A reminder from SAVE

From SAVE Services:

Outcome of the Nov. 6 Election Hangs in the Balance - Take Action Now

In a few short days we will face the most important presidential election in our lifetimes.

Will you look back on Nov. 6, 2012 and say that you did everything that you could to affect the outcome?

You still have time to make a difference. Between now and Tuesday, contact your local political party, volunteer to do neighborhood canvassing, make voter calls, and attend local rallies.

Think how proud you'll feel when we are that much closer to reform.

That's a very good question. If you've been writing emails to elected officials over things you've read here and/or you've signed petitions then you are part of the solution, someone trying to change things for the better and you should be proud of yourself. On the other hand if you've done nothing. No writing emails,no signing petitions,no activism whatsoever then you're the person Teri is speaking to. What are you going to do to make this a better place? You're either part of the problem or part of the solution. Which one is it?

Stop the sexism in the affordable health care act

From Howard Goldman,National Coalition of Men:

Now that men and women pay equally for healthcare, shouldn't men receive equal coverage when it comes to fully covered services? Shouldn't there finally be a government health office dealing with men's health? Men and women should sign this petition no matter if they agree with the Affordable Care Act or not. The Act is sexist and needs to be made unbiased should it remain in existence in its present state. (Since Change.org seems to have cropped my original top photo to remove all resemblence of what it was supposed to portray, the chart shows govt. funding for cancer by gender (millions of $) 2009. The first bar graph is for the National Institute of Health and the second bar graph is the Centers for Disease Control (CDC).)

On August 1, 2012 many more health care services became available to women without co-pays, deductibles, or out-of-pocket expenses. While this can be seen as a victory for women's health, there are many services that affect men in equal or similar ways that still require men to be able to afford those cost-sharing requirements. Why should all women receive these services (such as well-care visits) "free" while men still will be denied those services if they can not afford to pay for them? The Affordable Care Act will undoubtedly expand the gender life-expectancy gap even further due to men being denied these well-care visits. Black and Hispanic males will be hit hardest as studies have shown them to be less likely to afford those out-of-pocket expenses.

These are our fathers, our brothers and our sons that perhaps will be forced to go without those well-care visits to determine important screenings and services. It's great to have our mothers, sisters and daughters to not have to be concerned with financial obligations to receive those services. This act should not force some men to be denied those preventive care services just because of financial inability. It's time to rectify the imbalance and make this bill adhere to gender equality.

A look at what preventive services are deemed sexist can be found in the US Dept. of Health and Human Services list of such services and to whom they apply: http://www.healthcare.gov/news/factsheets/2010/07/preventive-services-list.html#CoveredPreventiveServicesforAdults We ask President Obama to correct the following biased aspects of the Affordable Care Act:

FACT#1
WOMEN ARE PROVIDED WELL-CARE VISITS WITHOUT DEDUCTIBLES, CO-PAYS OR OUT-OF-POCKET COSTS IN ORDER TO OBTAIN RECOMMENDED PREVENTIVE SERVICES. MEN WILL BE DENIED THESE WELL-CARE VISITS UNLESS THEY CAN COME UP WITH THE REQUIRED EXTRA FUNDS. This will mean that many men will not go for well-care visits due to lack of affordability. This will lead to many men not being diagnosed until a disease has become more expensive to treat or until it is too late for treatment altogether. This will cost lives and add to the already burdensome cost of The Affordable Care Act.

FACT#2
BREAST CANCER SCREENINGS ARE FULLY COVERED WITHOUT DEDUCTIBLES, CO-PAYS OR OUT-OF-POCKET COSTS. PROSTATE CANCER SCREENINGS REQUIRE MEN TO FIND A WAY TO PAY THOSE EXTRA COSTS OR BE DENIED PREVENTIVE CARE. Prostate cancer affects 1 in 6 men and kills roughly 28,000 annually. Breast cancer affects 1 in 9 women and kills roughly 39,000 annually. Should this Act continue, no one should be turned away from these preventive cancer screenings.

FACT#3
ALL FDA APPROVED CONTRACEPTIVES AND STERILIZATION PROCEDURES ARE TO BE MADE AVAILABLE TO WOMEN WITH NO OUT-OF-POCKET COSTS, DEDUCTIBLES OR CO-PAYS. MEN WOULD BE REQUIRED TO PAY OUT-OF-POCKET COSTS, DEDUCTIBLES OR CO-PAYS. This means a tubal ligation would be at no cost to women, but vasectomies would require co-pays or deductibles, perhaps rather hefty ones at that. Why should men have to pay if they choose not to bring a child into this world, but a woman does not?

FACT#4
ALL SEXUALLY ACTIVE WOMEN CAN BE SCREENED FOR HIV WITHOUT OUT-OF-POCKET COSTS, DEDUCTIBLES, OR CO-PAYS BUT ONLY HIGH RISK MEN CAN BE SCREENED WITHOUT THOSE COSTS. Why should sexually active men that wish to be tested for HIV be turned away if they can't afford it? This will cause more men to go without life-extending or life-saving treatments. This will also cause more women to be infected by partners who may not know they have HIV and weren't able to be tested due to financial constraints. This will affect black men and women most as they have the highest rates of HIV. High risk women over 30 also can receive DNA screenings for HPV at no extra cost, but high risk men would have to pay. Shouldn't high risk men also be tested so that they know they are carriers and can further prevent spread to others? The same can be said for Gonorrhea as high risk women screenings are covered in full while high risk men are not.

FACT#5
ALL WOMEN WILL BE SCREENED FOR DOMESTIC VIOLENCE WITHOUT DEDUCTIBLES, CO-PAYS OR OUT-OF-POCKET COSTS. DESPITE MEN BEING VICTIMS OF DOMESTIC VIOLENCE (DV) AT EQUAL RATES AS WOMEN, MEN ARE DENIED NO-COST SCREENINGS. Men make up 53% of the victims of physical violence in interpersonal relationships and 42% of the victims of the most severe domestic violence. This is blatant discrimination and needs to be rectified. The same CDC study the White House cites in their memos about DV proves the above figures: (Tables 4.1 and 4.2 (12 month figures) and tables 4.7 and 4.8). Men also make up the majority of psychological victims of DV (Tables 4.9 and 4.10). To ignore male victims of DV is sheer discrimination by our government. Due to embarrassment and risk of arrest, men are more inclined to not report DV and, thus, having medical personnel screen them may be the best way to help those victims.

FACT#6
COUNSELING- SEXUALLY TRANSMITTED INFECTIONS PREVENTION COUNSELING IS FULLY COVERED FOR ALL SEXUALLY ACTIVE WOMEN BUT ONLY FOR HIGH RISK MEN. Wouldn't both men and women be safer from spreading stds if ALL sexually active people are counseled without having it be restricted to those men that can financially afford it? Fully covered HIV counseling is also only offered to women. Shouldn't men also be able to access counseling about this dreaded illness without financial constraints if women are?

FACT#7
THERE ARE NO FEDERAL HEALTH OFFICES DEALING WITH MALE-SPECIFIC HEALTH ISSUES. NONE FORTHCOMING EITHER. NONE. THERE ARE MANY WOMEN'S HEALTH OFFICES AND AGENCIES AND MANY MORE TO BE FORMED IN THE AFFORDABLE CARE ACT. Please have one of the agencies that are to be formed in the Affordable Care Act devoted to Men's Health. It is long, long overdue. This is one reason for miniscule funding for men's health compared to women's health in the federal government. (See petition photo showing recent funding for women's cancer and men's cancer.) No one is asking for 50/50, but how about at least one for now?

The Act has 134 references to women's health but just 2 for men's health and those are just in passing. The Act has a separate chapter for women's health, but none for men's health. The Act has an entire section devoted to breast cancer. No other cancer, including prostate cancer, has this. Prostate cancer is never even mentioned. It's time for the government to stop ignoring men's health issues.

This sounds good to me and if you are an MRA you may like it too and the best way to get it implemented is to sign the petition. Protect your life by signing this petition. Do so right away.

Free David Bedoya VAWA victim

Imagine this: you think you've met the woman of your dreams but in reality you've met and married the banshee from hell. A woman you thought was truthful to you and loyal to you is a lying bigamist. Worse yet she throws you to the wolves aka the U.S. injustice system on a VAWA charge to get you incarcerated. Imagine that. Meet David Bedoya,he doesn't imagine it he LIVES it everyday he's been incarcerated. There are thousands of David Bedoyas out there, incarcerated men, incarcerated men who are only guilty of picking the wrong woman. Instead of giving them counseling as free men the government incarcerates them. Apparently to our government and society a foreign woman who has connived the system, which is a criminal act is more valuable than an honest man who contributed to the system. Since this is VAWA related the best plan is to get in contact with our elected officials, both houses, here and let them know about how men are victimized by VAWA. Also get in contact with the John Boehner,Speaker Of the House,Eric Cantor,House Majority Leader and Mitch McConnell,Senate Republican Leader and let them know as well. I've heard that Senator Chuck Grassley,Senator Jerry Moran,Senator Rand Paul and Senator Mike Johanns may be sympathetic to the men's rights movement so it would probably be a good idea to let them know as well. We let these people know that there are human male victims of VAWA and their situation has to be remedied and the female criminals who put them there need to be brought to justice.

Someone suggested emailing Mitt Romney as well so here is his email address: mitt@mittforpresident.com Let's do this.

The Supreme Court will decide if you own the property you purchased

ACT NOW: DON'T LET BIG BUSINESS STEAL OUR RIGHT TO RESELL WHAT WE OWN!

Next week, the U.S. Supreme Court will decide whether you have the right to sell your stuff on eBay. Do you really own the smartphone or computer you’re using to read this? If you sold your books, would you be breaking the law? A federal court in New York says you would be, even if you legally paid for and bought them.

It's unbelievable, but trademark and copyright holders are trying to use a legal loophole to take away your right to sell things that you own. The mainstream media is starting to catch on, with the Wall Street Journal just running an article headlined, "YOUR RIGHT TO RESELL YOUR OWN STUFF IS IN PERIL". Please add your name at right to fight back.

Public interest advocates are taking the case all the way to the Supreme Court, and Demand Progress is joining up with a coalition of groups -- including many of those that came together to kill SOPA -- to support the rights of ordinary Internet users and everyday consumers.

Once again, big entertainment company lobbyists are fighting us in the courts to ensure their profits are given higher priority than consumer rights. But this time the MPAA and RIAA have the Obama administration on their side -- they've all filed legal briefs asking the Supreme Court to restrict our right to resell the things we own..

We only have a few weeks to make our voices heard before the Supreme Court makes a lasting ruling. We are working to defend a long-standing principle known as the "First-Sale Doctrine." This common-sense rule gives us the right to sell most property we own, but big businesses have been trying to chip away at out our rights in the courts. If the Supreme Court supports the lower court’s decision, we won't really “own” anything if any part of it was made in a different country. And practically anything you own -- from your iPod to your house -- could have been made abroad, in whole or in part.

If we lose this fight, practically anybody who wants to resell products they bought -- from Macbooks and iPhones to our clothing and textbooks -- will have to ask copyright holders for permission first. And they'll have the right to deny it!

It's bad for so many reasons: It'll undermine Craigslist and Ebay, hurt the environment, increase incentives for manufacturers to move jobs off-shore, and effectively ban the traditional American yard sale. For more info, please check out Marvin Ammori's article about the lawsuit.

O’s 200 Men to host a panel discussion at the Penn State Child Sexual Abuse Conference

New York, NY Oct. 25, 2012 –O’s 200 Men, a St. Louis, MO based organization is hosting a panel discussion. "O's 200 Men" is a collection of men from all over the USA and Canada with the common bond of appearing on the Oprah Show in late 2010. Many of these men have become very active in the effort to raise awareness and help put an end to the horrible crime of Child Sexual Abuse.

The discussion panel is on male specific sexual abuse issues and will be held Monday, Oct. 29, 2012 at the HUB Auditorium from 7:30 to 9:30 p.m. This event is sponsored by One Heart, an organization formed by Penn State students to stand against child abuse through both fundraising and educational campaigns. The panel will consist of members of O’s 200 Men and other male survivors.

Carl Hart, Board Member & Coordinator of the panel discussion said, "Services for male survivors of sexual abuse are approximately 30 years behind the level of services for women. We are starting to see a change, but we feel that events like this can encourage Service Providers to "specialize" in working with male survivors. All the men who are involved with this event are looking forward to reaching out to the attendees and trying to encourage them to learn more about male specific issues."

The goal of this event is to shed light on the need for more male sexual abuse awareness and support. This is a topic that has been surrounded by stigma and shame. Males don't often talk about childhood sexual abuse, including their own sexual abuse. In an effort to change this, we want to help support them coming forward and dealing with the effects. We would also like to encourage an increase in the number of professionals specializing in male survivor treatment.

About Carl Hart:

Carl currently is volunteering as a panelist and guest coordinator for the Blog Talk Radio Show, Stop Child Abuse Now, otherwise known as SCAN. He is in the process of formally organizing O’s 200 Men as a non-profit foundation that will concentrate on expanding the awareness and support of male sexual abuse survivors. He also serves as a board member for JustTell, a New York City based non-profit that reaches out to today’s youth empowering them to disclose sexual abuse when it occurs. As a board member, Carl works to seek out grants and other funding opportunities, as well as helping to develop an annual fundraiser and recognition event.

This song is great. If you have a problem with it go to www.eatmyshit.com to leave a comment.

The Official Men's Rights Blog Presidential Endorsement

With Ron Paul officially out of the race we are endorsing Mitt Romney for President. The disaster of the Obama Administration with its misandric stance among other things and they are numerous but here we will deal with the misandry of this administration. To list the misandric sins of this administration where do I start? Dear Colleague Letter that destroys college and university men's rights and it eliminates the "beyond a reasonable doubt" standard with the lower "preponderence of evidence" standard to secure more convictions of men. Or the fact that Obama stonewalled us when we wanted a Whitehouse Boys to Men Commission just like the women's commission that his administration had created. Obama is definitely no friend of men so let's give Romney a chance. I believe he may be more supportive of our views. It beats the status quo so vote Romney.

A thank you from Dan Matthews

Thank you for the tremendous show of generosity and support during our last fundraising drive. We were able to exceed our goal of $10,000 and ensure that voters of the 2nd District were able to see our latest ad revealing the truth about Rick Larsen.

Your support could not have come at a more crucial time in this election as we continue our Get-Out-The-Vote efforts.

Though our ad-campaign moneybomb is over, we can still use your help!

With only two weeks before the election, every little bit counts. Please visit our site and sign up to volunteer or donate.

And as always, thank you for all that you have done and continue to do.

Sincerely,

Dan Matthews

Dan Matthews needs more help

I am both honored and thrilled that you have chosen to help us in our effort to restore true representation here in Washington's 2nd District by contributing towards our goal!

With only two days left before ballots are mailed out to voters, we are less than $3,000 from our goal.

I want to be perfectly clear: your generous contributions are helping our campaign reach the all-important undecided voters. These ads are making a critical impact on this race as we continue to share our message in the few remaining weeks before election day.

But we can still use your help.

Please consider donating $50, $100, $200 or anything up to the $2,500 maximum and help us finish out this fundraising drive strong.

Also, help get your friends and family involved this election by forwarding this email to them!

And please remember that every bit helps. Thank you for your support.

Sincerely,
Dan Matthews

Let's tell the NCADV to be inclusive of male victims of domestic violence

From SAVE Services:

The National Coalition Against Domestic Violence (NCADV) has announced their current fundraising campaign, "Every Home a Safe Home." While SAVE agrees that every home should be safe, we are getting a little tired of their ongoing gender bias. Take a look at the t-shirt they've chosen to sell.

It's bad enough that the shirt only shows a mother and daughter, perpetuating the myth that only women and girls are victims. You should see the gender bias they've added to the website you have to visit to order the t-shirts!

The campaign on Charity52 completely disregards male victims, even in the statistics. No images of men or boys, other than t-shirt models. Not one word about abused men or boys (Half of all DV victims.)

Today we're asking you to contact NCADV. Tell them to tell the ENTIRE truth about DV. Demand that they end their gender bias!

Email Exec. Dir. Rita Smith: rsmith@ncadv.org.

While you're at it, let Charity 52 know how unhappy you are about this campaign: http://www.charity52.org/contact/

From the bottom of my heart, thank you.

ISP's become cyberbullies

From Demand Progress:

Tell ISPs: No Punitive "Six Strikes" Plan -- Or We'll Take Our Business Elsewhere

Here it comes: After months of secret negotiations with the players who pushed SOPA, the major Internet Service Providers on the verge of implementing their "Six Strikes" plan to fight "online infringement". With essentially no due process, AT&T, Cablevision Systems, Comcast, Time Warner Cable and Verizon will get on your case if you're accused of violating intellectual property rights -- and eventually even interfere with your ability to access the Internet. (You can contest accusations -- if you fork over $35.)

According to Wired, "The internet companies may eliminate service altogether for repeat file-sharing offenders, although the plan does not directly call for such drastic action."

After the first few supposed violations, they'll alert you that your connection was engaging in behavior that they -- the giant corporations that provide your Internet service -- deem inappropriate.

And then it gets really dicey: They can make it difficult for you to access the web, or start throttling down your connection. More from Wired:

After four alerts, according to the program, “mitigation measures” may commence. They include “temporary reductions of Internet speeds, redirection to a landing page until the subscriber contacts the ISP to discuss the matter or reviews and responds to some educational information about copyright, or other measures (as specified in published policies) that the ISP may deem necessary to help resolve the matter.”

That's right: These mega-corporations now claim the authority to undermine your Internet access -- and want to serve as judge, jury, and executioner. Tell them to back off -- or that you'll start looking for other places to bring your business.

To sign the petition:click here

If the government doesn't get you your own IPS's will. Stand up to cyberbullying and sign the petition, sign it today with no delay.

Dan Matthews needs your help

I don't advocate voting for candidates unless they are male friendly and Dan Matthews fits that bill. That is why we are endorsing Dan Matthews for Congress. On one side is Dan "pro-men's rights" Matthews and on other side is Rick "pro-feminism" Larsen. We need Matthews in office so the best thing to do is support him in his bid for that Congressional seat. You can view a video Dan made here and perhaps support him financially. This guy is taking a chance on us so if you can make a donation.

Just like a toilet backing up femitheist is back

Remember Femitheist aka Krista Heflin? If not then reread or either read for the first time about this wrenched beast. It looks like this thing is back from the depths of hell to make our existence hell:

Hear her own words on the subject of slaughtering men.

She also mentions that her's is the radical fringe not associated with so-called "moderates". What we are seeing is a two-pronged attack. With prong A we have Krista and her bunch openly advocating anti-male gendercide except for 10% of the population. This is what Mary Daly believed in too. Prong B is going to be even more treacherous. Either way watch your back.

The New Era of Feminism Reboot: Femitheist Global Initiative.

Special thanks to Kim and KR for giving me a few necessary connections!

I want to make it clear that this movement is not about hurting anyone. My reason for continuing this project comes entirely from my desire to help all people. I do not hate men, nor do I hate anyone. I find the nature of men to be unfortunate, and I pity them and sympathize with their misfortune, but in the end, my actions and this movement ARE necessary.

The end will justify the means. I am sorry that it has to be this way, but it does, and there is no way of getting around it. We cannot overcome the Great Distinction of Gender, and we never will. Men commit the majority of violent crime, and they have created the majority of all of the wars throughout history.

So, I have chosen to align myself with the least offensive and dangerous side: Womyn.

This video is a brief introduction to myself, the future plans of the Femitheist movement, the New Era of Feminism and the Femitheist Global Initiative.

I still believe that the best way to combat our adversaries is to be fully transparent so as to forcefully forge disbelief. And, in the end, and because I have believed in these things so faithfully all along, others will come to know that I was right, and our opponents will have no way of resisting the Undeniable Truth, because they knew what was coming the entire time.

This was a purpose given to me, and I cannot deny my destiny.

The world has to be reformed, and we have a long way to go, but we will achieve our goals and dreams, and we will be left with a New World, a better world, and a world that is Truly Equal, Truly Peaceful, and Truly Prosperous. The True Eutopia.

This video was requested numerous times, and many people have speculated that I must be a man pretending to be a woman. As much as I enjoy watching people speculate, it's time to repay the favor to all those who made videos for me, or wrote articles, or posted comments, et cetera. I will be producing a series of videos after this which will include a detailing of the future of the Femitheist movement, as well as response videos to a few people.

Do not expect my response videos to be too swift, as I am very busy most days. I will do the best I can with the time that I have!

On a final note, forgive me for the mild background noise in the video, I did not notice it while recording, and I will make sure to avoid it in future videos.

Thank you all very much for watching and reading!

Sincerely,
Femitheist

Five Semi-Unknown Female Heroines Posted by Krista Heflin at 1:06:00 PM

These are merely five of the many semi-unknown female heroine of the past few years. I listed them in the order in which I admired their courage and actions - meaning, that they are from greatest to least. But, that is not to say that I don’t admire them all. I respect all of these womyn for their courage, strength, resolve, and willingness to do what is just.

. . . #1 – (1997)
In 1997, Sandra Crockett had her mentally handicapped son, who was 21 at the time, castrated in order to curb his sexual impulses and aggression. She feared that he would be taken away from her because of this, and she did not want him to be placed in a mental institution. Likewise, she said that he had been feeling some pain in his testicles. This one was originally number three on my list, but I loved this womyn’s story so much, that I moved it up to number one. I greatly admire her, and I think she is a loving, kind hero. She did what she thought was best for her son, and it benefitted them both in the end. I believe that more womyn should, in terms of the practicality of the modern world, follow her example.

#2 – Anjana Maity (2009)
In 2009, forty-two year old Anjana Maity castrated her 13 year old son and then beheaded him. Interestingly enough, this act of release against the boy was committed after the womyn’s husband, Ranjit Maity, left their family. He had had an affair, and he had threatened to set her and her son on fire if they did not leave him alone. The child was clearly suffering, as was she, and this should be considered an act of mercy on her behalf. So, regardless of whether she was arrested or not, she did the right thing.

#3 – Catherine Kieu Becker (2011)
In 2011, forty-eight year old Catherine Kieu Becker cut off her husband’s penis with a ten-inch kitchen knife. No act such as this is committed if the other party is undeserving. And, given that her husband was a man, who had attempted to abandon her, I would say that he did, indeed, deserve it. Mrs. Becker is a hero for seeking retribution for the misery she had been caused by her husband. Regardless of whether or not she was arrested, she is a champion, and I admire her courage.

#4 – Joyce Maxine Gregory (2012)
In 2012, thirty-five year old Joyce Maxine Gregory fought back against her boyfriend, or ex-boyfriend, after he went on a rampage through their home. During the struggle that followed afterwards, she grabbed his testicles, causing the scrotum to split open. And, while he may have recovered afterwards, meaning she didn’t quite finish the job, I still admire her for her bravery. It takes a lot to stand up against someone who is physically larger than you, especially when they have lost control of their senses. I salute her.

#5 – Chalie Simon (2009)
In 2009, nineteen year old Chalie Simon grabbed her boyfriend by the testicles and squeezed hard as he attempted to forcefully push her from his residence. Her actions came from his neglect for her feelings, and his neglect of providing the simple attention that she asked him for. It was justified, and regardless of whether or not she was arrested, I salute her for standing up against someone who mistreated her for loving them.

________________________________ That is my list for now - five of the greatest, semi-unknown female heroines of the past few years and or decades. I salute them all, I admire them all, and I hope that I, too, can be as brave when standing up against those who wish to do me harm.

-Femitheist

Do you harm? You psychotic cunt you advocate castrating young boys and then you ask someone not to hurt you? Bitch,if you got too close to me I would break your neck, fatally. I have the right to protect myself too.

I shall skip the formalities and trivial nonsense here and move right to the point.

. . . I have returned for good. And, I challenge you all to attempt to stop me again.

. . . I took a hiatus, and now I am going to reboot the movement from the ground up. Most of my followers have returned (although some do not believe it is actually me, which is fine).

Some beyond my reach do not even believe I ever existed, and yet proof of my existence forced me to abandon the net for a while. Nevertheless, I have overcome those obstacles, and I no longer fear them, nor do I care. I will act now, as they say, with reckless abandon.

We can all remember my appearances on camera, my voice in my videos, the interactions I had with people over the phone and in real life, and we will know that I have always been and always will be. I will no longer work to justify myself, or to deny allegations, I will work only to further the cause.

. . . Let us move beyond that little bit of fun.

. . . As my prior Blog hit 200,000+ views, I grew tired of it, and so I scrapped it. It was cluttered with articles which presented an evolving and adapting worldview - not one which was internally consistent and absolute.

I have now achieved that, and so I have returned, born anew, ideologically sound and prepared for war.

Armed with a Weapon of Words, backed by an idea whose time has come.

Let no one forget what we have done here, and what we stand for. This Blog has already taken off in views, and yet many still believe me to be dead. Read the posts above, read this Blog, and know that I am very much alive.

I have fought the hardships that you all threatened me with, and I know now that I can overcome anything any of you throw my way.

In one weeks time, I will begin more consistently posting new articles and spreading my Sphere of Influence. You all shall see a great increase in the number of those who supprot my movement and my cause. A cause which will one day belong to us all.

And, because I have believed in it all along, with the utmost truth in my heart, so shall you all too believe in it someday soon.

Be ready for the New Era of Feminism - Femitheism - The New World.

There will be no stopping us.

I have returned for good. And, I challenge you all to attempt to stop me again.

You're on.

You paid for it,maintained it but you may not be the legal owner

From Demand Progress:

You've Been Owned: Tell Obama To Stop Siding With Copyright Trolls

We need your help: Once again, the film studios and record companies that tried to censor the Internet are up to no good. The same business lobbyists who backed SOPA are trying to stop you from reselling most of the things that you own -- and President Obama has taken their side.

Arguments before the Supreme Court take place later this month: Please add your name at right to tell Obama to stand with consumers and Internet users.

A few months ago Demand Progress -- joined by over 100,000 Internet users and a coalition of public interest groups -- asked President Obama to take action and protect consumers' rights to resell their own things. The Supreme Court is currently hearing a case (Kirstaeng v. Wiley) that will decide whether you have the right to sell your iPod, books, and other goods on eBay and Craigslist -- or even at your own yard sale.

But the entertainment industry lobbyists at the MPAA and RIAA have filed a brief in the Supreme Court mocking consumers' concerns -- just like they did during the SOPA Fight. These special interests admit that they want the Supreme Court to decide against the interests of ordinary Americans and protect the music and film industries' "ability to control entry into distinct markets."

You heard that right -- Hollywood thinks that controlling their CD and DVD markets is more important than consumer rights.

Amazingly, the Obama administration agrees and has rejected the pleas of thousands of ordinary consumers: The White House's solicitor general filed a legal brief rejecting our arguments and allowing big businesses to sue people for reselling their things online.

Obama is going out of his way to insure he is,like Bush Sr.,a one term president. Whenever the people favor something these two shoot it down. Now they do so at their own expense.

Let's keep the pressure on Congress concerning Audit the Fed

From Campaign For Liberty:

Trillions of dollars have been stolen from U.S. taxpayers.

You and I, right now, are seeing the worst plundering of a country's wealth in the history of civilization, led by an out-of-control Federal Reserve.

But you and I together CAN put a stop to it all.

With your help (including completing the petition to your representative and senators) today, Campaign for Liberty is ready to take the battle straight to the heart of the problem - the Federal Reserve itself.

This Congress, we came close to enacting a full Audit of the Fed.

As you recall Audit the Fed passed the House with a bipartison majority and was only stalled in the Senate after Sen. Harry Reid vowed to not even bring it up for a vote.

Next Congress, with more Fed opponents put in office and the economy still reeling, we have our best chance ever.

But you must act today.

Just think about the scope of the problem.

The massive, outrageous amount of dollars recently committed to the economic bailouts totals:

More than the socialist New Deal...

More than the entire Iraq debacle...

More than the 1980's savings and loan mess... More than the Korean War...

COMBINED.

Where will it all end?

It's time you and I put a stop to an out-of-control Federal Reserve.

And passing Audit the Fed will do just that.

That's why it's vital you fill out your personal "Audit the Fed" petition.

This bill will finally pull the lid off the FED and expose its outrageous power grabs.

Now is the time to make sure your representative and senators feel the heat to support the Audit the Fed bill!

If you and I don't act today, I'm afraid this crisis will end with the economic ruin of every man, woman, and child in the United States.

Today, over 16 TRILLION in taxpayer dollars in bailouts and loans have been agreed to by Congress, the Bush and Obama Treasury Departments, and the out-of-control Fed.

So is it really any wonder more and more folks are starting to realize the Washington, D.C. establishment is hurtling us toward complete economic disaster?

Whether it's watching a phony "stimulus" package get rammed into law or seeing Congress pass a $700 BILLION bank "bailout," the American people are agitated and increasingly angry.

You saw the result of that anger in the Tea Party revolt in 2010 and the momentum has continued to grow.

Statist, pro-Fed politicians have been tossed out of office left and right!

And several more are facing tough opposition back home ahead of November.

That means it's a perfect time to unleash the pressure of MILLIONS of outraged Americans on the out-of-control Fed today!

So please agree to complete your petition urging your Representative and Senators to cosponsor and seek roll call votes on Audit the Fed - the first step toward ENDING THE FEDERAL RESERVE once and for all!

As I know you're aware, the Federal Reserve is shrouded in secrecy.

Its meetings are off-limits to the public.

Its inner-workings are off-limits to the public.

Fed leaders know coming clean with Congress and the American people on how they create money out of thin air would result in an anti-Fed firestorm.

So can you imagine the impact of a full-scale audit?

You and I will finally be able to show the American people that the Federal Reserve System leads to:

*** Constant economic crises - the housing crisis and the resulting chaos is just one example of an economic bubble created by centrally-planned interest rates and money manipulation;

*** The destruction of the middle class - as fuel, food, housing, medical care, and education costs soar, everyone who is NOT on the government dole is forced to make do with less as the value of their money slowly decreases;

*** Currency destruction - history shows us that riots, violence, and full-scale police states can result when people finally realize fiat money isn't worth the paper it's printed on and REFUSE to accept it.

And unless you and I do end the madness in Washington, D.C., we may be closer than we'd like to think to learning that history lesson firsthand, right here on the streets of our towns and cities.

That's why your commitment to helping pass the Audit the Fed Bill - and helping Campaign for Liberty fight this battle - is so vital.

Just a few years ago, there was no chance of passing any legislation like Ron Paul's Audit the Fed Bill.

So I guess there has been one "CHANGE."

You see, with the piling up of trillions of dollars in out of control "bailouts" of Wall Street and international bankers, even many politicians in Washington, D.C. want to show you they're "being responsible."

What better way for Congress to do this than by auditing the Federal Reserve to account for the trillions stolen from U.S. taxpayers?

More and more Congressmen are already feeling the pressure and are signing up to support this bill.

There will be many battles you and I must wage over the coming months to take back our country.

But this one is addresses to core of so many of our other problems.

And, it's both a bill we CAN pass and one that is vital to exposing the massive corruption and downright evil at the Federal Reserve.

You see, after regulating, taxing, spending, borrowing, and printing us into what looks like the worst recession in decades, establishment politicians and power brokers are assuring us they're working hard to "fix" our economic woes.

What is their solution?

You guessed it.

More of the same!

I'm convinced that if you and others will insist on Congress passing Audit the Fed, the votes will be there.

Now, we just need to show Congress the American people demand action on Audit the Fed.

Here's how we plan to do that.

First, we're already busy contacting up to seven million activists nationwide through mail, phones, and email to generate petitions to the U.S. Congress demanding action on "Audit the Fed".

But that's just the beginning.

We'll work the talk radio stations and grant local media interviews to further turn up the pressure on Congress.

And a few days before the vote, if we have the resources, we'd also like to run hard-hitting targeted radio, TV, and newspaper ads.

This entire program is designed to send this one, CLEAR message to Congress - any politician who votes against the Federal Reserve Audit should look for another job.

But such a massive effort won't be easy.

If we don't take action, the America we see in just a few years could look far worse than even the one we see today.

Can I count on you to join the fight to AUDIT THE FED by filling out the petition?

In Liberty,

John Tate
President

P.S. Please complete your petition DEMANDING your Representative and Senators cosponsor and seek roll call votes on the Audit the Fed Bill TODAY!

With federal spending at record levels, and TRILLIONS of new dollars flying off the printing presses, it's never been more important the Federal Reserve's abuses are exposed to the American people once and for all.

To sign the petition:click here

Let's get the pressure up to let those in office know that we want government accountability and one agency that is oblique at this time is the Federal Reserve and we,the people, have to change that. If you agree then sign the petition.

Obama screws men on STEM courses

Probable Anti-Male Caps in Math and Science MONDAY, 01 OCTOBER 2012 07:19 EAGLE FORUM 1338 readings

Feminists intent on limiting opportunities for men and boys have long abused Title IX when it comes to school athletics. Now we can expect the same assault against men who are interested in math and science.

Title IX of the Education Amendments of 1972 requires that schools and colleges receiving federal funding not discriminate “on the basis of sex.” The law is traditionally associated with school sports programs, where radical feminists have used it to forcefully eliminate hundreds of men’s sports teams in the name of “proportionality.”

The White House has announced a new set of policies that would step up enforcement of Title IX, explicitly applying the rule to science, technology, engineering, and mathematics (STEM) education. Title IX has always applied to all federally funded education programs, but the Department of Education’s new enforcement efforts will “develop consistent and consolidated technical assistance” on Title IX in STEM.

Just as enforcement of Title IX has meant gender quotas on school sports teams, increased enforcement in STEM education will likely lead to artificial enrollment caps aimed at keeping men out of math and science classes. “Title IX isn’t just about sports,” President Obama wrote in Newsweek earlier this year. It’s also about “addressing inequality in math and science education” and “a much broader range of fields, including engineering and technology. I’ve said that women will shape the destiny of this country, and I mean it.”

“To Obama, gender disparities are only bad when they disfavor women,” wrote the Competitive Enterprise Institute’s Hans Bader. “Under his strange idea of equality, equality means men losing out to women. . . . The result could be a substantial reduction in the number of scientists graduating from America’s colleges and universities.”

Fewer women major in subjects like science and engineering because they choose to study other things, not because anyone discriminates against them. Charlotte Allen of Minding the Campus noted in a July blog post:

When college women study science, they tend to gravitate toward biology – about 58 percent of all bachelor’s, master’s, and doctoral degrees in biology go to women. In contrast, women earn some 17 percent of bachelor’s degrees in engineering and computer science and just over 40 percent of bachelor’s degrees in physical sciences and mathematics. The likely reason for this . . . is that women tend to be drawn to “organic” fields involving people and living things, whereas men are more interested in the objects and abstractions that are the focus of STEM majors.

Yet the Obama administration sticks closely to the hard-line feminist argument that the problem is bias: women are somehow being denied access to STEM courses.

These new policies come at a time when women frequently outnumber men in classes of all subjects. 25 percent fewer men than women now graduate from college. Title IX was passed to correct a much smaller gender disparity in the days when 17 percent fewer women attended than men. So many more women than men now attend college that the Richmond-Times Dispatch asked in March whether colleges ought to begin considering affirmative action for men:

In every other academic realm, the existence of a statistical disparity . . . is taken as definitive proof of gender discrimination. . . . We look forward to a robust debate on how institutions of higher learning can correct the discriminatory circumstances that are leading them to graduate nearly three women for every two men.

“The fact that engineering departments are filled mostly with men does not mean they discriminate against women,” notes Bader, “anymore than the fact that English departments are filled mostly with women proves that English departments discriminate against men. . . . Deep down, the Obama administration knows this, since it is planning to impose its gender-proportionality rules only on STEM fields . . . not other fields that have similarly large gender disparities in the opposite direction.”

Charlotte Allen pointed out that applying gender quotas to STEM is not merely bad policy:

The use of Title IX to force universities to restructure their curricula and alter the composition of their hard-science and engineering departments in order to achieve a supposed gender equity that matches neither the aptitudes nor the interests of many women isn’t just heavy-handed and totalitarian. As study after study indicates, it’s bad science as well.

The Washington Post’s Christina Hoff Sommers warned in 2009 that the sciences would become radical feminism’s next favorite target:

The idea of imposing Title IX on the sciences began gaining momentum around 2002. Then, women were already earning nearly 60 percent of all bachelor’s degrees and at least half of the Ph.D.s in the humanities, social sciences, life sciences and education. Meanwhile, men retained majorities in fields such as physics, computer science and engineering. Badly in need of an advocacy cause just as women were beginning to outnumber men on college campuses, well-funded academic women’s groups alerted their followers that American science education was “hostile” to women. Soon there were conferences, retreats, summits, a massive “Left Out, Left Behind” letter-writing campaign, dozens of studies and a series of congressional hearings.

The Department of Education says that it has “not expanded the jurisdiction of Title IX, nor has the department issued new Title IX regulations or guidance regarding the fields of science, technology, engineering, and math (STEM),” but has instead created a new multi-agency initiative “to develop consistent and consolidated technical assistance” on Title IX as it relates to STEM:

The goal of this coordinated multi-agency collaboration is to reduce the burden on schools and institutions, who may benefit from common guidance about their Title IX responsibilities and way to improve access and outreach to women and girls in STEM fields. There is no truth to claims that the Department plans to impose STEM quotas or caps.

But, as the Heritage Foundation noted:

The heart of the matter remains the same: Title IX has a track record of measuring “opportunity” in athletics on the basis of whether participation is proportional to enrollment. This shifts the focus from equality of opportunity to equality of results, substituting policymakers’ desired outcomes for students’ own preferences. . . . Will this new collaboration result in quotas, substituting policymakers’ predetermined outcomes for the preferences of students, and diminished opportunities for men in STEM fields? If implementation of Title IX in the intercollegiate athletics context is a reliable indicator, there is strong evidence that it might.

Legal precedents have made it very difficult for school sports teams to comply with Title IX without imposing gender quotas, and it’s unlikely that STEM education will be different. Bader explains:

The first way (and only permanent way) to comply is to adopt a quota that artificially caps male participation. The second and third ways, which are only short-term fixes, involve continuous expansion of participation by, or satisfaction of all desire to compete by, the “underrepresented” sex. In a world of finite resources, these latter two ways can only work for a short period of time. In light of this fact, courts have rejected lawsuits by men’s teams cut by colleges to achieve proportionality (that is, quotas), concluding that such quotas are required by Title IX, which thus overrides any rights the men’s teams might otherwise enjoy.

Bader, who used to work in the Office for Civil Rights, which administers Title IX, believes that gender caps are just as unwise as they are unconstitutional: “I think that it would be a grave mistake to apply its standards, which were designed for allocating resources among all-male and all-female sports teams, to the very different context of math and science classes, which are coed.” Math and science classes, he noted, “are open to all students, regardless of gender, and are supposed to be gender-blind, not gender-specific or gender-based.” Applying gender quotas to STEM classes “is simply unconstitutional.”

Men,if getting rid of Obama didn't mean that much before this ought to change that way of thinking real quick. It's obvious Obama is against us so the faster we are rid of him the better. Vote Obama out.
