There is a petition to preserve the right to be presumed innocent in rape cases. This petition is going to be delievered to John Boehner, Speaker of the House of Representatives. The Whitehouse is ignoring us let's see if the Speaker of the House is willing to listen to us. After all we are voters and that is something they should think of,especially Obama considering next year is 2012.
Anyway sign the petition. In fact we need a lot of people to sign this puppy because we need a million signatures. Once we get that we present it to Boehner and hopefully get changes done in our favor. Preserve your rights sign it today or take your chances in the matriarchial status quo,your choice. Petition to disbar Mary N. Kellett
There is a petition to disbar corrupt persecuter Mary N. Kellett for prosecutorial misconduct. We need a thousand signatures to present to the Maine Board of Overseers. Here is the petition letter:
Disbar Assistant District Attorney Mary Kellett for prosecutorial misconduct Greetings, I'm writing to bring to your attention a critical situation involving the welfare and safety of under-age children. The situation is being aided and abetted by the unethical and harmful actions of Mary N. Kellett, assistant district attorney in Maine Prosecutorial District No. 7. Assistant District Attorney Mary Kellett’s repeated instances of prosecutorial misconduct has had the effect of undermining public respect for law. She is dangerous to the even-handed administration of justice. Kellett has been shown to be an enabler of a known perpetrator of child abuse. Therefore, prosecutor Kellett’s actions demand disbarment by the Maine Board of Overseers of the Bar in order to assure the safety and tranquility of the citizens of Maine. I'm joining Markymark in getting ADA Mary N.Kellett disbarred. Go over to his site and read what this persecutor is really doing and how prosecutors like this a threat to all the freedoms we hold dear. To contact the Maine governor you'll have better luck contacting him here. Let's help Mark,Paul Elam and especially those caught up in the insanity of this prosecutor in her quest to pervert the truth. A couple of things
I want to announce the 2nd Annual Male Studies Conference on April 6th you can go to their website for more information. They wish to add the male voice on college campuses and that is a great thing.
I also want to let everyone know that there is a new movie being made called Accused which talks about the abuses of the legal system to those who are unfortunate enough to be caught in its grip. A man whom the filmmaker,Austen Hoogen,knows was falsely accused. Hoogen started doing research and found that there were more false accusations than Hoogen thought. Hoogen also has a non-profit 501(c) where if you wish to make a donation to help get the film project off the ground you can do so.

Warning:fake men's rights site
I would like to warn people about a fake men's rights site by the name The Good Men Project. You may think they are legit but there are a feminist front specifically fronted by Ms. magazine. Feminists are not on our side and they are trying to derail the MRM. Think about it,if they were on our side they would have never championed Lorena Bobbitt and condoned what she did. If they were on our side they wouldn't have started "take your daughter to work day" while ignoring boys or worse indoctrinating them with feminist filth,making them feel guilty to be males. If they were on our side they wouldn't use skewed DV stats that paint men as the aggressors and women as victims. If they were on our side they wouldn't have championed VAWA. The thing is they are not on our side and they will never be on our side and if you have any doubts read feminist quotes by feminists held in high regard amongst their peers and endorsed by major feminist organizations. These quotes should show exactly how feminists view men and what they would like to do to men. If you don't believe me other REAL MRA's such as Paul Elam and Bernard Chapin can confirm it.

UNODC report on human trafficking exposes modern form of slavery
A Global Report on Trafficking in Persons launched today by the United Nations Office on Drugs and Crime (UNODC) provides new information on a crime that shames us all.
Based on data gathered from 155 countries, it offers the first global assessment of the scope of human trafficking and what is being done to fight it. It includes: an overview of trafficking patterns; legal steps taken in response; and country-specific information on reported cases of trafficking in persons, victims, and prosecutions.
At the launch of the Report in New York, the Executive Director of UNODC, Antonio Maria Costa said that "many governments are still in denial. There is even neglect when it comes to either reporting on, or prosecuting cases of human trafficking". He pointed to the fact that while the number of convictions for human trafficking is increasing, two out of every five countries covered by the UNODC Report had not recorded a single conviction.
According to the Report, the most common form of human trafficking (79%) is sexual exploitation. The victims of sexual exploitation are predominantly women and girls. Surprisingly, in 30% of the countries which provided information on the gender of traffickers, women make up the largest proportion of traffickers. In some parts of the world, women trafficking women is the norm.
The second most common form of human trafficking is forced labour (18%), although this may be a misrepresentation because forced labour is less frequently detected and reported than trafficking for sexual exploitation.
Worldwide, almost 20% of all trafficking victims are children. However, in some parts of Africa and the Mekong region, children are the majority (up to 100% in parts of West Africa).
Although trafficking seems to imply people moving across continents, most exploitation takes place close to home. Data show intra-regional and domestic trafficking are the major forms of trafficking in persons.
The United Nations Protocol against Trafficking in Persons - the foremost international agreement in this area - entered into force in 2003. The Report shows that in the past few years the number of Member States seriously implementing the Protocol has more than doubled (from 54 to 125 out of the 155 States covered). However, there are still many countries that lack the necessary legal instruments or political will.
"This Report increases our understanding of modern slave markets, yet it also exposes our ignorance", said Mr. Costa. "We have a big picture, but it is impressionistic and lacks depth. We fear the problem is getting worse, but we can not prove it for lack of data, and many governments are obstructing", he admitted. The head of UNODC therefore called on governments and social scientists to improve information-gathering and -sharing on human trafficking. "If we do not overcome this knowledge crisis we will be fighting the problem blindfolded", he warned.
In a Panel Discussion on "Exposing Denial and Benign Neglect", Mr. Costa called on governments, the private sector, and the public at large to step up the fight against trafficking in persons. "More must be done to reduce the vulnerability of victims, increase the risks to traffickers, and lower demand for the goods and services of modern-day slaves", he said.
To increase public awareness of human trafficking and rally the world to fight it, Mr. Costa appointed Academy Award-winning actress Mira Sorvino as a Goodwill Ambassador to Combat Human Trafficking. "We know that Mira's commitment to the plight of trafficking victims will move people to take action against modern-day slavery", said the Executive Director of UNODC.
