Campus Equality, Fairness, and Transparency Act

From SAVE Services:

September is National Campus Safety Awareness Month.

In recognition, Clery Center is asking you to create campus safety tweets using the hashtag #NCSAMTop5 and tag @Clery Center.

We urge you to tweet this upcoming month about the relationship between binge drinking and campus sexual assault. While addressing binge drinking is a commonsense solution to decreasing campus sexual assault, sadly not a single current federal campus sexual assault bill addresses this correlation.

This is in part while we created our own model bill, the Campus Equality, Fairness, and Transparency Act. The model bill includes provisions for drug and alcohol policies on campus.

Help us tweet about true campus safety reform. And if you haven't already, follow us on Twitter at @SAVEServicesOrg.
