A criminal record doesn't matter if you work in the domestic violence industry

Carey Roberts

Domestic Violence Industry: Criminal
2008-12-07 at 1:36 pm · Filed under Vox Populi

The domestic violence industry has a habit of attracting unsavory characters into its ranks. And now three former operatives are doing hard time.

Take Barbara Dehl of Nampa, Idaho. Ten years ago Dehl single-handedly lobbied for passage of Cassie’s Law, a bill aimed at stopping dating violence. That achievement landed her on the Montel Williams Show, and Sen. Mike Crapo hailed Dehl as the “Spirit of Idaho.” Her crowning moment came in 2002 when she was invited to serve on the National Advisory Committee on Violence Against Women.

But then Dehl got caught up in drug trafficking charges and a murder case. Two years ago Dehl was sentenced to 15 years in the slammer for the kidnapping and macabre torturing of a 20-year-old man and his girlfriend.

About the same time Cindy Lou Shores, director of the South Central Region Tribal Nations and Friends Domestic Violence Coalition in Oklahoma, was pilfering $106,000 from the coalition’s cookie jar. This past March, Shores was sentenced to 17 months in federal prison.

And two months ago the former head of Domestic Violence Emergency Services, John Scott, was sentenced to a year behind bars for stealing money from the Roanoke, Va. abuse shelter. After Scott leaves jail, he will serve another year of probation and pay $48,000 in restitution.

But the problem isn’t limited to shelter officials who enrich themselves at the expense of taxpayers. Shelter managers condone and even encourage a broad range of illegal activities within their own facilities.

Mistreatment of children appears to be widespread. Last October the life of toddler Myliak Dale was snuffed out when a woman backed out her car at the SafeSpace shelter in Stuart, Fla.: www.renewamerica.us/columns/roberts/080722 . Incidents of child abuse often go unreported to local officials, in violation of state law.

There’s the problem of harassment and sexual assaults. At Bethany House in Falls Church, Va., two house managers were forced to resign following sexual advances of shelter residents: www.renewamerica.us/columns/roberts/080902 .

Drug abuse is rampant at some shelters. A former employee at Another Way of Lake City, Fla. revealed, “I, on numerous occasions reported illegal drug use that I had witnessed take place on Shelter property and often my complaints were ignored…We always knew not to call the law unless you were prepared to be unemployed.”

Some shelters forego background checks on job applicants. That policy helped Another Way land former shelter manager Wendy Pittman (four criminal charges of passing bad checks); Brenda Collins (one charge of aggravated assault and two counts of cocaine possession); and Gloria Taylor (nine misdemeanor convictions and three felonies): www.renewamerica.us/columns/roberts/081009 .

Many shelters have lawyers who coach women to embellish their stories or even dream up incidents that can never be refuted (“Don’t worry, he’ll never be able to prove he didn’t threaten you with the knife”). Then they file a series of baseless allegations that are designed to make the man’s life miserable.

That’s what they did to James Hall of McIntosh Co., Oklahoma: www.renewamerica.us/columns/roberts/080923 Convincing a person to commit perjury is called subornation of perjury — and that’s a crime.

Then there’s the slick shelter shake-down routine: Arrest the man on phony abuse charges and then plunder his house while he’s stuck in jail. That’s what happened to Bob Hartzog of Glendale, Ariz: www.renewamerica.us/columns/roberts/081117 .

Some managers believe their shelter is protected by a form of sovereign immunity — after all, our society is steeped in patriarchal privilege so women need to have a safe place.

So when 26-year-old Veronica Bullock sexually assaulted a 12-year-old boy at the Brewster Center Domestic Violence Services, shelter workers not only barred the Tucson police from entering the facility, they even refused to disclose the rapist’s name.

And when the police arrest a woman for assaulting her husband or boyfriend, the shelter girls scoot over to the police station and have the woman released to their custody. Once ensconced at the shelter, the assailant is free to come and go as she wishes.

For illegal immigrants, sovereign immunity means a neon-flashing “Bienvenidos” sign. Just spend a night at the local domestic violence shelter — all you need to do is scream, “Abuse!” That will entitle you to a free pass with the immigration people – amazing but true: www.renewamerica.us/columns/roberts/070912 .

Discrimination on the basis of sex is also illegal, but who cares about abused men?: www.renewamerica.us/columns/roberts/080817 . Racial bias has been documented as well: www.renewamerica.us/columns/roberts/081124 .

Rounding out the picture are uncounted incidents of embezzlement, record falsification, financial irregularities, and garden-variety malfeasance: www.mediaradar.org/docs/RADARreport-DV-Programs-Misuse-1-Billion-Tax-Dollars-Per-Year.pdf

One asks, Where are all the state attorney generals and federal inspectors who are supposed to be enforcing our laws?

A word from Roy

Here's a word from men's rights attorney Roy Den Hollander:

Men just don't count in the Federal District Court of New York.

In a December 3, 2008 decision, Federal Judge William Pauley III approved the U.S. Government's use of secret proceedings to find U.S. citizen husbands of alien wives guilty of battery. The proceedings are kept secret from only the husband, not the alien wives, various government officials or various Feminist groups.

In a slip-shod opinion that reflects Judge Pauley III's effort to give men's rights the bums rush out of his court, he ignored the law and invented facts because of the ever present bureaucratic zeal to curry favor with the Feminists.

The case challenged the constitutionality of certain provisions of the Violence Against Women Act ("VAWA") that allow alien females to fraudulently gain U.S. citizenship by falsely accusing their U.S. husbands of battery. Under VAWA, the husband has no notice nor opportunity to refute the charges against him, the so-called evidence used for finding him guilty comes from his ex-wife, her immigration lawyer and feminist counselors. If by chance, the American man somehow gets evidence to the Government that shows his alien wife is lying, the evidence ends up in the garbage.

Judge Pauley III disdainfully brushed aside any concern for the rights of the husbands, which is common in the misandrist court of the Southern District of New York, to rule that such Nazi-like proceedings don't injure the husband. Think a minute—would you want the U.S. Government, listening only to your ex-wife, her lawyer and various feminists, to decide whether you committed felonies and misdemeanors against her. You know they are going to find you guilty because you're not there. The Government then promises that no harm will come to you because all its findings will be kept secret, except from your ex-wife, her lawyer, various feminists, and local, state and federal law enforcement agencies. Oh, and by the way, if any of the Government's decisions about you committing crimes leaks to the general public, there is not a damn thing you can do—legally. There are no lawsuits or administrative proceedings you can bring to correct the false record or keep it from being published. To judges like William Pauley III, such are not injuries because they are injuries to males not females.

But there's something more important than Judge Pauley III's spinning of the law to favor feminists—ask yourself, does this Government process seem fair to you. "The heart of the matter is that democracy implies respect for the elementary rights of men, however suspect or unworthy those men may be; a democratic government must therefore practice fairness; and fairness can rarely be obtained by secret, one-sided determination of facts decisive of rights." Joint Anti-Fascist Refugee Committee v. McGrath, 341 U.S. 123, 170 (Frankfurter J., concurring)(1951).

Season's Greetings Everyone, I've started the appeals process of the VAWA case to the US Second Circuit Court of Appeals. If successful, I will try to add three more plaintiffs as class representatives. The Ladies' Nights case is also in the appeals process at the US Second Circuit Court of Appeals. Unfortunately, the Second Circuit is as demeaning (good feminist word) of guys' rights as the US Sourthern District Court in NY. The difficulty with constitutional law cases is that the Federal courts often decide based on the politics of the day. Somethimes that's good, but sometimes bad. In these days for guys--it's bad. The Columbia Women's Studies case is still pending in the US Sourthern District Court in NY. BestRoy

Ah...Russian women

Carey Roberts

Shield Foundation Shelter Shakedown
2008-11-16 at 12:09 pm · Filed under Vox Populi

Bob Hartzog of Glendale, Ariz. was roused out of his slumber by a ringing phone. It was the cops. According to the policeman, Hartzog’s wife Valentina charged he had forced her to have sex and threatened to kill her. The officer, stationed outside of Hartzog’s home, ordered him outside.

Opening his front door, Hartzog found himself looking down the barrels of five loaded guns. Uncomprehending, he thought it must be a joke.

As Mr. Hartzog was hauled away to the police station, he spotted his Ukrainian-born wife in a parked car with another woman. He would later learn her accomplice was Olga Chaikheeva, a Russian immigrant who runs an abuse shelter called the Shield Foundation, located in nearby Phoenix.

As a bewildered Hartzog waited to be booked on charges of aggravated assault, little did he suspect at that very moment his house was being stripped of everything that could be pawned off in the Black Market – his passport, wallet, jewelry, computer, printer, the title to his Mitsubishi, and more, all worth about $15,000.

Within hours Valentina withdrew $2,500 from his bank account. The Mitsubishi was sold to a company called Quick Fleet Auto, a fly-by-night operation owned by Artt Smasch. By interesting coincidence, Mr. Smasch was the paramour of Olga Chaikheeva.

During the ensuing months Hartzog “sweated bullets,” as he told me, worried he might end up doing time for a crime he never committed. But he passed the polygraph test with flying colors and Valentina’s story didn’t hold up. A year later the D.A. dropped the charges.

But Hartzog never got his purloined property back.

Five years ago CBS 60 Minutes ran a program called Russian Roulette. The segment chronicled Russian women who dupe unsuspecting Australian men into marrying them. The show featured one Ivan Duhs. Falsely accused and summarily evicted from his home, the wife cleaned out the house, right down to the light switches and toilet roll holders.

Marriage scams are also widespread in the United States, but with a novel twist.

One immigration official describes the ploy this way: “Beautiful young women…entice a poor, unsuspecting 40-50-year old into marrying them, and then methodically proceed to ruin his life: calling 911 to report a wife-beating…going to a domestic abuse shelter and systematically documenting every step.” That’s exactly what happened to Bob Hartzog.

Now back to Olga Chaikheeva and her Shield Foundation.

According to its website, the Shield Foundation offers one-stop shopping for Russian immigrants: assistance with low-income housing, food stamps, Green Card, and Social Security numbers. And for women who aren’t happy in their marriages, the group provides legal help to procure protection orders and divorce decrees: www.shieldfoundation.org/2_services.html .

But some say Olga’s well-meaning efforts go too far.

According to a complaint filed by the Arkansas Justice Center, the Shield Foundation is actually a “phony women’s abuse shelter.” Her Shield Foundation “intimidates the women to file an Order of Protection with the City and Municipal Courts against their husbands.” Then Ms. Chaikheeva “runs her well practiced drills on the husbands; tricking them into breaking the Orders, getting them arrested, making designs on their assets, etc.” And if the judge denies the petition, she will “take the wife to a different court and start over.” [www.ripoffreport.com/reports/0/264/RipOff0264095.htm ]

The Shield Foundation’s tax records raise more eyebrows. In 2006 a company called Advance Alliance Management – which is not listed in the phone book, by the way — donated a two bedroom residence so the Shield Foundation could establish its own shelter.

But according to my sources, the house had belonged to Olga’s previous husband. When things went sour, Olga fabricated charges of aggravated assault. That got her the house and landed her ex- in the slammer.

Olga Chaikheeva has ruined enough lives and reputations that a number of persons have banded together to expose her scams.

One such person is Yefim Toybin, who legally immigrated to the United States in 1992 and now is a teacher and wrestling coach at a local high school. Married for 29 years, he told me, “We came to the United States for liberty and justice.”

Reveling in his new-found American dream, Toybin formed a cultural organization to help Russian immigrants assimilate into Western society. But Olga tried to take control of the fledgling group. When he demurred, the woman threatened, “You will regret not cooperating with us.”

Toybin told me stories like Bob Hartzog’s are not uncommon. So why does he go to pains to expose the corruption of the Shield Foundation? “I don’t want this country to experience the same thing that happened in my former country,” Toybin explains. “I want to protect justice, potential victims, and the future of this nation.”

We lost on ladies night

I've heard from men's rights attorney Roy Den Hollander that the ladies night lawsuit was thrown out by Judge Miriam Cedarbaum, a feminist.

Roy said:

Her decision in effect said that when a club refuses to serve girls--it's discriminatory and violates the Constitution. But when a club charges guys more to get to the bar--it's okay. No surprise.

I believe this is just a minor obstacle and I hope Roy appeals it. I for one appreciate the job Roy is doing and I wish him well and to give them hell. More on the lawsuits as that info becomes available.

New president

We now have the first black president in America. What's that mean? Well, for men it is disaster considering how much Obama excuses single mothers while holding only men accoutable which is typical of democrats. As for veep we now have Joe VAWA Biden and with these two,one controlling the white house the other controlling the senate you can be assured these two will come out with more anti-male crap. One the son of a single mother, the other a victim of an older abusive sister who internalized his suffering and both feed the matriarchy. I don't think McCain really wanted it considering whom he chose as his veep,a woman. Didn't McCain see what happened to Walter Mondale after choosing Geraldine Ferrero as his running mate? If not they failed miserably. There was never a real choice for men only Ron Paul and that didn't work out but I hope it made a statement. What does this mean? It is the start of a long and bumpy road and it will be blogged here.

Misandry-DART style

The Dallas Area Rapid Transit (DART) has billboards on their buses that depict "women as victims" and "men as perpetrators" of domestic violence, furthering the feminist lie. I am not a big fan of this lie and if you're not either then contact the following and tell them no one appreciates the misandry they are transporting. Maybe this will teach them to question the feminist liars in the future.

Sarah Palin is what a feminist looks like

Sarah Palin will tell John McCain what to do like take out the garbage.

NOW supports Palin

Thousands Flock to Carson to Hear Sarah Palin

Carson -- Republican vice presidential candidate Sarah Palin praised running mate John McCain and criticized Democratic presidential nominee Barack Obama Saturday while spelling out goals of a McCain-Palin administration during a speech at The Home Depot Center.

A enthusiastic crowd estimated by Home Depot Center officials to be between 15,000 and 20,000 jammed the Carson facility's tennis stadium -- whose capacity is around 8,000 -- and an overflow area for a rare general election public appearance in Southern California by a major party presidential or vice presidential candidate.

In a 25-minute speech, interrupted about 20 times by applause, Palin demonstrated a folksy and feisty manner that seemingly had disappeared during a much-criticized interview with CBS anchor Katie Couric.

In her first visit to Southern California since McCain named her as his running mate Aug. 29, the Alaska governor said her father was born in Los Angeles and her paternal grandfather was a photographer who lived in North Hollywood.

"His specialty was taking photographs of boxers," Palin said. "I learned from him there are times it is necessary, there is a time to take the gloves off and that time is right now."

When Palin was heckled, she responded, "My son is over in Iraq now fighting for the freedoms that person is exercising."

What was dubbed as a "Victory '08 Campaign Rally" made a determined effort to build support among women for the McCain-Palin ticket.

Palin was introduced by Shelly Mandell, president of the Los Angeles Chapter of the National Organization for Women, who described herself as a lifelong Democrat.

In rarity for a Republican event, Mandell bragged about her efforts campaigning for the failed Equal Rights Amendment in the 1970s and her support for Geraldine Ferraro, the Democratic vice presidential nominee in 1984.

"I know Sarah Palin cares about women's rights," Mandell said. "As vice president, she will fight for you. She cares about our children and she cares about women's lives."

In another rarity for a major party national candidate, Palin discussed a quotation she found on a cup of coffee from Starbucks Friday by former Secretary of State Madeline Albright, a Democrat who served in the Clinton Administration.

"`There's a place hell reserved for women who don't support other women,' " Palin quoted.
"Let's see how that comment is turned into whatever it's turned into in tomorrow's papers."

Palin also made reference to a question she received from Couric about what newspapers and magazines she reads.

"I was reading a copy of The New York Times," Palin said, with the newspaper's name drawing boos. "I was really interested to read in there about Barack Obama's friends in Chicago."

Palin was referring to a front-page story on William Ayers, who participated in bombings of New York City Police Headquarters, the U.S. Capitol and the Pentagon in the early 1970s, and later become a college professor who was associated with Obama during a 1990s school reform effort in Chicago. "Our opponent is someone who sees America as imperfect enough to pal around with terrorists who targeted their own country," Palin said amid another chorus of boos.

She also drew distinctions between the Republican and Democratic tickets on foreign policy, energy and taxation, expressing Republican support for victories in the wars in Afghanistan and Iraq, encouraging domestic energy production and supporting lower taxes.

California Democratic Party communications director Brian Brokaw told City News Service, "What we heard today comes as no surprise. Sarah Palin and John McCain have announced that they'll be throwing more punches in the coming weeks, which is just another sign that they are losing ground all over the country.

"They will be smearing Obama so that they don't have to talk about McCain's dismal economic record. But voters will see through their desperate tactics."

As Palin spoke, a giant mobile screen outside, sponsored by the California Democratic Party showed questions "Palin refuses to address (or is perhaps unable to address)" while about 100 to 200 Obama supporters held signs and shouted.

Major party presidential and vice presidential candidates rarely make public appearances in California during the general election campaign because it is considered a safe Democratic state. Most prefer to concentrate on the so- called battleground states.

When candidates do come to California, the trips are usually for fundraisers.

Palin was scheduled to attend a fundraiser in Costa Mesa following the Carson speech and is also scheduled to attend a fundraiser Sunday in the Bay Area.

At the Home Depot Center, Palin spoke at an event where all the tickets were free because "California has been a very important state to Senator McCain" playing an "integral part of his success in the primaries" and to thank volunteers who "have just been tremendous" in their efforts on behalf of the Republican Party, said Rick Gorka, a McCain-Palin campaign regional communications director.

"The amount of work that they've been putting into the McCain-Palin campaign is incredible," Gorka said. "This is a great opportunity for folks to come see Gov. Palin so she can thank them and show her appreciation for all the hard work they do."

Illinois hates divorcing men

Electronic cuffs planned for dads
'I don't see any safeguards. This presumes men guilty'

© 2008 WorldNetDaily

Illinois has joined a growing contingent of states to adopt a law that will put electronic GPS tracking bracelets on men who have not been convicted of any crime, but might be involved in a messy divorce.

The plan, named in memory of Cindy Bischoff, who was attacked and murdered by a former boyfriend, was signed into law just days ago and is scheduled to take effect Jan. 1.

And while its goal of protecting women and children from out-of-control husbands and fathers is good, it goes too far and violates the civil rights of innocent fathers, according to a lawyer for a group that will challenge it.

"Electronic tagging devices can be appropriate as a condition of parole or probation," said attorney Jeffery M. Leving, who is a nationally known fathers' rights advocate, the author of "Fathers' Rights" and "Divorce Wars" and founder of DadsRights.com. "The Cindy Bischof Law goes far beyond this, placing long-term electronic tags on men who have never been found guilty of any crime."

According to a website set up in memory of Cindy Bischoff, there are about a dozen states, including Washington, Minnesota, Utah, Colorado, Michigan, Oklahoma, Louisiana, Florida and Massachusetts, that now have similar provisions. The campaign's goal is to prevent what happened to Bischof from happening to others.

But Leving said there are major constitutional issues that need to be resolved.

"The law carries a presumption of guilt," Leving said, "without the benefit of a trial, yet the foundation of our entire criminal justice system is based on a defendant being presumed innocent until proven guilty."

He said such restraining orders are not unusual.

A recent article by two leaders of the State Bar of California's Family Law Section said such orders "are increasingly being used in family law cases to help one side jockey for an advantage in child custody." And the Illinois Bar Journal has described them as part of the "gamesmanship" of divorce.

But Leving said the full impact of Illinois' new law is that judges can order anyone – mostly men and fathers – to wear a GPS tracking device if they simply are accused of violating an order of protection, with no court conviction or adjudication required.

In fact, he said, "such orders are generally done ex parte, without the accused's knowledge and with no opportunity afforded for him to defend himself."

Such lack of information for the men can result in unknowing violations, Leving said.

"A man can accidentally be in the same park or mall as his ex-wife/girlfriend, and the electronic monitoring device could lead to his arrest even if he never actually saw her. Some men have even been tricked into violating the orders by former spouses. The device will make this easier-a woman could call her estranged husband, tell him she needs him to come to her house because of a crisis with their children, and then have an electronic record of his violation," he said.

"Perhaps such a drastic measure would be warranted if the men forced to wear the devices had meaningful and fair trials, and were found to be guilty of violent or dangerous crimes. However, the Bischof Law empowers judges with the ability to mandate the GPS tracking device on anyone who is accused of violating an order of protection," he said.

"Unfortunately, the rush to protect the abused is so incredibly aggressive that the rights of the accused have been violated," Leving said. "I don't see any safeguard in this law. This law basically presumes in these situations [men] are guilty."

He said his organization will work with lawmakers to make them aware of the potential pitfalls of their new law and will watch cases as they develop to pursue a court challenge to its constitutionality.

Beware of Biden

Beware of Biden. I can't emphasize that enough.

Meet your veeps

Hi. This is Masculist Man and welcome to Meet The Veeps, where we show you the veeps who are creeps in a realistic way. Let's go from left to right: first up we have Joe Biden,a senator from Delaware who lists Darth Vader as the best friend that understands him the most. Joe Biden also rules with an iron fist:

Saturday, August 23rd, 2008

Had to take a break from my vacation to register my disappointment in Obama’s selection of Biden.

I understand the rationale–Obama wants an attack dog to go after McCain while he appears to be above the fray. Biden also adds some foreign policy and Beltway heft to the ticket. The Beltway CW says this pick was safe, but not particularly bold. I think that’s about right.

But from a policy perspective, it’s a disaster. Biden has sponsored more damaging drug war legislation than any Democrat in Congress. Hate the way federal prosecutors use RICO laws to take aim at drug offenders? Thank Biden. How about the abomination that is federal asset forfeiture laws? Thank Biden. Think federal prosecutors have too much power in drug cases?

Thank Biden. Think the title of a “Drug Czar” is sanctimonious and silly? Thank Biden, who helped create the position (and still considers it an accomplishment worth boasting about).

Tired of the ridiculous steroids hearings in Congress? Thank Biden, who led the effort to make steroids a Schedule 3 drug, and has been among the blowhardiest of the blowhards when it comes to sports and performance enhancing drugs. Biden voted in favor of using international development aid for drug control (think plan Columbia, plan Afghanistan, and other meddling anti-drug efforts that have only fostered loathing of America, backlash, and unintended consequences). Oh, and he was also the chief sponsor of 2004’s horrendous RAVE Act.

Biden does appear to have eased up a bit in the last couple years, including taking a fairly strong position against federal raids on medical marijuana clinics (though he still opposes making marijuana available for medicinal purposes). But that’s little consolation for all the damage he’s done over the years.

Biden’s record on other criminal justice and civil liberties issues is just as bad.
Opponents of the federalization of crime might note that the 1994 crime bill he sponsored created several new federal capital offenses. Biden also wants to expand federal penalties for hate crimes. He supports a federal smoking ban. His position on the federal drinking age is, and I quote, “absolutely do not” lower it to 18. He believes “most violent crime is related to drugs” (if he had said “drug prohibition,” he’d be closer to the truth). Biden also has an almost perfect anti-gun voting record. He said last year he favors “universal national service,” either in the Peace Corps or the military. Sounds like conscription to me. He says he’s opposed to the PATRIOT Act, but he voted for both the original bill and its re-authorization in 2005.

Foreign policy? Biden voted for the war on Iraq. Yes, he’s opposed to it now (and I like the partition plan he pushed in the primaries). But he didn’t vote correctly when it counted most. Biden also voted to send troops into Darfur. He wants to enlarge NATO. He voted in favor of the air strikes in Kosovo. He voted to strengthen the trade embargo against Cuba.

His seems to be a meddling, interventionist, Clinton-esque foreign policy. His first
instinct seems to be that the U.S. military’s objective include some vague notion of “doing good in the world.” Never mind the disastrous consequences that notion has reaped over the years.

I obviously disagree with Biden on a host of economic and regulatory issues, too (though he does seem to be fairly decent on free trade). But that’s to be expected. My problem with Biden is that he’s not even good on the issues the left is supposed to be good on. He’s an overly ambitious, elitist, tunnel-visioned, Potomac-fevered Beltway dinosaur, with all the trappings. He may well have been the worst possible pick among congressional Democrats when it comes to the drug war and criminal justice.

Your humble Agitator predicted the Biden pick last February. It was a prediction made mostly from cynicism. I wish I had been wrong. On principle, Obama stumbles badly, here. I guess we’ll have to wait to see how it plays out on the electoral map.

Source: here

Now Biden doesn't let the Constitution get in his way when he rules. If he becomes the veep he becomes speaker of the senate. Now that is a job promotion.

Now let's meet the second veep who gives us the creeps. That second veep is Sarah Palin. If elected she will have gotten farther than Geraldine Ferrero did. Also consider she is one heartbeat from the button. One of those monthlies and we're all dead. She is on record crediting Hillary and other feminists and has feminist beliefs. Let's take a look at her:

It is alleged that Mrs Palin pressured and eventually sacked Walter Monegan, the Alaskan public safety commissioner, because he refused to fire Michael Wooten, a state trooper who was estranged from Mrs Palin's sister.

Mrs Palin originally denied any involvement whatsoever in moves to have Mr Wooten sacked.

However, earlier this month she was forced to admit that members of her administration had made numerous phone calls to state officials on the subject.

Yet in interviews at the weekend Mr Monegan claimed that Mrs Palin had also personally spoken and e-mailed him about Mr Wooten several times. Mrs Palin has also been challenged over her claims to have fought the Alaskan state system over corruption and wasteful spending - a key credential in her selection by Mr McCain, who is promising to do the same nationwide.

Mrs Palin has boasted of her success in killing the plan, nicknamed the "Bridge to Nowhere",to connect Ketchikan international airport with Gravina Island. Yet it has been reported that Mrs Palin actually campaigned in favour of the bridge, only changing her position later.

The Republican vice-presidential candidate has also been criticised for her behaviour on a radio talk show in January. While being interviewed about her feud with Lyda Green, the Alaskan state senate leader, Mrs Palin laughed when her interviewer described Sen Green as a "cancer" and a "b---". Sen Green is a cancer survivor.

A local newspaper described Mrs Palin's actions as "plain and simple one of the most
unprofessional, childish and inexcusable performances ever seen from a politician." A
recording of the interview is now circulating on websites including YouTube.

The allegations are bound to increase discomfort among Republicans about Mr McCain's choice of running mate. His main line of attack against his opponent Barack Obama - that Mr Obama is not ready to lead the country - has been undermined, by the prospect of Mrs Palin, who has been governor for only 20 months, being forced to step in if Mr McCain, who is 72 and has suffered several bouts of cancer, were unable to fulfil his duties.

Mrs Palin's apparent lack of knowledge of or experience in foreign affairs has aroused particular concern. When asked in an interview for her thoughts on the "surge" of American troops, Mr McCain's support for which is a key plank of the Republican campaign, Mrs Palin said: "I've been so focused on state government, I haven't really focused much on the war in Iraq."

In an interview last month, when it seemed unlikely she would be offered the role by Mr McCain, Mrs Palin dismissed the job of vice-president, saying that she couldn't understand what it would involve day to day.

Even Mrs Palin's mother-in-law, Faye Palin, has said she doubts her suitability. Saying that she was still thinking of voting for Mr Obama, she said: "I'm not sure what she brings to the ticket, other than she's a woman and a conservative."

Less substantial allegations about Mrs Palin that could prove no less damaging have also emerged. Doctored photographs purporting to depict Mrs Palin, who is a former beauty queen,in various states of undress have also circulated.

Day of stunning Palin disclosures

Monday, September 1, 2008

ST. PAUL, Minn. - In a day of stunning disclosures, John McCain's running mate, Alaska Gov. Sarah Palin, said Monday her 17-year-old unmarried daughter was five months pregnant, and it was revealed an attorney was hired to defend the governor in a probe into the firing of her public safety commissioner.

The revelations threatened to steal any remaining thunder from Day One of the Republican National Convention, which already was overshadowed by Hurricane Gustav - and brought unwanted attention to the 44-year-old governor, a self-described "hockey mom" with little experience on the national stage.

The GOP convention had already been scaled back because of the hurricane, and just three days after McCain named Palin as his vice presidential running mate. Coming after the randomness of Gustav, the revelations added to the sense of unscriptedness hanging over the convention.

"Life happens," said McCain adviser Steve Schmidt, talking about the pregnancy story.

"An American family," added colleague Mark Salter.

In a brief respite from partisanship, Democratic rival Barack Obama weighed in: "I think people's families are off limits and people's children are especially off limits."

McCain aides said the announcement about the pregnancy of Palin's daughter, Bristol, was aimed at rebutting Internet rumors that Palin's own youngest son, born in April, was actually the daughter's The national convention, which a political party counts on to send its candidate surging into the fall campaign, already had been relegated to a distant second to the hurricane on TV, in newspapers and on Internet Web sites.

The pregnancy statement, attributed to Sarah and Todd Palin and released by the campaign, said that Bristol Palin would keep her baby and marry the child's father, identified only as a young man named Levi. The baby is due in late December.

"Our beautiful daughter Bristol came to us with news that as parents we knew would make her grow up faster than we had ever planned. We're proud of Bristol's decision to have her baby and even prouder to become grandparents," Sarah and Todd Palin said in their brief statement.

Palin had told McCain's team about the pregnancy during lengthy discussions about her
background, aides said. At several points, McCain's team warned Palin that the scrutiny into her private life would be intense and there was nothing she could do to prepare for it.

Prominent religious conservatives, many of whom have been lukewarm toward McCain's
candidacy, predicted that the announcement would not diminish conservative Christian
enthusiasm for the vice presidential hopeful, a staunch abortion opponent. In fact, there was talk that it might help.

As for the Alaska probe, a Republican-dominated legislative committee is investigating whether Palin dismissed Public Safety Commissioner Walt Monegan after he refused to fire a state trooper who had divorced Palin's sister.

The state's attorney general, Talis Colberg, hired Thomas V. Van Flein more than two weeks ago to represent Palin and members of her staff, according to Van Flein. He has represented the Palin family in the past as a private attorney, according to a McCain aide who spoke on condition of anonymity because he was not authorized to discuss the matter publicly.

Van Flein said he couldn't confirm representing the family because of attorney-client
privilege. "Did I know the Palins before the state hired me? Yes," he told The Associated Press. "The governor of every state gets legal counsel, and this attorney is part of a weeks-old effort to provide this governor defense in a series of outlandish, politically motivated charges," said senior McCain adviser Tucker Eskew. "It is a matter of her job and is not recent, and it is not related to her selection on the McCain-Palin ticket."

Palin's decision to hire the attorney was disclosed by the Legislature's investigating committee, which released a message it had received from her new lawyer on Friday.

In St. Paul, the convention opened on time, though the opening-day session was shortened because of the hurricane. From the convention podium, GOP officials asked delegates to take out their cell phones and text-message contributions to help in the relief effort.

McCain's wife, Cindy, and first lady Laura Bush made their own appeals for relief help in the convention hall later in the day. The delegates approved the party platform and other business, but most of the opening-day speeches - all of which had been expected to acclaim McCain and assail Obama - were scrapped.

Palin was in Minnesota preparing for her Wednesday night nomination acceptance speech when the campaign released the pregnancy statement; her family was home in Alaska.
"Bristol and the young man she will marry are going to realize very quickly the difficulties of raising a child, which is why they will have the love and support of our entire family," the parents said.

The campaign said it was not disclosing the father's full name or age or how he and Bristol knew each other, citing privacy.

Sarah Palin's fifth child, a son named Trig, was born in April with Down syndrome. Internet bloggers have been suggesting that the child was actually born to Bristol Palin but that her mother, the 44-year-old Alaska governor, claimed to be the mother.

Palin spokesman Bill McAllister emphatically denied those rumors, and McCain adviser Mark Salter said the campaign announced the daughter's pregnancy to rebut them.
"Senator McCain's view is this is a private family matter. As parents, (the Palins) love their daughter unconditionally and are going to support their daughter," said McCain spokesman Steve Schmidt.

Reaction from religious conservatives was sympathetic.

Focus on the Family founder James Dobson issued a statement commending the Palins "for not just talking about their pro-life and pro-family values, but living them out even in the midst of trying circumstances." He added: "Being a Christian does not mean you're perfect.

Nor does it mean your children are perfect. But it does mean there is forgiveness and
restoration when we confess our imperfections to the Lord."

Roberta Combs, president of the Christian Coalition of America called the pregnancy private. "It's a matter that should stay in the family and they have to work through it together. My prayers go out to them."

Added Combs: "We're excited about the governor and think she's going to do well."

Mathew Staver, dean of Liberty University School of Law, said: "We're all sinners."

"We all make mistakes. Certainly, the ideal is not to get pregnant out of wedlock. But she made the right decision after her mistake," he said.

In Monroe, Mich., Democrat Obama condemned rumors involving the children of candidates and echoed the McCain campaign argument. He said, "Our people were not involved in any way in this, and they will not be," he said. "And if I ever thought that there was somebody in my campaign that was involved in something like that, they'd be fired."

Another Way Shelter Headed for a Meltdown?

2008-07-27 at 7:14 pm · Filed under Vox Populi

Last week my column revealed the all-too-common mistreatment of children in abuse shelters around the country. The article highlighted two incidents involving a Florida shelter — a former director who was cited for contributing to the delinquency of minors, and the sexual assault of a 4-year-old girl. [www.ifeminists.net/e107_plugins/content/content.php?content.360]

Following publication of that essay, several former employees of Another Way came forward to tell me there was much, much more to the story. What follows is an account of three Queen Bees, a demoralized and depleted staff, and a shelter in disarray. The sordid tale calls to mind the old saying, “Absolute power corrupts absolutely.”

Another Way, located in the northern Florida town of Lake City, has a gleaming facility with 35 beds and is headed by a director paid the tidy sum of $95,000. The staff consists of 30 persons and up to 20 volunteers. Over the last 2 years, the shelter has been plagued by an epidemic of staff “resignations” — 150 employees, more or less.

The former staffers shared with me eye-witness accounts of prison camp-like working conditions, misappropriated shelter assets, falsified documents, sex discrimination, illicit drug activities, horrific child abuse, illegal cover-ups, complacent oversight agencies, and more.

The shell-shocked women told me many of their former co-workers are unqualified, untrained, and even under-age. Some employees are required to work overtime without pay. Many are subjected to random tongue-lashings and at-will terminations.

A few felt set up for failure. One staffer, ordered to pull together extensive tax records on short notice, recounted her ordeal: “Toward the end of my deadline, I felt like I was going to have a mental break down…There [are] no words that can express the mental anguish that I was made to feel throughout the day.”

There were widespread reports of management using the shelter van and other resources for personal use. Staff training records were known to be falsified. When state auditors came to town, the managers would pull all-nighters to make sure the records were brought up to snuff.

The Queen Bees went out of their way to avoid helping abused men. One employee revealed, “I was personally instructed to do everything possible to discourage males to report abuse.”

Oddly, fewer than 15% of residents came to the facility with any physical injuries. Some of the residents had been charged with beating up their boyfriends and thrown in the clink. So shelter staff worked their feminine charms to procure their release and hide the law-breakers from their probation officers.

Druggies openly plied their habit. “I, on numerous occasions reported illegal drug use that I had witnessed take place on Shelter property and often my complaints were ignored,” a former employee revealed. “We always knew not to call the law unless you were prepared to be unemployed.”

One appalled woman described the shelter’s cover-up this way: “We’re here to empower women, not teach them how to lie, cheat, steal, and manipulate the system.”

Most troubling were the recurring incidents of child neglect and abuse — all swept under the rug. These are just three examples:

– Returning to the 4-year-old who was sexually assaulted by the 9-year-old girl, it turned out her perpetrator had been involved in inappropriate sex acts with another child at the shelter just two months before. That was never reported to the authorities.

– A one-month-old was left unattended in a baby swing. Despite the infant sobbing all day, a shelter manager upbraided the concerned employee with the rebuke, “We don’t tell these women how to parent their children.”

– An 8-year-old boy became angry and started to cry. Someone stuck him in a closed van in the middle of summer. Advised of this barbaric punishment, the manager ordered the boy left in the vehicle until he “decided to stop throwing a fit.”

Some incidents were reported to the Florida Coalition Against Domestic Violence. But the group never saw reason to take action. Maybe that’s because the FCADV director, Tiffany Carr, is known to be buddy-buddy with the Another Way head.

After they were expelled like a worn-out pack mule, many former workers experienced post-traumatic stress syndrome. Some required psychiatric treatment.

One ex-worker revealed to me, “They took advantage of their knowledge of my history of being an abuse victim and my desperate circumstances to intimidate me into accepting the abuse that they heaped on me.”

Comparing her employer to a perp, another woman reflected, “I later realized that like a battered woman my loyalties were still to my abuser.”

No wonder so many victims of abuse would never dream of going to an abuse shelter.

Atlanta Stripped of 'Men at Work' Signs After Complaints of Bias
Thursday, July 10, 2008

By Catherine Donaldson-Evans

Political correctness rules the road in Atlanta — which is replacing all its "Men at Work" signs with gender-neutral ones after a women's magazine editor complained of bias.

The project, which involves painting over the existing 50 "Men at Work" and "Men Working" signs with those that say simply "Workers Ahead" or "Workers," will cost a total of $1,000, Atlanta Public Works Commissioner Joe Basista told FOXNews.com.

About half of the city's 100 Public Works employees are women, said Basista, so he complied with PINK magazine editor Cynthia Good's request to stop warning passersby of men at work when women were right there alongside them.

"It seemed like the right thing to do," Basista said.

The change-over, which Basista wants to complete by the end of the month, has met with little resistance so far, he said.

But it could raise eyebrows when Good goes national with her crusade — which she's planning to do.

"We're calling on the rest of the nation to follow suit and make a statement that we will not accept these subtle forms of discrimination," she told The Atlanta Journal-Constitution.

The city will have to shell out an additional $144 per new sign ordered in the future, Basista said. But the $1,000 initial cost to paint over the existing ones is not a big hit to the Public Works budget, especially since national industry guidelines suggest gender-neutral road signs, according to the commissioner.

"We hadn't really thought about it before," said Basista. "I said, let's do it. We're changing the signs now. We're hoping to encourage others to follow."

The "Men at Work" roadway warnings were used throughout Atlanta and would often be posted where women were toiling next to their male counterparts.

The project was launched on Thursday, according to Basista.

Some female Public Works employees complained about the male-focused signs years ago, according to city union leader Gina Pagnotta.

"It is a little bit biased to say 'Men Working,'" she told the Journal-Constitution. "Women are working, too."

A woman's magazine editor (isn't that gender bias? Oh yeah,it is gender bias against men so it's allowed) has a problem with these signs. First of all it is mostly men doing these jobs, especially the hard work such as digging and pouring hot tar, especially in summer. Women either hold the signs or other light work. As far as I'm concerned this woman can take one of her pink magazines and shove it up her pussy. It just might change her disposition and spare the rest of us a feminist headache.

O'Reilly gives black women a pass

Now the count is 2. The first one to give black women a pass was the women's candidate Barrack Obama when he blamed black men for deserting their families when it could have been just as easy for her to push him out the front door. Now O'Reilly does the same thing by talking down to these guys and lays the blame at their feet when neither O'Reilly or Obama know the man's circumstances as to why he is in this situation. Typical of the media and the candidates to ignore men's problems and to ignore women's faults. Then they wonder why the country is in the situation it is today.

The Christie Brinkley divorce and the women and wannabes

The Christie Brinkley divorce case sounds just as typical as a divorce occurring between nobodies and it could have been just as anonymous as any other and it would have been if Christie Brinkley had allowed it but she wanted it public. Brinkley said she was looking out for her children but was she when she puts them through the media wringer it makes me doubt her sincerity. Everybody is jumping Peter Cook's case. So what if he's looking at porn. Everybody needs a hobby and if porn is his more power to him. If Brinkley wasn't giving it up then chances are he looked elsewhere because after all if the kitchen at home is permanently closed then you eat out,it just that simple. On O'Reilly I saw where Megyn Kelly was dripping with venom when describing this case and O'Reilly the mangina was there to agree with her all the way. Never let it be said that O'Reilly doesn't lick female ass whenever possible. I'm sure there are other women like Kelly whom will likewise be dripping with venom toward Peter Cook and other manginas like O'Reilly who will be there to champion them. Peter Cook got fucked in both divorce court and the court of public opinion. But then again everybody in the old media licks female ass so that's nothing new.

A look into the female mind

Jennifer Brown Banks

I read this on the Forever Male blog and found the bitch who wrote had true audacity but at least she's honest and a whore which makes her an honest whore.

Why I Don't Do "Dutch"
or
(I only wanna’ be "equal" when it’s to my advantage!)
Men often complain that women don’t know what they want. I do.

I only want to be considered "equal" when it's to my advantage.
On the job, if I do the same work, have the same credentials, and comparable tenure to my male peer, I want to be paid the same. Bottom line.

On a date with a guy, I reserve the right to have different “Standard Operating Procedures.” If he asks me out, I expect him to pay. If he wants to win me over, I expect to be wooed, whined and dined. Period.

Some folks might find my way of thinking to be contradictory or crazy.
So be it.

I figure if men don’t have to do the child birth thing, or suffer from P.M.S. , we as women ought to have some clear advantages too! And I’m not ashamed.

(When was the last time women were required to serve on the front lines of a war? When was the last time that a woman was called a "coward" for not showing heroism or doing what society wanted? When was the last time women did the dangerous jobs that no one else wanted? Wait a minute, women never did any of these things. IT WAS AND STILL IS MEN DOING THESE THINGS OR BEING FORCED TO DO THEM. Cry me a fucking river you fucking cunt.)

There are, however, some exceptions to my policy. I will treat a man to a meal--

A) If he just lost his job, and is able to provide proof.

B) If he’s celebrating a birthday, and is able to provide proof.

C) If we are in a steady, committed relationship, and his actions provide proof.

Otherwise, the ball is in his court. I see it as a "chivalry" thing.

I toppled upon this topic today, while watching THE VIEW. During their "Hot Topics" segment, Meredith Viera confessed that when she was on the dating scene, she would always go "dutch" to establish her independence.

Some of my girlfriends have stated that they “pitch in” as well. They argue that paying their own way prevents a guy from having any expectations of sex when the night comes to an end. I beg to differ! He can "expect" anything he wants to. That doesn’t mean it’s gonna’ happen!

For years I’ve "expected" thinner thighs, a drama free relationship, a Partridge Family reunion, and fame and fortune. I’m still waiting. Such is life!

I say that a guy has no right to expect me to give him "dessert" just because he gives me dinner. Or anything else. My affections can’t be bought. Now, placing them on lay-away… maybe?

Which begs the question — Is finance integral to romance? Should the two happily coexist? When dealing with the expenses of dating, who pays for what? And when?

The issue seems to get trickier these days as women become more liberated, and many earn more than their potential mates.

One thing's for sure, there needs to be more dialogue dealing with this issue, as misunderstandings typically cause blooming relationships to fizzle fast.

Such was the case with a friend of mine named "Jimmy". He was sharing with me how a two-week relationship he had with a very attractive and fun female came to a halt when she began to ask him for money for her bills and general primping. According to him, her expectations were extremely out of line and premature, since they were not yet in a relationship.

Her rationale was that since he benefited from her salon-fresh appearance, he shouldn’t mind forking over funds for weekly hair and nail appointments.

Unable to reach a happy medium, he stopped seeing her.

So here’s the deal. If you’re currently seeing someone that you’d like to continue seeing in the future, have the money talk.

According to Dr. Judy Kuriansky, author and relationship expert, here are a few things to consider and embrace:

» Attitudes about money stem from your experiences, cultural and religious backgrounds, personality traits, and what you learned from your parents.

» Accept, appreciate, and make arrangements about your individual style of handling money.

» Having ongoing discussions about money is essential to a healthy relationship and will prevent problems down the road.

» Count your blessings more than your bank accounts.

» Whether you come across a shortfall or windfall in your finances, keep level headed and even tempered with each other.

What are your views on romance and finance? I’d love to hear ‘em! Maybe your “words of wisdom” might be featured in a future column. Email me at Gemsjen@yahoo.com.

She says that he can't buy her but isn't she putting herself up for the highest bidder? Yes she is. Can I get a raise of hands from the men interested in dating her? Nobody here raised their hands. Shows I have smart readers.

Another thing

I was listening to Tom Leykis on Friday when a female caller said that she was using a man to pay for her housing and the small kicker is that she doesn't love him but he's under the impression that she does because she gives him that impression. The big kicker is that his name is not on any legal paperwork concerning the house meaning he has no rights to it because of her deception. She had a ho-hum attitude and even laughed about it at some parts. This is clear evidence of the female heart and how evil it is.

Entitlement princess in the making

While waiting in line at the drug store I overheard the conversation between the female cashier and a female customer. The customer is describing her daughter, probably a teen-ager,as "boy crazy",that is she is described by her mom as letting men take her out with no reciprocation in terms of sex or something else in for the man she is only interested in what serves her. What she described as "boy crazy" I describe as "entitlement princess". She is letting men serve her and that is the only role they see for men. Apparently she has no problem letting men serve her but the moment it looks like she has to give back then she puts on the brakes. Her mother was laughing while describing her. Next to her was a boy, probably her son or nephew. If it was her son how is she going to feel when her son gets fucked over by one of these entitlement princesses in court; divorce, civil and/or criminal and bats her eyelids at a mangina or dyke judge. I wonder if she'll be laughing then or if she will give a fuck at all about him. That is the one thing about women you never know.

Will he get a refund?

If you ever go to a Tim McGraw concert with your woman you better be showing bliss otherwise Tim will boot your ass out. Yes it's true. If you get into an argument with your woman and this mangina piece of shit sees it he will take it out on you. I saw it on O'Reilly where he had security escort an man out of his concert. Did it ever occur to McGraw that this man may have plopped down his hard-earned money to see this mangina. No,McGraw saw a chance to play Sir Galahad for some spoiled princess and he took it. Speaking of manginas O'Reilly praised McGraw. Apparently O'Reilly is full of shit too but that should come as no surprise to anyone reading here because O'Reilly is a mangina extraordinaire.

Wimps

Usually when the term "wimp" is implied it is directed at men who don't live up to traditional roles such as being her unpaid bodyguard or handyman and if a man balks at this or fails in living up to these expectations he is labelled a "wimp". What if a woman doens't live up to past expectations demanded of women or she shrugs them off and she is labelled "independent" and "liberated" while he is labelled a "wimp" or "gay". It seems that women can ignore their roles while demanding men remain in theirs. In this column I'm going to be addressing female wimps-those are the women who have abandoned their traditional roles or are not good in them. I'm tired of men being labelled as "wimps" if they are not that good mechanically and it is usually said by women who can't even boil water right. I'm tired of the term "real man" being used by less than real women. If they are going to jump our cases then let's jump theirs. The next time she attacks you and says you're no Bob Villa then you jump her case and say she is no Racheal Ray. It seems today's women is a "wimp" by those standards. In fact one billboard showed a woman in lingerie with the caption across her "I can't cook". What if that were a man that said "I can't protect you" or "I can't fix things"? It wouldn't be tolerated or it would be protrayed negatively. If a woman demands traditional things from men (and let's face it they do) but they will balk at any behavior that you display that may be deemed "liberated". I guess "liberation" is for girls only, right? Bullshit. I'm going to have a "liberated" attitude as well, just like them and like them I'm going to do what I want and if women don't like they can take a fucking flying leap. Same goes if society can't handle it either. Fuck them.

Beware of Obama

If anyone is thinking of voting for Barrack Obama then they should read this by Marc Rudov. It is very telling about Obama and that is like Hitlery he doesn't give a shit about men either. You want a candidate that won't give into the matriarchy and that candidate is Ron Paul who is better than the rest,McCain included.

Boycott the movie "Sex and the City"

I'm joining in with Marc Rudov in boycotting the movie "Sex in the City" which is very misandric in nature. This is a chick flick that is as revolting as the series itself. They did a survey and found only 22% of men would come to see this movie and I believe we know which segment of the population they would be comprised of (gay and or retarded, just like my detractors) and I believe it was Margret Hoover on O'Reilly that said that these "men" would be hitting on the women there and I disagree because they are gay. Speaking of O'Reilly, one time on his show he had some woman who wrote a book about being an escort and O'Reilly came off like a mother hen and moralizing about it. O'Reilly the mangina. Men can join together in this boycott and send a message to Hollywood that we won't take it anymore.

About the comments

I'm sure by now you've noticed the comments section has been moderated. That is due to some joker(s) posting shit. Comments that disagree with me are no problem comments that have substance to them are no problem.Comments that continue to call me "gay" and "retarded",which are uttered by gay retards, are old and tiresome and tells me a lot of the intellectual void which is their brain(s). One of those comments was sent by someone who knew more about the gay lifestyle than I ever could and he's insinuating I'm gay. Talk about hypocrite.
These comments are uttered by some mangina(s) who assume I've never been laid. The truth is I'm not a mangina about it. That is what probably have them pissed.

Your date

I heard this on Leykis the other day and I found it both funny and true. Check it out:

It's me! Every girl ever.

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Date: 2007-11-07, 10:38AM EST

Knock knock

Oh hi, how's it going? It's me! Every girl ever. I'm really looking forward to this date. I'm not nearly as attractive as you remember me being because when we met the bar was dark and you were drunk. Come on in.

Let's start off with the unavoidable tour of my incredibly typical post-college-girl apartment. You'll notice that I went ahead and purchased everything that Ikea and Pier 1 have ever produced. There's my decorative birdcage over there even though I don't have a bird, and there's my gay wicker basket with bamboo poles in it. I don't know what the hell that's thing's all about, but I bought it.

Hey check it out, I have more candles in here than a Roman Catholic Church. Doesn't it smell like Hazelnut!? If I were to light all of my candles at once you could see my apartment from space! I fucking love candles!

Come on into the living room.

Oh, I see you met my cat there. That's "Freddy Paws Jr." Why don't you pet him and act like you like cats even though you hate cats? There you go. Oh, he took a little swing at your eye there huh? Yeah, he'll do that. Hey, let's check out the kitchen.

Hey look at my refrigerator. There are pictures all over it! Look at all these pictures of me and my equally vacuous friends from college! We were so crazy! You can tell we're really good friends because our faces are all pressed up against each other like that.

And check it out, we're holding up alcoholic beverages to the camera in every single
picture. That's to prove that we were partying. College was so fun! But of course I don't talk to any of these girls anymore because now they're all bitches.

Let's go back into the hallway!

Hey, before we leave I'm going to go in the bathroom for ten minutes for some mysterious reason. Why don't you sit awkwardly in my big, stupid, round papizan chair over there while you wait for me. It's like you're sitting in a hug! Be right back...

Sorry that took a half an hour, I don't know what the hell I was doing in there. Let's go!

Wow! Thanks for opening my car door for me! I'm totally going to blow that meaningless gesture out of proportion and delude myself into thinking that you're a really good guy because that's what I want to believe.

Well, here we are at the restaurant. No thanks waiter, I don't need to see a menu, just bring me some expensive things. Hey I know, while we wait, I'll tell you all about my unspeakably boring job. I hate my boss. He's a jerk! I might get another job. Maybe something in pharmaceutical sales.

Now let's talk about my family. I love my family. I want you to love my family. I want my family to love you. I want you to make love to my family! I want you to go golfing with my semi-retarded brother Travis. That would be so God damned cute!

Wow! I can't believe I ordered all this food! I have no intention of eating any of it. No thanks waiter, we don't need a box. Just throw it out.

Hey, I've got an idea, let's go to a bar and have an after dinner drink! It'll be great, it will be just like how we're drinking here, only it will be louder and we'll have to stand up. Come on!

See, isn't this better? Oh hey, what a coincidence. Look over there! It's a group of my friends that I knew was going to be here. Let's go over there so that they can judge you! Hey, I have to go to the bathroom for a half an hour again for some reason. You can stay here and talk to my unbelievably hideous friend Christine! Christine's so ugly she scares kids! Talk to her! She has a job and a family that she wants to talk to you about too. Be right back.

I'm back! Sorry I was gone for three hours, there was a line. I want to go home now.
Well here we are at my door again. This was really fun for me and not you. You should
pretend like we're going to do it again sometime! Maybe I'll see you at Target a few months from now and we can avoid eye contact because you never called me. Here, have this awkward goodnight kiss that's as empty as my soul. Good night!

Judge Orders Man to Jail After Adult Daughter Fails to Get a GED; Sparks Call for National Protest by Both Men and Women The California Alliance for Families and Children (“CAFC”) today called for a national protest by both men and woman over an Ohio judge’s order to jail a father for 180 days, because his daughter did not get her General Equivalency Diploma (GED).Michael Robinson, Executive Director of CAFC, said, “This is one of the most outrageous court rulings we have seen in a long time – and that’s saying something. Under the judge's logic, more than a million men and woman alike -- who are parents of high school dropouts -- should all be put in jail. This judge is out of control, and should be immediately removed from this case.(Or out of office alltogether)”Butler County Juvenile Court Judge David Niehaus ordered Brian Gegner to jail for contributing to the delinquency of a minor by not following a court order, an order which required Gegner to be sure that his daughter got her GED. While the father had technical custody, the daughter actually lived with her mother while she was truant from school.ABC station WPCO reported that the daughter, Brittany Gegner -- who is now 18 -- says the order is “ridiculously wrong,” adding that if anyone should go to jail, she should and not her dad. Brittany was quoted: "I'm about to be 19 and my Dad's being punished for something I did when I was 16," she said. "I would way rather me go to jail than my Dad."Her mother also volunteered to go to jail. "They probably should have punished me if they were going to punish anybody," said Brittany's mother, Shana Roach. "Because she did live with me at the time, but because he had the custody, that's why he's being punished." "But I don't understand the punishment all together, because she's going to school, she's been going for four months," said Roach. "The only thing that's holding her back is she can't pass her math test.

Open season - seriel killing of men

There is a mass murder of college men across the United States and the police do nothing about it. These murders are carried out by a gang known as the Smiley Face gang because smiley faces are left behind near where the bodies of these men are dumped. It has been suggested that the gang may be female,it is stated that the group is hiarchial in nature and widespread. Feminism preaches hate against men and I knew that with feminism and grrl power the outcome would be murder of men. If this were happening to any other group-minority or female and police would be all over it and John Walsh would be salivating to get it on the air. What do we get with this case? Sounds of crickets, that's what. Feminism does have the clout to push this under the rug and everybody including the coronor wants to drop this ASAP.

One victim of the gang survived. He can't recall how he ended up in a river. Here is list of the gang's victims; most dead, some missing or both:

Divorce....feminist style

Television personality Star Jones files for divorce from Al Reynolds

Wednesday, April 23, 2008

NEW YORK - Three years after tying the knot in a spectacular, over-the-top affair that caused some backlash, Star Jones has decided to end her marriage to banker Al Reynolds.

The 46-year-old TV personality quietly filed divorce papers March 26 in New York Supreme Court in Manhattan. The records are sealed, syndicated entertainment show "Entertainment Tonight" reported Wednesday.

But a representative for SHADOW PR, which represents Jones, confirmed to The Associated Press that she is seeking to end the union.

In a statement to "Entertainment Tonight," Jones said: "Several years ago I made an error in judgment by inviting the media into the most intimate area of my life. A month ago I filed for divorce.

"The dissolution of a marriage is a difficult time in anyone's life that requires privacy with one's thoughts. I have committed myself to handling this situation with dignity and grace and look forward to emerging from this period as a stronger and wiser woman."

It's not the approach Jones took when she threw her uber-lavish, Park Avenue wedding to Reynolds in November 2004. She received criticism for endlessly discussing the wedding - and plugging its sponsors - as a co-host on ABC's talk show, "The View." The negative reaction to the affair, which was attended by guests ranging from Sen. Hillary Rodham Clinton to director Spike Lee, was cited by Barbara Walters, one of show's executive producers, as a reason why Jones' contract wasn't renewed by "The View" in 2006.

Jones, who's also a former prosecutor, recently hosted a talk show on truTV.

Women outnumber men in new Spanish government by Denholm Barnetson

Sat Apr 12, 9:24 AM ET

MADRID (AFP) - Spain's re-elected Prime Minister Jose Luis Rodriguez Zapatero announced a government Saturday which for the first time included more women than men and a female defence minister.

Most key members of the outgoing cabinet, such as Foreign Minister Miguel Angel Moratinos, Economy Minister Pedro Solbes and Interior Minister Alfredo Perez Rubalcaba, remained in their posts.

But Carme Chacon, 37, the outgoing housing minister and a rising star in the ruling Socialist Party, was named to head the defence ministry.

She succeeds Jose Antonio Alonso, who last month was named speaker of the lower house of parliament.

There are nine women and eight men in the new cabinet.

"It is the first government in which a woman has the defence portfolio and the first government in which there are more women than men," Zapatero, 47, said at a news conference to announce the new lineup.

He said "equality between men and women" would be one of the chief goals of the new government, elected on March 9.

(So basically MORE WOMEN THAN MEN SOMEHOW EQUALS "EQUALITY? Right? WTF??? The only way they can be equal is to get rid of one of the women. Don't bet on that happening without a bitchoff from the feminazis.)

During his first four-year term, his government had already passed a raft of liberal social reforms, such as laws to allow same-sex marriages, promote gender equality, combat domestic violence and make divorce easier.

In other words he assfucked his society royally.

The new government included five new names, while four other ministers were ousted.

Among the new faces were Science and Innovation Minister Cristina Garmendia, 45, and Equality Minister Bibiana Aido, 31, who will be Spain's youngest ever cabinet member.

Solbes will have the key task of implementing a stimulus package to revive the flagging economy, which Zapatero has identified as one of his top priorities.

I thought destroying masculinity within his borders was his top priority. What's the Spanish mentality? "Fuck food for our kids let's have feminism for our wives and girlfriends."

He will be helped by Miguel Sebastian, Zapatero's former economic adviser, who was named to the post of industry minister.

Solbes is a former EU economic commissioner, and is seen as a financial disciplinarian. During the prime minister's first mandate, he was able to turn in budget surpluses for several years running, something rare in Europe.

Nikolai Ceauseceau of Romania did the same thing, the bad part for his people is that he did this by starving them. The bad part for Ceauseceau is that his people remembered this and executed him for it.

But he must now open the purse strings, as Zapatero has promised to dip into the budget surplus to pay for public works schemes and increase the minimum wage.

A liberal with money. Watch out. This is how liberals turn surpluses into deficits...sometimes within seconds.

The Bank of Spain predicts the economy will grow by 2.4 percent this year, its lowest rate in over a decade and after expanding 3.8 percent in 2007, as the global credit crunch and rising interest rates hit Spain's once-buoyant construction industry.

Construction. We'll we all know which gender does the heavy lifting and construction of buildings. Demonize men and this happens.

"We must continue to boost the economy and do it in a new way, less dependent on construction," Zapatero said Saturday.

He means "less dependent on MAN POWER.

Rubalcaba, who was retained at the interior ministry, will tackle another of Zapatero's priorities - combating the resurgent Basque separatist group ETA.

Can't say I blame the separatists for wanting to get away from this gynocracy. I believe Spain is finding out that it is dangerous to promote feminism while you are smack in a civil war. But I guess this is part of Spain's "piss off the men" campaign.

Zapatero has also appealed for a cross-party strategy to fight ETA, which has killed 822 people in its nearly 40-year campaign for an independent Basque nation encompassing parts of northern Spain and southwestern France.

This shit is going down and you guys are playing gender politics. I believe what Spain is finding out is that when men are marginalized they tend to not give a fuck about defending the society against them.

Zapatero's first four-year term was marked by confrontation with the conservative opposition Popular Party over his failed attempt to negotiate peace with ETA.

This Rajoy clown did cater to the feminists as well so it doesn't look like the men of Spain get a break either way.

Moratinos, a former EU Middle East envoy, remains at the foreign ministry, where he will prepare Spain's EU presidency in 2010 and also implement the prime minister's promise to mend relations with Washington after a four-year chill sparked by the withdrawal of Madrid's troops from Iraq.

Earlier Saturday, Zapatero took the oath of office in front of King Juan Carlos in a brief ceremony at the royal Zarazuela Palace.

Spanish lawmakers confirmed Zapatero as prime minister for a second term on Friday.

He received the backing of all 169 Socialist deputies, while 158 legislators voted against him and 23 abstained.

The Socialists were seven seats short of an absolute majority in the 350-member lower house of parliament.

Marc Rudov

I just got through listening to the Marc Rudov show and it is definitely a breath of fresh air compared to the feminist crap that we are inudated with day in and day out. On his show he has callers that are very grateful that he is there. One of the callers was Roy Den Hollander and even though he mentioned VAWA he didn't give an update so I guess very little has happened so far in the case. Roy has indeed suffered the slings and arrows from those who describe themselves as "open minded" and "tolerant" by using the term "gay" to shame you into doing what they want even though they state they are for gay rights. (that is very weird because how can you advocate something you look down on?) Another caller was a man who found out that the definition of classical liberal does not fit these liberals today and another who felt isolated in his beliefs due to political correctness and was very relieved to find that he wasn't. Marc is only on Thursdays but I hope he gets more hours to broadcast our point of view for a change.

93 Year Old American Men Teased, Arrested & Persecuted by 23 Year Old American Women

March 26, 2008 at 11:49 am · Filed under Vox Populi

When the Spitzer scandal was in the news, I noted how Spitzer had been the puppet of anti-sex feminists and was possibly “acting out” in resistance to his subordinate position to them. Then I noted that it was dangerous for America when politicians have to pay so much money for sex and I asked why politicians could no longer get sex for free (answer: because both the right wing and left wing politicians surround themselves with feminists).

(It's like I always said, feminism has two wings and this confirms it.)

But while such serious analysis of the Spitzer scandal was published on blogs, the unserious rag New York Times went into overdrive trying to spin the anti-male-sex-drive feminist agenda. In a one-sided article begging the federal government to regulate prostitutioninside state lines, the feminist eunuch puppet Nicholas Kristoff mimics the way Spitzer himself used to talk when he says that Spitzer's whore was apparently privileged unlike the proverbial teenage runaways who are victims of black inner-city pimps. Because Kristoff never directly mentions that the pimping of runaways is apparently a black inner city phenomenon, one would be led to believe that white teenagers are readily available for sex to sex-starved middle class males across the United States.

Kristoff mentions that there is now some sort of law moving through Congress (it apparently passed the House with the typical vote of 405 idiots vs Ron Paul) that would federally regulate prostitution (now misleadingly described as sex trafficking). Eunuch Gary Bauer of the National Association of Evangelicals (NAE) apparently wants the Christian evangelist “movement” to work hand in hand with the NOW to make sure the feds have more power than ever via this law, the name of which Kristoff and/or the New York Times editors failed to mention in his article.

(More proof that the church is a whore of the matriarchy and anti-male. This also shows why I'm a big Ron Paul fan.)

Why would Kristoff and the New York Times leave the name of the proposed law out of the above article?

Could it be that they are trying, as they have sucessfully done in the past with VAWA and IMBRA, to help get something ram-rodded through Congress without debate over its Constitutionality?

Mention is made in Kristoff's article of how Sweden should be the model for the USA in that Sweden has a federal law where it is legal for a woman to be a prostitute but it is ILLEGAL for a man to want to be her customer. In Sweden, gorgeous young female policewomen carry out sting operations where they try to ruin the lives of older more successful males; the patriarchy.

In saying that the US should be as feminist as Sweden and have a federal law criminalizing being a john…is Kristoff trying to make some kind of joke? Apparently not. He is seriously auditioning to sing in the Castrati Choir which is where Spitzer sang when he was governor of New York.

(That is all the church has been throughout the ages and that it is full of castrati and the dominatrixes that abuse them)

Believe me, Swedish men do not consider their anti-male law fair and men in neighboring countries have made sure their politicians are warned not to vote for something similar in their parliaments. Last year, Finland and Estonia outlawed sex trafficking but defined it as having sex with a prostitute against her will or if she was mentally retarded. The Finnish feminists were furious that the law was changed at the last second to define sex trafficking as being against the will of the prostitute.

Would it be that the US Congress dared to even define sex trafficking.

Except for Sweden, Saudi Arabia and the USA, there is plenty of freedom for men in this world to buy time with a woman at least to try to talk her out of being a prostitute. I know plenty of men who have paid a prostitute for the chance to try to talk her out of being one. Some ugly men have to pay for sex and I don’t blame them on that either. Prostitution is a big business in American strip clubs where, in regions like the south and northwest, American coeds decide which guys are allowed to be their customers. Wherever it is clamped down upon in the US, the oldest profession just pops right back up again in the next county. It cannot be stopped.

Federal anti-male laws that criminalize men for being weak, curious or for wanting to talk with a woman are just not acceptable from a country that thinks it deserves to remain a world power.

This leads us to the focus of this article: In Florida, two 93 year old males were recently arrested because beautiful young female plain-clothes policewomen had indicated they were available to them and they were lonely and took the bait.

The journalists, who reported on these 93 year old men, never mentioned if the men had served their country in World War Two or Korea, fighting against fascism and socialism. The journalists never mentioned that, for 6000 years, prostitution might have been made illegal or legal, but never were men arrested for just being would-be customers. This is typical of the US media…they pretend that their progressive views are more natural than the views of 6000 years worth of various civilizations including superpowers like the Assyrians, Babylonians, Parthians, Goths, Persians and Greeks.

The US media don't even bother comparing their latest legislative accomplishments with the history of matriarchal Celtic societies.

If a woman-run society like the USA wants to criminalize prostitution, then arrest the prostitutes and the pimps, but leave out sting operations where men are entrapped. Entrapment is defined as where a reasonable temptation is presented.

Men can tell if a woman has prostituted herself dozens or hundreds of times. This makes her very undesirable. Conversely, men can tell if a woman is an amateur who has never prostituted herself and this would cause fascination at the very least if she seems to be acting like she is a prostitute. This is the effect that a gorgeous young policewoman would have if she acted as a decoy. She would be presenting a level of quality that does not really exist in the real sex business. Heck, if men knew a woman was a cop, she would be that much more attractive for flirting with them.

(I don't know of any men who are turned on by some amazon bull dyke look alike unless these "men" like the idea of being cuffed and things shoved up thier asses or like being dominated by women.)

Keep in mind that most prostitutes are ugly and/or lower class and/or underprivileged non-whites. It is for this reason that most middle class white American males would never consider touching a prostitute. We are scared of disease first and foremost. Even on the Turkish Riviera, where US and British feminists pretend exists a burgeoning sex slave market, the Ukrainian prostitutes are all chain smokers who are extraordinarily undesirable (and are thus probably not there involuntarily).

(No,most guys don't because of some stigma put there by women and the church, putting it down, much like Jim is doing. What Jim forgets is that most men like a return on their investment and a kiss on the cheek or a handshake after buying her dinner and drinks just isn't going to cut it.)

Imagine, however, a middle-aged man out on a date with a clean-smelling middle-class American college coed who surprisingly and amateurishly tells him after dinner that going further will cost him $200 and she's never done this before…I can guarantee that 95% of the men in that scenario would consider the proposition. Marc Rudov wouldn't have gotten his start criticizing men for buying their girlfriends and wives, if it were not true that most men are, in fact, willing to pay for sex. Prostitution, in theory, would be as natural as breathing. Humans just want it to be done discretely.

(No,western society wants to stamp it out. The fact that it is discreet is because the matriarchy may not know of that particular location for prostitution but if it does it will move against it.)

Stopping the entrapment of males by attractive young sex police should be a top 10 priority for the Men's Rights Movement.

(Agreed)

Whereas the courts have successfully argued that those men caught on To Catch a Predator could not claim that sex with a minor under 16 was a reasonable temptation, it would be horrifying to see the Supreme Court claim that a 93 year old man should not consider it a temptation for a buxom 23 year old woman to offer to let him touch her for $20 (I assume a 93 year old man could not do much other than that).

(The courts are part of the cop's hustle on this and they make money off it too. If not in court costs and fines then attorney fees. This is the only reason poltically correct courts do this, they don't give a fuck about justice because if they did they would punish female offenders just as harshly as male offenders)

If a gorgeous American policewoman told me that I could touch her for $20, and I did so and got arrested, I would have to dedicate my life to getting those arrested who created those laws and the officer arrested and charged with entrapment. Other countries and their media should consider shaming American men into finally standing up for themselves.

(Sadly that is how most American men are motivated to standing up for themselves. They don't do it because to let a bully get away with her abuse only invites further abuse and they don't do it to make the society they live in a better place either. If this type of "man" were around when Nazi Germany or the Soviet Union were still going strong we would be living under their systems right now.)

After living in so many other countries with more freedom, I would be so shocked and outraged at even having my name smudged for doing something as natural as breathing with someone else and then watching a government get involved in the relationship. It simply must not be a crime to be a male and be willing to pay for a date or for any kind of social interaction, which is what men do all the time anyway. The female police officers who arrested what are possibly World War Two veterans should have been the ones who were arrested in the Florida sting operation. Where are the names of these offending police officers in those reports?

We have a right to know their names.

(Damn straight)
