British woman who alleged gang rape in Cyprus arrested on suspicion of making a false allegation

A British woman who claimed she was gang-raped in Cyprus has been arrested on suspicion of making a false accusation as police released seven Israeli tourists from custody.

The 19-year-old woman had claimed that 12 Israeli teenagers raped her on July 17 at a hotel in the popular holiday resort of Ayia Napa.

The teenagers were remanded in custody the following day. Five were sent home hours before their second scheduled court hearing last Thursday after no evidence was found against them.

The other seven were released on Sunday after the woman reportedly changed her story after being shown video evidence by investigators.

The woman told investigators she initially filed a rape report after feeling "angry and insulted" that some of the Israelis had filmed her having sex with them, according to the state-run Cyprus News Agency.

“I went down from the room and met two of my friends. I told them what had happened and they immediately told me to file a complaint with police,” Israeli media outlet Channel 12 quoted her as saying.

The suspects told the outlet that the woman agreed to be filmed and "everything was consensual."

"She wanted sex," one of them said.

During a custody hearing last week, investigators told a court in the town of Paralimni that the woman was in a relationship with one of the seven suspects and had sexual contact with some of the other six over several days, according to Yiannis Habaris, a Cypriot lawyer representing two of the suspects.

"As I have argued throughout the process, there was no rape in Cyprus," said Nir Yaslovitzh, an Israeli lawyer representing some of the remaining suspects. "The young men who went on a vacation that became a nightmare will go home today."

On their release the young men were greeted outside the police district headquarters in Paralimni by jubilant family members.

The 12 Israelis had come to Ayia Napa in three separate groups, some on holiday before being inducted into the army, and did not know each other, said Mr Yaslovitzh.

On his release from custody, the Israeli teen considered the prime suspect said, "the truth has been revealed."

“God will punish her. We don’t care whether she is prosecuted, the main thing is that she has been arrested,” he told the Times of Israel. “All the teenagers coming to Ayia Napa need to be careful.”

The UK provides Cyprus with its biggest tourist market, with over 1.3 million British tourists visiting the eastern Mediterranean island last year, according to official Cypriot statistics.

Cyprus is also a major destination for Israeli tourists, with more than 230,000 visiting in 2019.

Ayia Napa Mayor Yiannis Karousos told Israel’s Channel 13 news that legal action would be taken against anyone involved in the false allegation, including the woman herself.

“In the following days, the council of ministers will approve the installation of CCTV cameras around the city of Ayia Napa, the first of their type in Cyprus,” he added. “Because tourists don’t just have to be safe, they have to feel they are safe."

I'm glad there are still countries that have men in charge. Unlike America and the rest of the anglosphere that is too pussy ass scared to prosecute female false accusers Cyprus actually has the guts to hold women accountable. I'm glad to see there are places where real men rule. With the exception of President Trump, girlie men run America and that has to change.

Organizer of the women's march to be deported because of terrorism

One of the “Women’s March on Washington” and “Day Without a Woman” organizers, is being kicked out of the United States.

Rasmea Yousef Odeh failed to disclose on her U.S. visa form 20 years ago that she was convicted of murdering two Israeli students in a supermarket bomb attack and for an attempted bombing of the British Consulate in 1969.

After a 10-year prison term, Odeh was freed in a prison swap with Palestinians.

William Jacobsen, a Cornell University law professor who runs the website “Legal Insurrection” says that the terror group Black September agitated for her release:

While she was imprisoned, the PFLP [People for the Liberation of Palestine] formed the “Rasmea Odeh Brigade” to try to free her and others by taking hostages, and Rasmea was on the list of prisoners whose release was sought by the Black September terrorists who took Israeli athletes hostage (and killed them) at the 1972 Olympics

For the last 20 years, Odeh has lived in Chicago. But in 2014, she was tried and convicted for immigration fraud for lying on her U.S. visa application.

The Washington Times reports that this week, Odeh found out that she’d lost her appeal. The court gave her two choices, get out of the country or go to jail:

Odeh, a resident of Chicago who has lived in the U.S. for about 20 years, plans to plead guilty to unlawful procurement of naturalization in a deal that will allow her to leave the United States rather than face the possibility of an 18-month prison sentence, according to Justice for Rasmea.

The Washington Times reports that the organized group supporting Odeh says that leaving the country was probably the best thing:

"The prosecution team is now under the regime of racist Attorney General Jeff Sessions, and a new superseding indictment re-frames this as a case about ‘terrorism’ rather than immigration,” said a Thursday statement on the websites Justice for Rasmea and the U.S. Palestinian Community Network.

The convicted terrorist is scheduled to have one more court date in Detroit in April before she leaves the country.

All men are rapists

One Day, All Men Will Be Considered RapistsJANUARY 13, 2015, 5:06 PM 41

One of the things defenders of feminism continue to vehemently deny is that it contains elements of outright man hatred. “It’s just about equality”, they’ll say. Even if there are reams upon reams of evidence of feminist theoreticians from the 1970s until today attacking heterosexual men as such, that’s not representative of what most who identify as feminists, most of whom “only want equality”, believe.

To which I will reply: nice try. One need only look at how public and policy discussions of inter-gender violence don’t even bother to ask about women’s violence towards men. A good example of this is domestic violence, which has been shown time and again in non-feminist surveys and studies to come from both directions, but in public campaigns, it is always only the men who abuse. Another example of this bias is rape.

Rape is a horrific and execrable crime. To the extent that it is possible within the confines of the law and due process, rapists can and should be punished to the maximum. But moral panic about rape, fueled by claims of “rape culture” and anti-male stereotypes has turned the campaign against criminals into one which paints as many men as possible – most of them innocent – as criminals.

The worst example of this thus far is the often touted statistic of “1 in 5″ women are raped on college campuses, with the implicit hint that as many as 1 in 5 men are rapists. This is a statement based on single and highly problematic study, which greatly expanded the definition of sexual assault beyond even what the respondents considered to be such. It has been debunked and picked apart time and again; more responsible and thorough studies by the American Department of Justice put the number far lower. Yet the meme of “1 in 5″ lives on.

Now that number threatens to become worse. A recent study even more distorted than the first is now being reported, with the blazing headlines on feminist sites that fully 1 in 3 (!) men would rape a women if they faced no consequences for doing so. Critics can and will point to the small sample size, the even more distorted method of questioning and the fact that asked about a theoretical and impossible consequence-free world – most men and women would admit to wanting to commit all manner of crimes and horrific acts.

But to the feminist activists, all means are legitimate in the fight against patriarchy, rape culture and heterosexuality. All that matters to them is that 1 in 5 will soon become 1 in 3. Pretty soon, it will be 1 in 2. You know what comes next.

This is not a debate about gender roles. It is not about economics or the esoterica of hateful radicals in an ivory tower. This is a war, an ideological campaign to smear all men as moral monsters. It is not a war against “patriarchy” or some imagined evil rich guy. This is a war on men as such – of all races and social classes. It is a war against your brothers, sons, fathers, friends and relatives. And right now, the bad guys and girls are winning.

Silent disapproval of this campaign is nowhere near enough. Anyone who truly cares about men, anyone who means what they say when they claim they are for all genders, must openly, vocally and repeatedly fight back and help turn the tide before it’s too late.

As for those of you who truly believe that all men are guilty as charged when accused of rape regardless of evidence or circumstances and that they are all truly monsters – may I suggest you practice wearing white sheets, because there is no moral difference between your attitude and that of racists who used to hang innocent Black men from trees on false rape charges. You are a bigot. Kindly own it.

The time for action is now. I know where I stand. The question is: do you?

That last sentence was something I would have wrote and he's right. What you go to do about it? I'll fight on my feet before I'll live on my knees. That's what I'm going to do about it.
