Pending legislation in Texas

There is pending sexual assault legislation in Texas which is described in this news article. It is a bill that will erode more rights for men in sexual assault trials. It is sponsored by Sen. Joan Huffman, R-Houston and it is highly misandric. This bill is opposed by Sen. Royce West, D-Dallas and Sen. Robert Duncan, R-Lubbock for its unconstitutionality. Contact both of these Senators and encourage them to oppose this bill. Cite that this bill could lead to spin off crimes such as extortion and cite cases of false rape accusations and the accusers. Most of all applaud them for their heroic stance in standing up for justice. If you are in their jurisdiction write them. Even if you don't live in their district write them anyway. If Huffman's bill is passed it may make its way to your area and I'm sure you don't want that so write in today. The civil liberties you save may be your own. Write in today.

New approach

Remember the Proposal for a Whitehouse Commission on Boys to Men? Well it seems that Obama is stonewalling us. So I say we contact the Speaker of the House and tell John Boehner about our situation. When contacting Mr.Boehner select "civil rights" where it says "select issue". Let him know that men are a voting bloc and that we can benefit the Republicans but they have to help us as well. Tell him that this commission is very important to men and help a lot of men get off a destructive path if they find themselves on one. Also post statistics that are favorable to men. Hopefully this can give us a voice in Congress. The more of us that push this the better our chances. The more of us that write in the better. Write in today.

Petiton for anonymity for those accused of rape

There is a petition calling for anonymity for defendants in rape trials, the same anonymity that complainants get even false accusers. When a man's face and name are splashed all over the media and we all know that the media under feminist control is going to put him in the worst possible light that it can regardless of guilt and there have been instances of vigilante "justice" where the accused was beaten by an irate mob with the mayor's and police's blessings.

It's time to end this madness and the best way you can do this is sign that petition. In fact we need 10,000 signatures on this one and the more signatures we get the closer we are to ending this insanity. Don't hesitate because the next person the lynch mob comes after may be you so sign that petition today.

Petition to safeguard rights

There is a petition to preserve the right to be presumed innocent in rape cases. This petition is going to be delievered to John Boehner, Speaker of the House of Representatives. The Whitehouse is ignoring us let's see if the Speaker of the House is willing to listen to us. After all we are voters and that is something they should think of,especially Obama considering next year is 2012.

Anyway sign the petition. In fact we need a lot of people to sign this puppy because we need a million signatures. Once we get that we present it to Boehner and hopefully get changes done in our favor. Preserve your rights sign it today or take your chances in the matriarchial status quo, your choice. If the latter doesn't appeal to you sign the petition today.

There is a petition to disbar corrupt persecuter Mary N. Kellett for prosecutorial misconduct. We need a thousand signatures to present to the Maine Board of Overseers. Here is the petition letter:

Disbar Assistant District Attorney Mary Kellett for prosecutorial misconduct Greetings, I'm writing to bring to your attention a critical situation involving the welfare and safety of under-age children. The situation is being aided and abetted by the unethical and harmful actions of Mary N. Kellett, assistant district attorney in Maine Prosecutorial District No. 7. Assistant District Attorney Mary Kellett’s repeated instances of prosecutorial misconduct has had the effect of undermining public respect for law. She is dangerous to the even-handed administration of justice. Kellett has been shown to be an enabler of a known perpetrator of child abuse. Therefore, prosecutor Kellett’s actions demand disbarment by the Maine Board of Overseers of the Bar in order to assure the safety and tranquility of the citizens of Maine. SAVE, national victim advocacy organization, has filed a Complaint with the Maine Board of Overseers of the Bar. The entire 8-page Complaint can be seen here: http://www.saveservices.org/wp-content/uploads/COMPLA1.pdfFor the sake of the children and for the sake of justice, please assure that Mary Kellett is relieved of her prosecutorial duties and disbarred from the practice of law
